Room was clean and very comfortable. Good security. Excellent locks on all doors.

The breakfast was pretty bad. Only thing I took was coffee oj & milk for my own cereal. Milk jug was out in open Not Refrigerated. Oh they had DIY waffles, waffles and more waffles ( I don’t eat waffles) No towels or napkins in breakfast room For breakfast the whole week. No fruit or eggs, no muffins just lots of starchy stuff like bread & bagels The quality inn in Silverthorn CO pre-Covid had all this and more. Better than the Days Inn in Montrose I just left but that’s not saying much.

Clean, quiet. I paid for a room with a bathroom (Prior to booking, I never knew motels had options like this). So I wasn't expecting much. But the room also came with a refrigerator and a microwave, a desk and a USB cord plug-in on the lamp stand, which came in handy because I forgot the wall charger piece, and also a coffee maker. The only semi-negative issues was that this isn't a great area. Having said that, I had no issues with people and car was safe. Personel was nice and friendly. You will be asked to place a $100 deposit on top of room price. I wasn't expecting this and almost ran into financial trouble. I didn't think of taking photos, but room was very clean, even the bathroom

Location. Not the best location. Someone told me there is a drug facility nearby. Having said that, as a solo female traveling, I had no issues with the street people.

Booking said that Breakfast was included in the price and it ended up that they have not served the breakfast in the last five years so we had to seek other plans for breakfast which was planned out that in the cost of our hotel room. Just thought booking should have been notified that they changed the way they are not including breakfast anymore.

Clean and comfortable

The lady at check-in was not very friendly. I asked for a quiet room upstairs and she said no and put me right by the downstairs vending machines after 2 hours of hearing stomping and doors slamming I went up front again hoping someone else was working. Thankfully a nice man was there and he moved me upstairs as I requested and it was very quiet up there.

I was very disappointed with the false advertisement of breakfast. The only reason I really wanted this place was it was a good price but they had a sign that said due to short staff, there's no breakfast. Well, the person at the front has said there hasn't been breakfast for 4 years. False advertising for breakfast. And I was really looking forward to it.

The staff was very accommodating, In Particulate, Sam at the front desk is very polite and professional, he always puts a smile on my face. Lexie Coletti

The fact that the pool is out of commission, and that the vending machine isn't working. But other then that it's just lovely.

Location was perfect for my needs they advertised complimentary breakfast but did not deliver on that ice machine did not work the first three days that i was there but overall not a bad stay.

The room was very good.The bed was very good. Webpage description of the room said that the breakfast is included (one reason we booked this hotell) and there is swimming pool. There was no breakfast or swimming pool.

The front desk clerk was extremely rude. Additionally, he did not tell us that there was no breakfast and that the swimming pool was closed.

It’s very nice and comfortable rooms.. They keep the rooms clean everyday. I love that.. Front desk was very nice and professional.
