Clean, easy access, plentiful parking, staff was very pleasant, beds very comfortable, reasonably priced

Room key wouldn’t open the back door but then again it felt more secure knowing all had to enter thru the front door

Location was perfect. The room was clean. The facilities were clean and I was staying there for more than one day. The staff checked me to make sure I had everything I needed for me. The part is having a gym.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. I found the lobby and breakfast area to very clean and inviting. We found an issue with our initial room but after pointing it out to management, they were quick to move us to another room.

The water was good and hot. Took a nice hot bath.

While in my bath, you can see where They miss cleaning. Underneath the faucets underneath the soap tray, in a few corners, tile and caulking a few molding spots.

Comfortable beds and clean room. The kitchen type set up with microwave and refrigerator

Housekeeping could use some training. Drawers had chips. Trash pieces laying on floor. Microwave was dirty. Top fridge dirty. Bathroom lock was broken when door shut it was locked. Unsafe.

The shower was a lot to be desired for. Couldn't get the nob to turn and it kept going cold. Made for a quick shower

Breakfast was great and had a great friendly and welcoming environment and the staff was phenomenal. Thank you for everything.

Wasn’t expecting housekeeping to ask for a tip after just getting us fresh towels and soap when we were staying another night; didn’t really plan on going out in the heat so there wasn’t going to be time for them to clean our room. Kind of put me and my family on the spot, felt bad we didn’t have much cash on hand.

Breakfast was good continental style. No hot food other than waffles. The staff very friendly.

Nasty dirty stained carpet in the elevator.
