Room was spacious and clean. Shower was good size and water pressure was excellent.

Bed and pillows where a lot hard, toilet was too small and in a bad place for larger individuals. Cable reception on multiple channels was poor.

Bad WiFi..hair was all over the bed ..i would like a refund ..i had to leave early cuz the hair on the bed or something on the bed was itching my skin

Smokey room passed off as nonsmoking. Special requests not passed between Quality Inn and Rodeway or to us. Dingy and smelly. Never again. Quality Inn next door much better except no elevator and we requested first floor snd got second floor

Things were broken. The pictures were not what I expected

The breakfast was grab and go. No fruit was included. There were no options, everyone got the same thing. There was nothing fresh in the breakfast bag, everything pre-packaged.

There were homeless people hanging around on the outside of building, there was a large spill stain outside the room I was assigned, the grounds needed a general cleaning., the bedspread and the room were dingy. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread. The air in the room was stale and disgusting, the carpet was soiled.. need I continue?

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. After explaining the situation to the staff they gave me push back until finally agreeing to a discount. The room was also filthy and run down. I later found out that Quality in right next door has average quality rooms for the same price.
