from the moment I walked in, I was met with a friendly atmosphere and a welcoming front desk. We were allowed to check in earlier (which I highly appreciate, as we both had to work that day). Our room was amazing! Spacious studio with designated areas to eat, to work, to sleep, to get ready, and to take a bath. I think it's bigger than my Manhattan studio haha I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was so perfect for us that it would have been wrong not to : ) All amenities are kept VERY clean, there are few to almost no people. Calm aura everywhere. And it's not far from Fishkill and Beacon with all its attractions, cafes, etc. We were not going out to eat, our studio/room had a perfect kitchen with all appliances, a microwave, and even tiny dishsoap in addition to a capsule for a dishwasher (if you are an old-schooler like me). I am looking forward to returning to this amazing place and will definitely advise it to everyone who'll be visiting upstate NY. everything was great

Breakfast complete, great location to visit wappinger or beacon (by car). Great dinner restaurant close to the hotel and walmart. Swimming pool, gym, everything is easy to use and functional.

We were 4 but only 3 towels to have shower. Sink not perfectly clean int the bathroom. The air con is facing the bed and was too noisy for me; it woke me up during the night.

Was so happy that the area for pets was clean with a garbage nearby. Room was clean & spacious.

Air conditioning/thermostat was hard to manage so sleeping area was quite warm.

Cleanliness, the great choice of breakfast we had, amenities-loved the pool and the gym. Loved that I could buy some ice cream by the lobby. Proximity to all the places we visited as well.

The pillows. They were so soft and no support. That’s all.

Exceptionally clean, large room size, detailed modern room design. I’d say that the housekeeping staff take their jobs seriously. Breakfast was good and staff were regularly checking in.

Good size, good kitchen, great walk-in shower, lots of storage, very comfortable bed, quiet, very clean, very impressive bathroom fixtures and ample surfaces.

No toaster. Even numbered rooms on 2nd floor look out on a rather ugly roof. Hard to find in industrial park area. Room smaller than other Residence properties. $50 more expensive than Roanoke Residence property.

Excellent staff. Well designed and comfortable. Great location.
