Breakfast had good selection. Evening dining was good and reasonably priced. Staff very helpful. Rooms immaculate.

Not really the hotels fault but had a problem with several people all from another country spitting in the pool, and other areas around the pool.Several people complained and I felt that the management should have had someone overseeing the pool area as there were sign saying no spitting so obviously this has been an issue before

It is in the center. It is 5 mins walk to terminal21 , 12 mins walk to central marina, 3 mins to the beach. The staff at the breakfast is very friendly Khun Tong made me and my parents felt so comfortable and enjoyed the conversation. The pool area is ideal! My kid loved it so much. The bed is the best! We got king size bed.

The bar closes quite early.

The location was great. Only 5 minutes walk to the beaches and only 5 minutes walk to the shopping mall

Around the pool area flooring very dirty needs to be cleaned at least once a week dirty black muck and spilt drinks .under bed not cleaned once our full trip this needs to addressed

Perfect location very close to all major attractions - Terminal 21 Shopping Centre , Pattaya Beach road , lots of restaurants and bars walking distance . China town only down the road as are several night markets . Hotel very clean and great restaurant and swimming pools . Very friendly staff . Great room climate control and modern buttons to alert staff if you want your room cleaned or Do not disturb.

Pool area floor could have been washed down daily spill stains on tiles but this is advice for future reference, but still give Hotel 10/10 it’s just a little improvement that can eradicate the problem

Location in front of Terminal 21 Mall and a couple of minutes walk to Beach Road and Pattaya Beach. Amazing sea and sunset view from the comfort of your bed. For the value of your money, the breakfast was good.

Small room but well designed for seamless movement. For a hotel with this popularity and pool size, it requires more shaded areas and sun loungers. The fridge was working but didn't keep anything cold, and it's the first time I got charged for ordering ice. But again, for the value of your money, these things don't matter.

everything was great: the comfortable room, the amazing swimming-pool, the outstanding breakfast, the stunning sunset view from 17th floor, near to Terminal 21

The property is in the centre of Pattaya and close to the beach.

I have nothing against Indians but the hotel was full of Indians (group tour). You can't even relax or sit somewhere quietly because of loud voices from Indians. Our breakfast could have been better if the Indians know how to even get in the line. But the facilities were okay.
