The location is top. The check-in process was very easy; everything was explained clearly. The room was well-designed and clean. The kitchen in the basement is well-equipped, and you have everything you may need for a morning coffee or tea.

The parking is free and convenient. However, it is just behind a barrier in an open area accessible to anyone. It should have been noted in the description.

Really good location. Nice spot to get around the old town. Really spacious and clean rooms. Easy and quick contacts with the staff via booking/e-mails as it is selfservice hotel. Luxorious feeling to the hotel. Soft and big beds. Nice aircondition. Nice amneties to common use downstairs aka kitchen, washingmachine, ironing board, bikes for lend. Everyhting a budget traveller would need.

Hotel was not too easily marked. Have to go through and iron gate inside a courtyard next to the church. After that you find your hotel front door. Which is not too obviousuly marked either. Missing an elevator, so wouldn't recommend if that is a must. Was not a problem for us.

Super comfortable and spotlessly clean - one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Europe, especially for the price! Bed was much more comfortable than the standard I’ve become accustomed to, and aircon worked great. Lovely bright room and spacious. Fantastic location right in the centre of old town next to the town hall, yet still quiet and peaceful. Loved that there was a kitchen and a washing machine for use.

No lift, so may not be suitable for those who do not wish to climb stairs - but this is quite normal for buildings in old town neighbourhoods.

A beautiful room in a lovely historic building with lovely staff members looking after everything. My room was extremely clean and comfortable with tasteful and modern decor. A nice kitchen downstairs to enjoy tea and coffee. The staff helped me with luggage and communications with my shuttle van to Kaunas as I was on crutches with a bad knee. Thank you staff members! This accomodation is set in Vilnius old city with its quaint cafes, shops, churches and a grocery store 1/2 block away. Highly recommend this place

Amazing location. Brand new, super modern room. Very clean. We really appreciated that there was a washing machine, dryer, and washing capsules available free of charge. The free parking is on site, which is very handy. We really enjoyed staying at GRAND CROWN and would definitely return if staying in Vilnius again!

The apartments are absolutely new and clean! The Furniture are new and comfortable! The location is perfect! I recommend it 100%

I think the stairs it’s a little bit problem if you have to carry your luggage 3 floors. You should take this into account, there are people that are not able to carry so much.

Perfect location in the old town but at the same time very quiet. Private parking was a real advantage as we came by car. The apartment is new, modern and very clean. The self check in was very easy. I would certainly come back if I’d be again in Vilnius!

The property is in the best possible location for people visiting Vilnius (old town). The hotel is exceptional clean, modern and have everything you would want or need in a hotel. The staff member Casper is an absolute treasure he assisted me when I needed help.

The room was nice and airy, location very central. Best part was the fully stocked basement with a washer/dryer, ironing boards and a kitchenette.

My room (upgraded one) had a chemical scent to it like fresh paint or something along those lines. Airing the windows helped!
