Our room, forth floor 417 was made up with twin beds as I was travelling with my daughter. Had a narrow balcony which was lovely to open the windows, but when shut the soundproofing was excellent. Bathroom was great, a little warm the air con is good but does not reach the bathroom. There was also a wardrobe dressing area which we liked. My daughter had let them know before arriving that is was my birthday during our stay and on arrival we had a welcome with balloons, card and cake with candle - followed soon by a call from the guest relations checking everything was to our liking - which is was. The roof top bar and pool area is great with lots of seating and sun beds with umbrellas. Nice pool that you could swim in. Tapas & snacks are available as are cocktails and drinks all served with a smile from Vicky. All the staff we encountered were so helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and a valued guest. Special thanks to Raul and Pau for looking after us. This hotel in not located on a very busy main road but such a short distance from the Arc de Triomf and with in walking distance of the marina and Sagrada Familia (both about 30 mins walk). Plenty of street side cafe for food nearby if needed. We did not eat at the hotel as we prefer to eat out having Tapas. Taxis were plentiful and easily obtained by the hotel when needed. We will certainly stay here on our return.

I had left my bag in the previous room, when I moved to a new one. Everything important was in the bag, travel documents, medication, laptop etc. I had totally forgotten about it. A member of the staff, Pierre, was so kind to bring it back to me in my new room! I dread to think what troubles we would have to go through if not for the kindness of Pierre, the gentleman at the front desk in the afternoon of 20-April-2025. A million thanks to him! We rate our stay as 10/10. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, quiet yet convenient location. One of our best experiences ever, having travelled to many countries for over forty years.

Sometimes a little noisy when people outside talked loudly.

The room is very comfortable and breakfast offers a lot of variety of excellent food. The staff is very friendly. We walked 6-7 min to the Metro or bus station.

A staff offered to book a taxi for us to go to the airport. We were initially told that if there was no taxi outside of the hotel, they would call a taxi for us. We were surprised to see a big sized taxi waiting for us 5 min before our planned departure time. We paid the double price than if we were to use a Uber. We only had carry-on luggages so we did not need a big-sized taxi. We wished the staff should have asked us our preference first.

We recently traveled to Barcelona and had an incredible experience, made even better by our stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was absolutely perfect — within walking distance of many of the city's must-see spots, which made exploring super convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that made our stay even more comfortable. From cozy rooms to convenient facilities, everything was thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. What truly stood out was the exceptional service we received from the staff, especially Raul and Pau. They went above and beyond to answer all of our many questions with patience and detail. Whether it was recommendations for restaurants, directions to iconic monuments, information about local football matches, or even tips on shopping, they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to their guidance and the hotel’s ideal location, we were able to make the most of our time in Barcelona. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place with outstanding service!

Everyone loved our stay here from our group of seven. Spacious rooms, with unique duplex style layout. We liked the way the sink area was separated from the bath/shower/toilet room. Gave space to wash up and get ready even if someone is in the shower, and the lighting was excellent. I've stayed in many hotels where the mirror area is not lit well enough to do make-up etc. Bed was comfortable, for someone who barely sleeps most night, I actually slept well. The road outside wasn't very noisy. I was surprised to find 2 robes in the bathroom as usually we only find them in 5* hotels that we have stayed in, not the 4* hotels. Plus the slippers aren't the paper type, actually thick and soft to wear. Staff were friendly and helpful. Asked for iron and received it fast. The staff member who dealt with our luggage's was really kind and efficient. It was a nice touch to have water/drink and sweets at reception for guests. Lovely terrace, and we actually used the pool, decent size. Breakfast buffet was sufficient with delicious pastries. Good location to walk to many places, such as La Rambla, Gothic Quarter, Arc de triomp, and Casa Batllo. Overall, it was a fantastic, clean, and stylish hotel. We all would love to stay again. Will look out for other nh collection hotels as this was the first time trying out this chain.

The room was well sized; it had a fridge; desk; lights on each side of bed; closet with good space in hallway; bathroom with an amazing strong shower rain head-loved that; bidet, quiet, and air conditioner. The pool upstairs on the rooftop and service up there was wonderful. Great little gym; great restaurant with great Sangria and more, We would stay here again!

The air conditioner never seemed to get as cool as we wanted at night. I have to say this seems to be the issue allover Spain and in other places we stayed, so maybe i do not fault NH Collection with this issue.

The team were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They helped us with bookings, made great restaurant recommendations and generally made us feel so welcome. A real personal approach and special thanks to Hugo for really engaging with our daughter and making her feel special - he really helped us lots. Also to Pau for all his support and the balloon too! The hotel was a great location for exploring on foot and had great metro links.

The bed wasn’t that comfy! Our daughter loved everything about the hotel.

Location is super central. As a tourist, it's central and a short walk to Placa Cataluya, El Borne, Eixample Dreta and Passeig de Gracia. It's just off the beaten path and set away from the Barcelona tourist crowds. Located close to a wide selection of shops, restaurants and services. The rooftop patio and pool were gorgeous with 360 views of Barcelona. There was also fitness and gym facilities. The room came with a Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary pods. Hotel was super clean and well maintained. Room was very spacious. Would stay here again. The NH chain of hotels is super consistent with professional staff, clean facilities and modern design.

The hotel has very good service and good staff. Very helpful. It is located central with approx. 15 minutes walk to a lot of places. Room is modern and clean. Breakfast very good with a lot of food with good quality. Easy to get a cab when needed. The staff got on immidiately. Overall a very good hotel

The pool area is nice with a bar etc. The day we planned to stay there it was a group of people playing different games that took a lot space and they did not care about other people. For ex. our plan was to stay in the roof topf the whole day relaxing , working and eating. We left after that they moved around all tables for eating just to play their game. Later they did the same in the pool. We think it was bad that the hotel allowed this.

The location was excellent. It is about 10 minutes from the center, and it is on a branch street, so it is quiet. Near to supermarket, pharmacy, and some small restaurants. The staff were respectable and welcoming at all facilities in the hotel. Every day, the duty manager called to ask if everything was okay and if I needed anything. I was in a premium room; thank you for the upgrade, as I booked for a superior room. The room was clean, all basic needs were available, and a barcode was given for extra needs like a toothbrush and extra tissue. I like the furniture; it is white and relaxing and clean. there was available coffee and tea as well as complementary water. the breakfast was basic: eggs, bread, and some pastries. There was also a fresh juice and coffee machine.

The thing I did not like about the hotel was the nature of the wall; it was made of wood, so you would hear the next room, even if they were talking. The opening and closing of the doors from the other rooms could be easily heard. So, if you are a light sleeper, I recommend having earplugs. not recommended for big families.
