1. The room was very clean. 2. The location was outstanding. We were walking distance from restaurants and a large shopping mall.

1. At night the rooms became so hot we could not sleep. The air would not blow cold air during the night no matter how low the thermostat was set. 2. The beds were hard and the pillows have no support at all which cause a kink in my neck. 3. I wasn't told prior to check in that it would be $45 per day to park my cars (2 cars).

Excellent hotel in the heart of SLC. Location is excellent if you're looking to eat, drink, and watch shows in the theaters nearby. Staff was friendly and the room was super clean - great view of the city!

I think the amenities are a bit outdated, but OK for the price. Did not use it too much.

The pool isn’t heated, there was a guy swimming in his underwear, not real appropriate for my kids to see. Spencer’s restaurant onsite is $62.00 for an 8 once filet not to easy for a family of four. What is wrong with Hilton trash can they are only big enough to put an envelope in. You guys got that all wrong. It makes you just throw the trash on the floor.

Staff was very friendly. We did book for a king bed, which would have been nice, but apparently, booking.com doesn't know that the Kings were booked out, which I have seen happen at other hotels like the Sheraton in Seattle. But the front desk waived my parking fees to make up for it.

Hotel took a $1000 credit card deposit/hold in error and did not release it until after we left even after agreeing the hold was erroneous. It should have been $200.

Comfy beds, nice staff, good location, size of room was good too!

Safe had some issues & had to pay $35 for a night of parking, which wasn’t stated when I checked in.

small trash cans. room cleaning 1 service every 5th day. cleaning girl was GREAT!! we stayed in room 929 for UFC fight week. our flight was cancelled on July 30th. Patrick the manager was super!! Moved us into the BEST SUITE we have ever stayed in!!! what an awesome way to end our stay.

The room was nice. Clean. Comfortable. Very friendly staff

Only complaint was the breakfast. The eggs were not real eggs.. Even in the omelets we're not real eggs.

The free parking booking.com promised was not available and we had to pay 35 dollars/day for self parking.

I was expecting more from a Hilton hotel. it’s nice but the pool and hot tub area not very well maintained. Bed comfy but very flat pillows. VERY small shower.
