It had everything I needed: desk, mini-fridge, coffee set, shampoo / conditioner, and a decent hair dryer that could tame my thick hair. VERY clean

Front desk was a lil' rude. I arrived late and sleepy, so it was hard following his directions. He was impatient and annoyed, treating me like I was stupid when I was just sleepy. However, the owner was VERY sweet and conversational. It's right next to the interstate / freeway--so u can hear cars of all sizes rumbling by. I wish I had more freedom in choosing which room. Also, my room was next to the water dispensor / vending machine. These r great accomodations, but too audible through my wall. Guests tend to like to hover and socialize by these machines AND exits, so I guess I couldn't do anything about that.

it was a nice midway point to where I was heading in a good area. The room was very reasonable for the cost, and parking was pretty easy. Everything worked well for where I was heading.

There wasn't much to complain about since I was only there a night. I would say getting in and out of the lot was a bit challenging at times, since it is a busy road and if you want to go the other way you may be waiting a little bit.

The price was reasonable for the room. They made an exception and let us check in early. My husband has a disability and the walk from the parking lot to the room was very reasonable.

I didn't t like that there was no outside seating. They have lots of land in the back of the property. They could put chairs a fire pit gazebo. Also there was no AC on in the lobby or hallways. Garbage pails right outside the exit cause lots of bees, yellow jackets some getting inside the building.

Staff was friendly, asked about my sleep and stay in the am.

Beds were a bit hard and the bed made noise with every move. And the room was extremely hottt. It took half the night to cool it down and get comfortable. They should deff set some rooms aside and keep those rooms ac on during the summer months

Only stay one night July 5 but you still charged for two I cancel ahead the time for July 6; but I don't have the refund in my Affirm credit card from Booking.com they waiting for your company to confirm only stay one day!

Great price and check-in was easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. They have vending machines. Minutes from everything. I wish they had a light breakfast such as bagels.

I liked everything, except the coffee machine. I was not able to make a cup of coffee in the morning. 😰

The hotel does not provide breakfast. That was in description when I booked. We found a few options nearby and chose Dunkin Donuts - 3 miles drive.

If you want to spend time in New Paltz business district you have to find a parking spot that is not an easy task. We had to book restaurant having its own parking. If we stayed close to Downtown we would have more choices.

Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming Room was large and had a fridge large enough to accommodate food for two day hiking Great microwave. Best part where the large mirrors everywhere !

I have a service dog and have stayed there twice with no problem. Women stated no pets. I was told before they had 5 rooms for service dogs. The toilet was way to low! They should have plowed better so that guests could get out of their cars without having to step in snow. But, all in all a great stay.
