Breakfast was fantastic. I want to mention the 2 ladies working the room- they were fantastic! Tables were cleared the moment people got up, so there never was a line. As soon as some foods were low they brought up more. They made great breakfast even better. The selection of North American and European food was great.

The bed was a little bit hard for me. I know the hard bed is better for your back I needed a softer one. After one night I mentioned it to the desk and they added to my bed 2 soft mattresses and that solved the problem. So I guess, there wasn’t a problem.

Honestly we liked everything. Location - is in the old town. Apartment- it was on 5th floor with window in the roof. Sunsets and sunrises are the fascinating. Breakfast was amazing. Great variety of meals. Definetely you will not be hungry. And what is more valuable - very friendly staff. My son has severe allergy on some types of food. Ladies in the kutchen explained ingridients of every meal that we asked. We arrived at hotel late evening, my kids were very hungry after long flight. Concierge advised us the spot to grab a meal

The room had all I needed for a 5 night stay. The bathroom and bed area were clean, and provided with kettle and cups. The breakfast offered a good variety of food in a pleasant dining area. It's a pleasant hotel and good value for money. The hotel is on the edge of the Old Town so it's easy to walk everywhere; only a 5-10 minute walk from both the bus station and the train station, and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

There was nothing I'd complain about. Very limited TV programs in English whereas other hotels in the Baltic countries had more to choose from.

Overall, it was a nice hotel with good value. The desk staff were outstanding -- helping with even things that they weren't expected to. The breakfast was also outstanding. Cleanliness was good. Overall, very happy with the hotel. Another bonus: it's not a far walk to the train station, which can take you directly to the airport for cheap. Things like a storage space, umbrellas for the rain, and so on, were especially nice.

It was very well located to the Old Town & a short walk from the bus station. The staff were very accommodating - happy for luggage to be left before my late flight. On request placed tea bags & a kettle in the room that was supposed to be there. There was no wardrobe as in the booking but that was of no consequence. A good breakfast. Lovely to have English TV channel for the short time I watched having a break from walking the city.

The room was supposed to have city views but I only had a view of the car park.

Very professional and friendly staff. Super helpful. Breakfast is good and the girl looking after the breakfast buffet was really good at keeping everything clean and topped up. Rooms were clean. Reception did everything they could to help. I have stayed in many places in Vilnius over the years and this hotel is now one of the best value and quality hotels in the city. Location is also good. Always now my first choice for a place to stay.

There was a little confusion at check-in because my special request (which was agreed by the hotel in advance) had not been accommodated. However, the superb guy at check-in sorted it all out for me and everything was fine without any real problems. Great customer service.

It's a cute, comfortable, and fairly nicely located (a walkable distance to train station and a little further but also walkable distance to tourist attractions.) Its breakfast is a nice plus, offering enough variety to satisfy a variety of tastes. My room's small balcony was handy to check the weather or just get some natural air in the room, let alone increase the view. This hotel's atmosphere made me feel like I was in Vilnius. BTW, friendly and nice desk attendants and friendliness among the rest of the staff. Totally comfortable.

There isn't really a reason to dislike anything. If you don't appreciate the walk to the old town, a rideshare is quite available.

Location was perfect for walking round the town. The room had towels and a hairdryer, good shower and the buffet style breakfast was lovely, had a quite a lot of choice.

The bedroom was very basic, no tea or coffee facilities. Although you can upgrade. Its ok if you just want a place to sleep. The sink in the bathroom took ages to drain. Parking wasn't free as I expected, it was €10 to park in hotel or other option is to park on the road and pay at the pay & display machine. Charges are from 8am to 8pm. Free parking from 8pm to 8am.

Super clean and towels changed everyday. Good location. Nice receptionists . Lovely room except no milk and sondcreabags could have been replaced but it was v good value for money and I am being picky here. Thank you for a lovejybstsy

No milk in room for drinks for whole stay. I asked dark haired lady bathing reception when I came in forbsone milk and she said she didn’t have d any. Still no milk was out in room the next day. It would have been nice to have map pointed out by receptionist on arrival of city which they had on shelves but just looked like bumph.

Conveniently situated a few minutes walk from the train and bus station. Also convenient for the old town.with its restaurants and bars. Breakfast included freshly cooked buckwheat with vegetables / meat which was nice. I had an attic room, with a sloping ceiling, that if I wasn't careful I would bang my head. I can't complain about this though as the photographs of the room on booking dot com showed this clearly. This inconvenience was reflected in the price of what is a very well run hotel
