The room was great: comfy, big for a family stay, cozy. We also liked the breakfast that had sufficient options (not as many veggies or fruits as I have wanted but for the price if the room it was really great! The stuff was nice and friendly too.

The only thing that I didn’t appreciate were the curtains: very thin and not holding the light back almost at all. Since the day starts very early in the summer, the room was quite bright and we couldn’t sleep well from very early in the morning. There are people that are not bothered by light while sleeping, but we are sensitive to it.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was clean and practical, not very large, but just right. I appreciated having a kettle and a tea set for a cozy touch. The staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel’s location was excellent, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning

Everything was okay. I have two suggestions: First, a small fridge in the room would be very useful. Second, it's a shame there was no wardrobe. However, I understand that a shelf with clothes hangers was likely provided to save space in the small room.

Lovely Hotel, location was very convenient walking distance to the new town and right next to the bus stop where we got the bus to the airport on our return. Staff spoke good English and were friendly and very helpful, recommending which bus to get for the town, where to go to eat etc. Room was a good size with a lovely bathroom and comfy beds. good shower. everything was very clean. Breakfast in the morning was really good - great choice of food. In the evening we were able to order a drink from the bar and either sit in the cafe/breakfast room or in the lounge area near to the reception. Lovely place to stay and excellent value for money.

Only a few small things that could be improved but it did not bother us too much: Found tea in the room but no coffee Breakfast could use a little bit of variety Weird shower arrangement. It was near the sink, so after the shower it is all wet and you cannot reach the sink without getting your feet wet I would say it was on the pricier side but we booked only a few days before the trip, so that could have made a difference

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was clean and cosy, and the staff was friendly and kind, making sure we felt welcome. The bed was very comfortable, allowing to rest well. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from my top-floor panoramic room, where we could see the church tower. The breakfast was good, with a modest but sufficient selection for a basic start to the day. The hotel's location is close to the city centre—just a 5-minute drive by car, though it takes about 20 minutes on foot. While the walk back involves a bit of a climb up the hill, the quiet location and overall experience make it well worth it.

There was no tea or coffee provided in the room, though there was a kettle and cups.

Perfect location for all of the best sights of the city, amazing breakfast which is refilled throughout, so clean, comfortable and really lovely staff. The place runs so efficiently. I stayed in a suite because I had just had surgery and wanted a fridge for fresh fruit etc. The suite represents insanely good value for money, as I'm sure all of the rooms do. I had so many questions prior to my stay, mostly to do with my recovery, and the responses were prompt and thorough. Staff took really good care of me and were so kind. Thank you for a perfect stay during what could have been a really difficult time for me.

Absolutely nothing that I can think of. I genuinely cannot fault this hotel.

The location was good for us, as we came by car, and parking is provided outside the hotel. WE were given two ENORMOUS rooms, and each had a separate closed bedroom (large) and a sitting room with kitchenette. Most of the rooms are likely to be smaller, because there was a team of young sportsmen in the hotel and they would have smaller perhaps twin rooms. It was nice to be able to make tea and coffee in our room. The bed was comfortable. I must mention the EXCELLENT breakfast, with good choices, and plenty to eat. Staff were most helpful.

On a positive note, if you come to Kaunas with a car, this hotel offers convenient underground parking. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable, and there was ample space in the room to work comfortably with a laptop.

I was disappointed with the shower area. The shower was combined with the toilet, causing water to spread across the entire bathroom floor after each use. Although a cleaning broom was provided to manage the water, it was not effective enough to fully dry the floor. As a result, the floor remained wet, making it inconvenient and unpleasant to use the bathroom afterwards, especially if you were wearing socks.

The Receptionist was very welcoming and professional. The hotel is modern, has cute sitting areas outside and there's a underground parking option. Our room was well cleaned and the bed comfortable. We also loved the breakfast – good selection of food and all fresh & well made.

It took some time for us to figure out how to use the remote. The modem was behind the TV and didn't turn on unless it was pointed at from the side of the TV.

The best thing about this accommodation is the personnel, and sometimes it is the only thing you desperately need at the moment. This is to express my extreme gratitude to Inna, the beautiful girl at the reception. I was in distress after a long road journey and she felt it and went far and beyond to help me and make my stay at the hotel pleasant and relaxing. The room was quite comfortable, the pricing reasonable, the breakfast really decent, the location favourable.

Everything was in accordance with the Booking profile, nothing to complain about.
