Breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were exceptional.

Unaware they no longer had Suttle service.

Very nice updated room. The sink was separated. Nightlight provided. Excellent closet with iron. Mini fridge. Decent free breakfast. Not far from downtown. We walked. Much cheaper than on the downtown strip. Most employees were extremely pleasant.

One old lady who worked the desk was very unhappy. She would not allow anyone to check in before 3. There were probably 20 people waiting for check in. She left around 2:45 and the atmosphere changed to pleasantly sweet staff quickly. Even at 3:15 my room that had been booked in advance was not ready. Think we got it 3:45ish.

My check in was efficient, staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great!

I was unable to make the TV in my room work. At first I was able to turn it on but unable to get any channels or guide to appear, then the remote stopped working and I had to shut the screen off with a button on the side of the TV. I'm sure I could have gotten assistance from the front desk if I had asked, but it wasn't important enough to me at the time. Perhaps TV function could be checked as part of room prep prior to guest check-in-

Breakfast was fantastic - good selection and good food. Loved the waffle station! Breakfast staff wonderful. The location of the hotel was why I picked it - so we could walk downtown. Room was excellent - comfy beds and amazing shower. Room staff were excellent. We'll definitely stay there again when we return to Nashville. FREE Parking is a must.

Other guests were loud, slamming doors and stomping the floor above our room, but the hotel can't control that.

The room and entire hotel was very clean and put together. The room was very large and bathroom was extremely clean. Hotel was quite and not disruptive.

The check in process took an extremely long time. I am not sure if it was just the people who were taking forever or if it was the front desk person being slow. When I checked in it was pretty quick, but it was obvious the person behind the front was not trying to hurry and get everyone checked in. It was about 1:30 or 2am. I did however stand in line for about 30 minutes waiting to be able to check in. The front desk person was very nice and informative even though it took a while. I was disappointed that breakfast didn't start until 7. We were getting on the road at 6 and google said breakfast would start at 6. The reason I googled it is because I couldn't find the breakfast times on the website or anywhere else.

Location was awesome not too bad of a walk to get to Broadway. Shuttle was still broke down so that was disappointing because there was a heat wave, I wish they had a back up vehicle. Not sure if I would’ve changed hotels since this was the best value closest to the area we wanted to be in even if I would’ve known the shuttle was broke down before I went. Room was very clean. The hot breakfast in the morning was always very good. The guitar shaped pool was a great feature.

Although I loved the guitar shaped pool, the room it was in was so extremely hot that you really couldn’t enjoy it. If you weren’t actually in the pool, you were still dying of the heat with no airflow very humid. I was also bummed that the shuttle was broke down.

This property was one of only 2 in walking distance of teh Nissan Stadium, and we were going to the concert there. It was excellently located and worth every penny to have parking and not fight crowds into an dout of the stadium. Breakfast was quite good- I really liked the eggs and the warm biscuit. I really enjoyed the strong coffee offered on the 2nd floor by check-in. It was excellent, not watery like most places have. Room was very clean and nice, staff was exceptionally friendly.

I wish there were a bar-restaurant in the hotel. As it was, we walked to the La Quinta next door for drinks and food. There is NOTHING else in the area that is walkable for food and drinks. We were going to a concert, driving and parking was a nightmare so thank goodness the LaQuinta had food and drink or else we would have had to buy beer and dinner at the Exxon or at the stadium.

1. Location is great. Downtown is only 20min walk. 2. Parking is free. I like how the parking is free. The near by hotel charge for parking fee. I hope that they will continue to do it even after the stadium is done construction. 3. Breakfast is decent. They have a hot breakfast and I love it. 4. Pool which is a bonus. 5. Decent size of the room and clean. 6. Good value for money.

The property doesn’t have fitness room. Other than it was all good

Location to Nissan Stadium. Sold Food and Beverage in the Lobby. Had Refrigerator and Microwave. Beds were Comfortable and Shower was great. Had ample parking. Short Drive to downtown.

The staff was not overly friendly and seemed to be aggravated when asked simple questions. There was no fitness center. I asked the front desk for room service on one day and did not receive it. Some of the front desk personnel need to take a in depth hospitality training course.

We stayed here many years ago and it was in fair condition and cleanliness. We saw that it was remodeled and gave it a try. We travel a lot and this is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in in a while. The bathroom was very clean including the faucet and drains and the corners of the floor which are often overlooked even in the better hotels we frequent. The towels are larger than most and veery fluffy. The breakfast was typical but it was well cleaned and well stocked. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. A bonus for me is that there is an armed security officer during the night. Also, the shuttle was a nice perk.

There was nothing that I needed during my stay that could have been improved.
