Great location right on the pedestrian walk in the center. Surrounded by restaurants, art ,and historic buildings . The parking was convenient. The staff were all extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very complete. Everything you could possibly want was available eggs, meat, salad, yogurt, cheese, good bread, pastry, and an easy to use coffee, tea machine.

The breakfast room was located in the basement restaurant, which was only accessed by stairs. You were allowed to bring your food upstairs to the bright dining area or to the street cafe. We did eat upstairs as it was more pleasant than the darker basement eating area, but needed to make severals trips each morning.

Hotel is a door step of Laisves aleja, very central, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the door, Girls at reception was very nice and helpful Room was very spacious, modern and clean Breakfast was amazing, loved banana crepes

As it is a 4 star hotel we were expecting to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, no kettle or coffee machine at all There was only one small still water bottle for two guests submitted as a greeting no robes and only handwash and bodywash in a bathroom, would be expecting much more cosmetics for a 4 star hotel(shampoo, conditioner ect.) Giving only 8 as it is a 4 star hotel and we were expecting to have everything what 4 star hotel should offer, but all in all we were happy with our stay

Our bed was so comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Very kind and caring staff. I had surgery in Kaunas and recovered at the hotel and the receptionists were so compassionate and gentle with me. They went to great trouble to get me settled and even provided me with a kettle for my peppermint tea. Facilities were immaculate. I slept very well as it was peaceful and cosy. Aircon worked great (it was 28 degrees yesterday) Location is perfect - lots of charming restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, grocery stores and clothes shops. The grill London restaurant did excellent food and the hotel provided plates as I preferred to get takeout and eat in my room. Usual apps on the tv, prime, Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube plus local channels. Good sized tv too. Fridge in bedroom and very nice terrace (the terrace room was perfect for me) Good strong shower, plenty of wardrobe space, sauna and small pool which my husband enjoyed. I have to reiterate what an excellent breakfast they served. Buffet was fresh, varied and plentiful. Very good coffee and lots of juice choices. The housekeepers were very friendly. One housekeeper didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak her language but we would both communicate in our own language and somehow managed to have a nice chat together each day. I have further surgery in the winter and look forward to another stay at the Kaunas. Thank you to all the staff for making us so welcome.

Comfortable beds, amazing bathroom, very flexible hotel staff. Wonderfully clean rooms. Very central location. We booked the family room which are 2 rooms connected by doors inside the rooms. Perfect for a family with 2 adults and 2 kids. Each have their own bathroom

No kettle/tea/coffee maker in the room (but it was provided when asked at reception). Pool wasn't advertised as a cold pool (only to be used after sauna) - kids were mildly disappointed there was no opportunity for their daily swim. For some reason, the rooms were very warm and we used the airconditioning when sleeping

The hotel was situated in a great location in the centre of the city and close to all amenities and a short walk to the old town. The rooms were contemporary, bright, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and good powerful shower. The mini bar was reasonably priced. We had a room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the avenue so great for people watching. Very close walk to restaurants and bars. Breakfast was included and provided a good selection of hot and cold buffet. Small pool, gym and sauna. You need to book the sauna in advance of using it around 40 mins before but they tell you this at check in. Staff friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early on arrival and check out late on departure which was an added bonus. Really good value for money. Would book again and recommend to others.

It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room as would have been nice first thing to sit on balcony with a coffee but just a minor thing.

Location is the best in town. Reception service was very freinly and check in was fast.

Sauna and pool area could be renovated to meet latest standards.

I had a great stay. The room was good size and very clean. It wasn't big, but there was enough space. The colour palette is very pleasant and the room felt cosy. It's not a new hotel so I thought that the décor would be a bit outdated, but it wasn't the case. It was modern and the overall atmosphere was very positive. For breakfast, there was everything one could wish for. There were two sets of pillows in the room, a set of firm ones and a set of very soft ones which is a great idea because you can please everyone. I can be a bit of a clean freak, I removed the pillowcases to check the pillows and was glad to find out that they were completely clean. The bathroom was a good size and exceptionally clean. The location is fantastic! When I come back to Kaunas, I'll stay here again.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Ideally located with fantastic views from the top floor, quite large recently renovated, sound and light proof room. Warm, quiet, comfortable bed, armchairs that you can enjoy the panoramic views from. An all-inclusive experience: wellness facilities, superb parking, great atmosphere, helpful staff, room service breakfast was a blast!

A pair of robes and a coffee maker would have made it even better, shower could have tiny bit higher pressure, but those are minor notions that did not affect our stay at all.

Great and central location - Convenient for all attractions. Sauna and pool a relaxing bonus. Rooms are clean..bathrooms are modern. Breakfast is excellent with more than enough choice. Smart TV in the room, therefore great to access Netflix at night, after a day exploring and no problems with WIFI.

The memory foam mattress was too soft and I didn't sleep well but that was possibly dow to age. Coming from Scotland, we do like our tea and I was disappointed with no kettle in the room.

We had a really lovely stay at Kaunas Hotel. The location is perfect, right on Laisvės alėja, so everything was within walking distance, from shops and cafes to cultural sites. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was that they let us check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was such a nice gesture and made our day easier. The breakfast was also good, great variety, fresh options, and tasty coffee. And the staff were consistently kind and helpful, making the whole experience feel warm and
