A 20-minute easy walk to Ala-Too Square, located in a residential, peaceful location. Amenities available: hairdryer, toiletries, tea/coffee maker, and air conditioning, which is helpful in the summer months. Excellent breakfast with fresh eggs cooked to order. Room exactly as pictured. English speaking staff at reception who are helpful and assisted me in finding a cab when taxi app wasn't working.

There was some construction nearby, but only during the day. There is some temporary pipe work in front of the hotel, but that is not the hotel's fault, and it is a 30-step walk from where your cab drops you off. The location is easy to find using Yandex Go or Google Maps.

However, one small thing to note is that they don’t use a card system to open the doors; instead, they provide a traditional key. This led to an issue the following day when our room wasn’t cleaned, as the key was still with us. It would be helpful if they could consider switching to a card system to avoid such situations."

I definitely think it's worth the 53$ / night. Staff is very friendly and always trying to make you happy. Rooms are simple but cosy with small details such as bed light, kettle, glasses, mini fridge, 2 small bottles of drinking water etc. AC is working well. The sizes and shapes of the rooms vary and some are facing the back yard, some look out to the front street but all offer the same comfort. There's a cosy roofed seating area in the back yard and a water dispenser to refill your own bottle near the reception. Breakfast is awesome with everything you need and they make your eggs to order. Globus supermarket and Bishkek Beer Company (BBC) each 10 min. walk away. Also 2 close bus stations come in handy. Loved our stay here.

My stay at the property was amazing. I had 18 hours layover at Bishkek, so I booked this hotel to stay over there and catch my flight the next day. The local staff was professional and quite helpful. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable, and already prepared before my arrival so I didn’t face any kind of problem or had to ask for anything to be provided to me. The breakfast that they served was quite delicious and freshly prepared. I have stayed at other 5-10 star hotels in Bishkek also, but this Urban hotel, it was quite nice and excellent, exceeding my expectations. The only problem was with the location - it was a little difficult to find from Google maps location. I would totally recommend this hotel and would love to stay there if I travel to Bishkek again. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing place. Near the center only some minutes walk. Even thought is in a quite area we never felt threatened. Is completely safe in Bishkek. Nice cozy room. The breakfast is amazing.

My only concern was the curtains in the room. The room is very bright and we had to wake up very early because of the sun. It is just a problem for me because i want the room completely dark for sleep.

We booked 3 rooms for one night, rooms were all located in the basement close to the restaurant area. Staff was kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the good breakfast. Good wi-fi and comfortable beds.

Furniture and toilette were not very good quality, they look new but a bit cheap for the quality of the hotel. In on room the wall between the toilette and the bedroom, there was high visible moisture stain.

Cold white electric bulbs like in a hospital. Floors laminated in plastic. Gap between the windows and curtains allowing too much streetlight in.

The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from the city centre, the rooms were clean and modern, check in and check out very smooth, and the breakfast pretty good with decent selection.

The hotel may be a bit difficult to find in a small side street, with construction nearby. As we were staying during the weekend and were not walking around at night, we didn't have any issues though.

I liked the location. Walking distance to most of the parks. The staff were helpful despite little knowledge to English language. Google translate is a powerful tool there. The location was safe even if you walk going home at past midnight. Fast Internet. Smart TV. Clean building.

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days total and the breakfast spread was 95% the same or on repeat mode like you're on a deja vu. But food was decent. Bidet must be installed please. Toiletries must be replenished every day, if possible.
