The staff was very kind and professional. Free breakfast is definitely a plus. Close to shopping, restaurants, and expressways. I enjoyed the indoor pool. I requested and was given a late check-out time.

My flight was arriving late on my arrival day. I emailed the hotel to let them know my approximate arrival time, and they communicated back, letting me know they would be prepared. However, the room assigned was not ready. They gave me another room immediately. I felt a dampness in the room. I don't know if it had something to do with the weather outside or the room AC unit. I did let the front desk know of my concern.

Joseph was at the front desk when we arrived. He gave me a key. Room was clean and Bobbi Jo? or Bobby Jo? was wonderful, in housekeeping. She provided extra towels for our room and was kind to my kids, during room cleaning hours. Downstairs, The coffee area was stocked and restocked through our visit. My birthday boy, wanted to swim in the pool, as soon as he woke up. The kids had a blast for our jacuzzi night/hotel birthday party. My neurodivergent son has been hyperfixated on hotels. This has been his persistently repeated request , and as we arrived to the hotel, he was so excited. When he could see the swimming area, he forgot his tablet and his brother's tablet, I think somewhere in the lobby area. I Thank God, for your attentive staff, and an honest guest(s). I noticed both tablets were not in his hands, we started retracing his steps and went to the lobby to search for tablets. So very grateful they were BOTH returned to the front desk. This trip was made just for him and his special birthday request, and I am so glad we had such a great experience. This cozy little hotel was perfect for us, and his wishes were fulfilled by this Johnstown, PA Comfort Inn Hotel.

Only complaints ,we missed breakfast. That happens when the beds are comfortable and we stay up late. Next time, Gotta get one of those amazing waffles! Soap from previous cleaning, made the floor extra Slippery. We used extra towels and bed sheet to cover the entire area, when using the jacuzzi tub in our room. Room phone system wasn't working in our room for some reason? The pool and hot tub area was clean, and there were towels available. Pool water was cloudy,maybe too much chlorine? We didn't mind the pool being cloudy .Comfort Inn Suites was just what we were searching for this evening. The cloudy water Didn't seem bother or deter my little boys swimming like fishes in the pool.

The front desk employees were stellar! They worked diligently to resolve the issues with my card and got us checked in as quickly as possible. It was such a pleasure to work with such kind gentle people! Thank you all for easing this momma's anxiety! The room was amazing! It's very apparent that the hotel has a WONDERFUL caring, dedicated staff, so many thanks to housekeeping, this room was undoubtedly the cleanest room I've ever had the pleasure of staying in (I've traveled a LOT in my life, both for business and leisure) The breakfast bar was so well stocked and tidy that we were able to enjoy our breakfast in the dining area without any trouble, hot fresh coffee was a great pleasure, everything was readily available and replenished on the regular, your attendant is an angel, so kind and pleasant, she even rescued me and my kids when we couldn't get in the door from outside. Thank you! My littlest loved the pool, it was well stocked with clean pool towels and well kept! This hotel literally felt like home away from home to the point I became emotional during checkout but it was an overall FANTASTIC experience! It will be our number choice for our future visits to Johnstown, so many thanks from the "Room 506 family"

Good location. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. The staff was very friendly. The pool is open year round it seems which I feel is rare for anything in this area. We weren't here long nor were we in our room long so I can't speak on the amenities but the room itself was very nice and cozy.

The bathroom needs some major help. The fan is noisy and I felt like I was disrupting the people around me and it took me a couple of minutes to figure out how the shower even turned on, everything about their bathroom is just awkward tbh. That's my only gripe though other than that I have no complaints.

Liked apartment size fridge / freezer .3 sinks ,the bed was comfy ..

Didn't like it was" open "in the king suite for the shower no privacy at all. If your taking a shower "everyone" can see you .It is open Floor plan there was a jacuzzi as well that was open. didn't like that at all should.have some kind of privacy .the toilet was in a small space with door .

It was clean, the bedding was comfortable, staff was decent, & was in an area with many restaurants & stores.

The hotel showed much wear, the bathroom was so small it was extremely difficult to use, the springs in the bed popped up while laying on it. The air conditioner wasn't cold enough to keep the room cool overnight (it was hot in there), the fridge wouldn't get cold, & the breakfast wasn't good. Overpriced for sure!

Friendly staff from the moment we walked in. The lady at the front desk was helpful, quick to get us checked in, and helpful. The hotel was super clean - lobby, breakfast buffet and dining area, pool & hot tub, and suite. We will definitely stay here again.

There was an outlet in our suite that only had one socket that was working, but other than that, there were no issues at all.

I liked the staff well. One lady in particular, she was very nice she stood In the kitchen during breakfast and sitting at the counter to check people in she was sweet, kind, and funny. My son and I love her energy

The hotel does not offer dinner they should consider it and charge more for those who want dinner, but they don't offer dinner at all and that was a hassle. Also, my room didn't have a smart TV that offered like Netflix some rooms do , but some don't, and this time, my room didn't have one

Location. it’s close to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. We stayed in a king suite, the tub was awesome. All of the staff was very courteous and friendly.

The hallways smelled like cigarettes. Our room was ok, but as soon as you stepped into the hallway, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The front desk neglected to tell housekeeping that we had a late checkout, so we got a knock on the door at check-out time. Not her fault, but I could tell she was embarrassed. Also, not sure why, but you didn’t have to use your room key to access the side entrance? Both my husband and I were. concerned about this.

Pool and hot tub were great. Shower had hot water and very good pressure. I usually don't sleep well in a hotel but got a good night's sleep here. Breakfast was good but could have been a little hotter. Best hotel stay I have had in a long time.

Breakfast could have been hotter. Stopped at front desk a couple times and had to wait for someone. Price was a little high.
