Not my first stay here. Everything was great. You can’t beat the convenience of the place: everything is nearby.

With my genius level 3 status I was supposed to have a free breakfast. However, I had to pay €10 for it. It’s not a big deal but still. Feels like a false advertisement from the platform. Oh, I was also charged some kind of an extra tax separately (that happens every time I’m in Vilnius). I guess, it’s a Lithuanian thing. I think, it’s €2 per night.

excellent breakfast, fast and easy check-in and check-out, good location ( 5-min walking from Old City, bus station and railway-station)

The room was too small, too little space and furniture for unpacking, the only chair with a too shabby pleather chair upholstery, a used pilow-case remaing from the previous occupants lying on the floor near the bedhead, very dirty window pane, no soap in the liquid soap dispenser over the wash-basin; poor sound isolation, we could hear the TV set from the next-door room as if it were on in our own. The only excuse I can think of is that we checked-in in the late evening and all better rooms had been already occupied, but we booked well beforehand and notified in advance about our late arrival.

Location is very close to the main train station and main bus station, which makes the hotel is the best option for travelers. The buffet breakfast was good, the room had a nice view, everything was very clean. Staff members were helpful and flexible for check-in options, because two people arrived at different times.

Maybe it's the issue of the booking or a computer system, but I clearly booked for another person via booking option "book for someone else" and in the printed confirmation there was only the name of the actual guest - and still they kept asking for my family name, even though the person had booking number and pin code.

Due to the situation on belarusian order this hotel is a perfect place to book if You're not sure that Your bus will come on time before further flight from Vilnius airport. It is only some 200 meters away from the bus station. It alo has a great view in the rooms on the 4th floor or higher.

I guess the cleaning personal was in a hurry when cleaning the bathroom. Not all hair was cleaned. But it was not critical an acceptable for the money I payed for this room. There is an ongoing construction in the backyard of the hotel, so it could be noisy even early in the morning, if you open the window to air the room. The other thing is the information from Booking.com. In my Booking it was written that I get a free Upgrade to the double room with two double beds. But I got a normal room with two single beds. That was OK, but why shoud Booking even mention that, if it is not possible?

After a long day walking, it was fine. We weren't looking for 5 star, nor a Novotel or chain. This place was fine. A place to sleep, bed was ok. Didn't over think it.

Just the one thing, but it's the same as all hotels, the number of mouse clicks they do at check in. I can't understand why it's such a long process, you fill out an arrival card - why, but why do they type in all in again.... just seemed to take forever, click, click, click.... if we've booked, all this should be ready to go...

Location is great for transit travelers. The hotel is 250 meters from Bus & train stations. There are city bus stops nearby the hotel - buses connect all the locations of Vilnius, including direct bus to airport. Great advantage of Panorama is 24x7 reception, the staff was great. Also good for those who want to explore the Old town of Vilnius. Everything is quite close to the hotel.

Construction site right under the window, it was a bit noisy starting 8am. But this is temporary issue and is not a feature of the hotel. Just ask for a quiet room if you need. The window did not close tightly, the seal did not hold well. Not critical, hope they will fix it quickly.

I come here every year (even twice a year), sometimes alone and sometimes with my family. Every time you have a feeling that you are at home. You always receive here a kind, efficient and polite service, service "with a soul", the administration helps you with any your request in the manner that you are not just a guest, but also the best friend.

At the moment there is a building proccess of a new part of hotel, and this makes the amazing panorama view to the old town a bit less amazing. But anyway, the hotel is great.

The hotel is very close to the station, which is convenient. The staff is nice, the room was ready for us 1.5 h earlier than check-in time, and we didn't need to wait to move in. The view to the city is good. The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The noise isolation is quite good, though the windows cover the whole wall, it was comfortable to sleep at night without earplugs. There is a large TV (having browser, but no youtube or netflix), a hair dryer, wireless chargers, usb sockets (type-c inclusive). The bathroom is also modern and stylish.

It was very cold in the room when we arrived, the room heats with an air conditioner, and as long as it works only when the card is on and it heats long enough, it took about an hour to get the room warmed. To keep the bathroom warm we have to always keep the door to it open, as there is no heating coil in it. And it led to another issue - the towels were always wet. Before arrival I wrote a request for a room with the view to the old city, but received no reply. Only when I checked the room, and asked about it at the reception - I was told that all rooms were occupied. The best option would be to have such a choice of view when booking the room - at a higher price, for example. But all in all it was ok, as the view to the station was nice.

We stayed just 1 night. Location is very good for transit tourists. Also we had a comfortable beds. In the toilet there were: hair dryer, soap, shower gel, 2 glasses, white towels (2 big, 2 small, 1 for legs after shower). Also in the room there is no wardrobe, but there is a special place with hooks and clothes hangers. Also there were 2 fans, but we didn't use it. Breakfast is from 8 till 10: omelet, eggs, porridge, vegetables and fruits, muesli, milk, yogurts, cheese, ham, bread, ecc. Drinks: water, juices, coffee, tea.

Everything was ok

The hotel is within walking distance from the bus station and the bus stop that goes to the station. It is also convenient to start exploring the city from here. The beds are comfortable. The Wi-Fi is good. In my opinion, the hotel does not seem shabby.

The disadvantages include the following. On hot days, it is difficult to stay in the room without air conditioning... even with the window open, the fan does not help much. Breakfast starts exactly at 7 am, if you go into the restaurant yourself (if you wait, it may not start). There was trash from the floor on the bed sheet... And the construction behind the hotel starts at 7 am...
