Break fast was very nice .

Some Staff at breakfast require smile on the faces. Service with smile in all departments is suggested n requested. In our bathrooms showers equipment were not working properly.water was leaking from top to the sink it's glass.. Inspite of reporting to the cleaning staff n even at the reception no body repaired these. Maintenence department should check these. 6am smoke alarm started without any reason in our room 419 started when we were sleeping.. One guy came n removed it. We n our staff are regularly staying here so please check these points n solve these issues.Best wishes

I booked one bedroom apartment but they delivered me 2 bedroom apartment which was very big and comfortable. the location was good in middle of muscat and the room was quiet and full equipped with kitchen applicants .

the pool was crowded in evening and too many people was inside pool with normal cloths, (not swimsuits) I think they should monitor the pool not to let people go inside pool without proper swimwear.

A comfortable refuge from the heat outside. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff at reception (Mutaz, Redha and Safaa) were all warm and welcoming. I was even allowed to check in two hours before the published time. The concierge Redha Al Jabri answered all the questions I could think to ask. While the breakfast buffet was well stocked and diverse. Gym facilities were ok, though the equipment had seen some better days. Sohag in the cafe made me a lovely Karak Chai, which I sip now while writing this review. He had a lot of class in his style of service which I appreciated immensely. Overall an enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again.

If I had to find a fault, I would say the place lacked a little in style and atmosphere. Though it seems this was a conscious choice to appeal to the businesses type of guest.

We arrived early and were able to drop off our luggage in the morning, which was very convenient. The hotel gave us a call as soon as the room was ready. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. Although we didn’t use the rooftop pool, it looked like a great spot to relax. There’s also a supermarket in the same building (with an entrance on the other side), which was really handy. Not to forget, the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is quite large, so be prepared for some long walks—especially if you forget something in your room and only realize it once you’re at the car park. 😉

We got a quite big room comparing to the other hotel, based on our own experience. But the room layout is very simple, where it can be optimized based on the room wideness. The breakfast facilities are a good one, we have many options to choose from. The hallway outside the room is the good and catching the eye. Nice to have a good layout before we are entering our hotel room.

The parking slot for us as a hotel visitor is not what we expect previously. We know that we got a free parking slot and it's true. But what we're not aware of, the free parking slot (B2) don't have a lift to the hotel lobby. We must use stairs to reach one floor above (B1), where the lift is resided. And parking slot at B1, cannot be accessed for free by us 24x7. It's belonged to the Department Store, not belong to the hotel. So, you cannot use that parking slot at B1, because the access into it will be closed at nighttime. Maybe this is the only fine information that was missing in this hotel. Other than this one, all are fine.

The staff was friendly Clean Very Good location

The third day of my 2 weeks trip a problem happened with the internet and it was back but very bad . The internet had major problems for more than 10 days. When I asked they said the problem with the whole area but unfortunately the cafe near the hotel ‘diar’ was working perfect. Each time they change the password and still not connecting . The cell phones worked well only in the lobby but not in the rooms. Since it was a business trip with a lot of communication I had to stay in the lobby or leave the hotel for long times to get connected. It was my third visit in the same hotel but this internet problem really disappointed me a lot

The hotel has both rooms and apartments and we stayed in both. We first stayed in the apartment because we needed a kitchen facility to deal with the logistics of travelling with a small child. What we got was beyond expectation: A living room, a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom and a kitchen, as well as three (!) bathrooms. This was much more than what we needed, and in retrospect enormous value for money. The hotel room was normal, lacking nothing but also not much special. But also a lot cheaper, and so again good value for money. When moving from the apartment to the room, I had forgotten some important valuables in the apartment and the cleaning staff was prompt and honest in returning it to me. I appreciated this enormously. Parking was available in the street outside the hotel, but also in their underground parking. Also superb.

A very lovely hotel and very helpful staff. We felt very welcome and everything was up to expectations. We enjoyed the facilities and everyone was very approachable in terms of staff. Rooms spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. If we come back to Oman we will definitely stay at City Seasons again. We loved Oman, highly recommend City Seasons hotel. The rooms infront of the street were slightly noisy but we were given other rooms facing the inside of the hotel and that was amazing

We really liked the location and it was very easy to check in. There were a lot of shops near us and it was wonderful that the LULU market was right below us. The water pressure was very good in the room and it was so nice having a washing machine and kitchen in the family room. The family room was nice and big and we were so happy to have the walk-up shower for my mother-in-law. That was great!

Well, we did like our room, but it was a little dated. We were given a room way down the hall and would have liked a more modern family room closer to the elevators. I'm not sure if all the rooms are the same on the 4th floor. It was a long walk for my mom-in-law every morning to the breakfast so we just brought her food each morning back to the room. The wifi connection was a little spotty in the hotel so sometimes the T.V. went out. It would have been nice to have SMART t.v's in the room with NETFLIX, like other hotels. But this was okay, we had local cable.

Good sized three bedroom apartment, with kitchen and washing machine. Nothing in the way of basic the in kitchen, but there is a good hypermarket in the same building but easiest entry is to walk out the entry, turn right and around the corner (back toward the main road). Gym and pool were good. Car park - you need to park on B2 - check in first and get the card for the gate. There is a lift up from B2 at the exit ramp end. It brings you up to one side of the building. Our room was on that side so it worked well.
