We stayed one night in Best Western Galla as we had a flight to Berlin the next day. We had stayed recently at Best Western Skopje too. The very first thing we noticed was the reception staff both greeted us like old friends with lovely smiles they gave us all the relevant information we felt very welcome. Our room was ideal we had television but not a great selection of channels but that wasn’t important. Tea and coffee making facilities and complimentary bottled water was very welcome. Our bathroom was very well presented with shampoo, conditioner etc great shower. We had dinner in the hotel which was very good. Our waiter looked after us to the best. Breakfast was good. Check out next morning was again a lovely experience reception staff so friendly and professional. Our bus shuttle driver to the airport was an absolute pleasure to chat to he looked after us very well. Best Western is a great hotel to stay in.

There was a slight drain smell at times in the bathroom. Lighting for putting on make-up could be improved on. Breakfast choices could be laid out for self service possibly.

The staff was amazing. The person that was working the nightshift (we arrived around 1am) was very friendly and helped us with everything. He saw that we are very tired and tried to help us as fast as possible while giving us all the information for the next morning. The room was quite large, and i liked the bathroom. The room was large windows, but you don't hear the airplanes landing or leaving, which was soundproof, so that was great. The next morning we had coffee and breakfast, and the other staff was also very friendly.

Great location by the airport with free shuttle bus available. Ideal for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Rooms very clean, wifi solid, coffee facilities and water in room. Restaurant and bar onsite.

Be aware that breakfast isn't available until about 8.15am and is served to order so if you need to head off early then you need to make alternative arrangements. Making a light (self-serve) continental breakfast, juice and coffee available earlier would be a great win for this hotel.

I had an amazing experience with this hotel. It is located approximately 1.5km from the main terminal. If you have a flight planned, the staff will transport you to the airport for free. You can not ask for a better staff to represent the hotel. Hana was excellent and ensured that I was well taken care of. I had an early flight before the included breakfast was served. She offered to provide me with a to go box. Being that I am not a big breakfast person, it was not an issue. She offered to provide me with coffee instead. That was really nice and showed that she was willing to go the extra mile to provide quality customer service. The restaurant in the hotel also provides excellent meal service. The "lounge" portion is open 24 hours a day should you need a drink or snack. I had an amazing stay in Kosovo, and my last night staying in this hotel was the icing on the cake. Hana, thank you and the rest of the staff for providing me with such great service.

I liked everything.

Useful place to stay if you have a late flight to Prishtina Airport. Note that you do not have to walk back to the Airport to get a bus, You can walk back to the first roundabout in the direction of the airport. There is no bus stop but the bus will stop if to hold your hand out. There is a restaurant with a good range of food on the menu which is open until 10pm and the bar until midnight. Helpful and friendly staff.

Although the hotel is only 15 to 20 minutes walk from the airport, the path soon runs out and you have to walk along the grass verge. This would not be easy with luggage. It is worth looking into the hotel's complimentary shuttle service.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There's free transfer to/from the airport, otherwise the walk is about 15 minutes straight up the road on foot. Stable Wi-Fi and AC. Soundproof windows. The stay had breakfast included.

The waiter in the restaurant downstairs was rather inattentive, and I never received part of my order. When I asked for it, he just frowned and walked off. It was impossible to get to the socket under the desk to plug in my laptop.

The Galla is the perfect place to stay if you have late arrivals or early departures from Pristina Airport. Everyone - from the restaurant to the cleaning staff - were helpful, friendly and efficient. Above all I would like to praise and thank Hana and the other staff on reception. 'First impressions are lasting impressions' and she certainly made us feel welcome and handled our late arrival and initial needs with professionalism, kindness and good humour. Thanks to everyone, good job👍

There was nothing that I didn't like.

We had all we needed.Staff has been extremely friendly & helpful. Frequent shuttle service to the airport has been super handy.Dropping the rental car to the airport / using the shuttle to reach the hotel /getting back to the airport same way to catch our morning flight have gone very smooth.

When booking a hotel we should be able to view breakfast hours. We had bought breakfast too and then found out breakfast started at 8 am only , which was too late for our flight.

Although we didn't realise there was a shuttle bus this would have been fabulous as we walked from airport instead so used it on way back instead. All staff were super helpful welcoming and we felt we were wanted as tourists there, they couldn't do enough for you and we're informative about the area and the conflict which meant we had to reroute. We had a really good meal and breakfast and we're very comfortable in our room.

Hot water ran out but it's like that in all Kosova with the tiny boilers. Room was spacious and comfortable and had both hot and cold air con. Breakfast was delicious although from 8 which was later than we'd have liked. But they offered to give us a packed lunch instead. Again super helpful. Light airy hotel and would definitely stay again very close to airport and reasonably priced.

Location. We return our rental car and only took 15 mins to walk back to the hotel. In addition, there is free shuttle transfer to airport 24 hours. As we were leaving early, hotel is kind to pack breakfast for us.

Aircon in the room is not working. Called front desk and they tried to fix the problem but in vain. Finally switch to fan mode, which is still hot throughout the night. They are aware of the problem and are planning on fixing it.
