I really loved the place, the area and the staff. The room is very cosy and clean. I was lucky to get it on the fourth floor and had a very sudden view onto the sky, cause I had a window in the ceiling 😃 there is a hair dryer in the bathroom, that is also a plus! Even I was staying there 2 night, the next day they took out the trash and changed the towel for feet, that was nice 😊

What I didn’t really like is how well you can hear your neighbours, I don’t think there were talking loudly, these were just the walls - I guess very thin. If I could speak their language, I would understand clearly what they were discussing 😅

It was my third stay in this hotel. This time I find the stay as perfect thanks to a very nice and professional receptionist Anna. She was very kind, helpful and on top of that she spoke fluent Polish, which is not so obvious in this hotel. The hotel provides a very clean and comfortable accommodation. Breakfasts are also very good there. Parking is available free of charge. The location is most suitable for us at the Gate of Dawn.

The entry and the exit from the parking place is a bit difficult due to a bumpy road.

The staff was fantastic! When I realized that my debit card was missing, they were patient and supportive as I contacted my bank (in a different time zone) and arranged other methods of payment. Much appreciated!! The daily breakfast was plentiful and filling. : ) The location was also great - right across the street from the Old Town but no way near as noisy or crowded.

I wish there had been shades or curtains on the windows. The room was private enough (it was on the top floor,) but there was no blocking the morning sun. Also, a sauna was advertised but there was none on the property.

Everything went well.The breakfast was ample and good including both hot and cold stuff.The location is great,just take a right to the "the gates of dawn" Ausros located only a few metres away and that's where the historic city trail starts.The room was clean and that's enough for me, but in addition it was cosy and a relief when coming back from the cold outdoors,the shower was good with hot water supplied immediately also through good pressure and I also enjoyed strong free wifi and an easy-to-operate TV. Room was quiet as well and reached through a good passenger lift.

Honestly.I cannot complain.

Heated bathroom floor and towel warmer, A/C, breakfast and coffee good, table and chairs in room, clean, nice building, water cooler, hold luggage after check-out.

Ran out of clean towels, towels thin and small, no hair conditioner, pillows too soft, breakfast attendant not friendly or interactive but did a good job maintaining breakfast items and tables.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, as it is opposite the Gate of Dawn. The breakfast was delightful with many options available to suit anyone's need. The breakfast room interior was decorated such that you felt like being at home. Also, the many window's allowed the sun and a lovely view of the courtyard. The woman taking care of the breakfast area watched over everything with the care of a mother in her own home.

That I didn't make my stay a longer one!

The room for three was clean and comfortable. There is a kettle and a refrigerator. It's warm in cold weather (only the heating in the room was turned off at the time of arrival). Wifi works well. The TV has enough channels. Breakfast is enough to fill you up in the morning. Parking is available not only in front of the entrance, but also in the courtyard (you can ask directions at the reception). There is a cooler with drinking water in the corridor (free of charge). You can buy some snakes.

The curtains do not allow complete blackout and in the morning the light came straight into the eyes. The bathtube is slippery, I got a bruise.

Everything was in order

It was difficult to find a room. In the beginning, you had to take an elevator, then walk down a long corridor and then go down. It is impossible to remember from the first time..

Everything was great, especially I want to note an own bathroom with shower+the hairdryer and WC, and a small refrigerator in the room. It was quite warm, if one needs more warmth, there´s a possibility to regulate it by the heater. The blanket was warm too, so I had a good sleep before an early check-out. In ~100 m away from the hotel there's a bus stop, where stops also a night bus 88N to/from the airport. The location of the hotel is also cool, very close begins Old town. The accomodation was really more than worth of its price, many places of stay with the same conditions cost more.

In my room (201) there was only one free socket (also one was for the TV and one for the refrigerator), plus one free in the bathroom. For me it was enough and wasn´t a problem, but for anyone it can be.
