Beds were comfortable and room was decently clean. Indoor pool had very warm water the entire visit. Breakfast was great when they did have everything out.

Indoor pool is small. Breakfast was the bare minimum a few days of the trip. Never had fresh room supplies the entire 7 days.

The property was close to all the stores and restaurants which was a convenience because we could easily walk and avoid traffic. Our room had a good air conditioner. And though there was obvious issues with the facility, the staff and maintenance were doing their best to correct them.

I did see a few roaches in our room. There was no microwave. The outdoor pool had an algae issue, but maintenance did try to fix it. The splash pad did not have all the sprinklers working. And when we first arrived our bathroom was flooded due to the toilet leaking.

I enjoyed my stay, but I would update that you only have protein bars for breakfast for now, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working due to the recent storm at the moment, few things needa to be added to rooms wash clothes, more than 2 towels, tissue paper and a coffee maker also elevator was down “I was there 5 days” there is a ramp that goes to the 2nd floor “I was on 3rd around the back”

The outdoor kid splash pad is great shape but kiddy pool and big pool could use some maintenance, with the trees being so close it keeps the pool full of leaves and the water sorta green, kids enjoyed it though and loved the water slide

The patience of the employees who I met was outstanding. One was still in training. And even though the second front desk employee seemed to be more reliable... The one training has better quality to him.. real recognize real. 🫣

It was very laid back and professional at the same time. Had a slight misunderstanding or missed communication with the manager.🥴 She said to the trainee as I was standing there, that because "the room had cleaned and oaaut the man not go yet.. sooo tha man will get free room".. The property was in a very good location. It’s close to everything. The room was clean, the beds were nice and soft, fridge and freezer worked well. The heated pool was a great addition. I would definitely stay again.

There wasn’t anything really “bad” about our stay. If I had to say one thing it would be that the bathroom could’ve been cleaner and for the staff to double check that all things are in the room as in towels, extra toilet paper and a shower curtain. Other than that there are no complaints.

We always like to stay at the Howard Johnson because the rates are always great. The location is good easy access and the beds are comfortable. the rooms are a little outdated and could use a little extra cleaning. There were no trash cans or trash bags in the room nor were there any towels or washcloths. We called the front desk to ask for both and was told to walk down and get them. The floors were a little sticky and could definitely use a little scrubbing some of the trim along the floor were coming undone, and the curtains could use some attention or be replaced as could the bedskirt. The room was humongous!! This amazed us. We booked a king bed room and let me tell you the space is absolutely huge. You could’ve fit six king beds in there easily. This was a huge improvement over being in a cramped hotel room if they would just make some minor adjustments this would be an excellent place to stay.

The fact that i paid 200$ to stay in a room that i couldn't even check in till 4 pm. It wasted half our day waiting to check in. Had i not made a reservation i would have been able to walk in and get a room like people did !!!!

Nothing was good

The front desk little girl was so rude and wouldn’t take my reservation from booking.com and told me she would give me a number for a different hotel because she didn’t have a room for me. I left and my husband called and got a room for us because we are from out of town and didn’t have a different option. So not only did she denied my family and I she lied and said they had no more rooms. I would never stay here again. The rooms were not only expensive but nasty as hell, I wouldn’t even pay a penny to stay here.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. We visited The Great Smoky Mountains and then Gatlinburg and it was nice that they were close to each other. There is also fast foods nearby so that was convenient.

The breakfast hadn't a lot of choice.

Well we resign in townsend in a rv and wanted to get away and got out small place and they exactly let us rent from them and not have a problem like americnaa inn and suites in pigeon forge!! Don't let bad apples spoil other apples and you guys don't!! Keep that up and you continue to get business and not have business go down like Americanna inn and blasted all over the internet, and the manager that works there and Americana inn is rude and ALOT PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH HER FROM AMERICANA INN AND SUITES

Roaches in the room, had no quarters for the laundry machine they provide , couldn't even get 5 $1 bills out my $5 I had.
