The staff is excellent! They not only keep the property up everyday but they are exceptional on room service! The manager goes above and beyond and Anne is a gem! The location is right off the interstate so there is some noise from traffic but it's not bad. There is plenty of choices to eat right down the road so you are never guessing what's for dinner. If your looking for a clean and quiet spot to lay your head for the night in Laurel this is it. Don't waste it on other hotels for a cheaper price. Trust me it's worth staying here!

We stayed one night because my daughter had to have surgery very early in the morning. The room was pleasant but had a strong bleach smell. The staff, however, went above and beyond. We left my daughter's shoes that she had just got for her birthday in the room and the staff had them mailed to us. People like the kind lady that did that really give me a little faith in humanity! Thank you so very much!

The only thing I didn't like was the over powering smell of bleach in the room.

We loved the location. We were pleased with the pricing of the room. Kim, who checked us in upon arrival, was wonderful! She was very polite, friendly, and professional. I truly enjoyed our conversation! I told her we were on our way to Orange Beach, Alabama. She talked of her interest in visiting the ocean but her inability to do that at this time. I told her I would put my feet in the water for her. I truly did that! Kim, I thought of you when I first went in to the ocean and I sincerely hope you get to take that trip one day! You are a terrific lady!

Only spent two days here, but found our room comfortable and clean. Location was very close to downtown and everything we wanted to see. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Close to Hwy, reasonable price, big rooms, and friendly staff, comfortable beds

Water pressure in shower wasn't good and most rooms need updated tvs.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the only problem with the stay. There was very little to choose from.

Great price, great service good people. Definitely goes on our list to stop at again and when in the area.

Had a couple of minor issues (light bulbs missing being one) but the staff provided solutions right away. Very friendly and accommodating. The price was less than expected and the value was therefore very good.

I'd actually chosen to leave early, before breakfast. But the person who checked me in could not have been any nicer. I felt right at home, which is important to someone when they're traveling.

No complaints at all. Good accomodations, great personal and a great price.
