Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good for sleeping. I did not use the kitchenette, but seems like there was plenty of equipment if needed. Location was excellent, in the old town.

Cleanliness was good, definitely not unclean, but could do with an improved standard and a better scrub in places. In the morning, you can hear everyone's steps upstairs and it's quite loud - woke me up a few times as I assume the rooms were cleaned upstairs, there were a lot of bangs. No iron in the room, possibly in the reception, but I had no time to ask. Bathroom has nowhere to put your makeup or other things on near the sink - recommend installing some shelves or a unit.

Great location. Literally 3 minutes walk to the Old city. Grocery store is located also 3-5 minutes away. Working A/C was a life saver during 32 degrees hot weather. Awesome shower))) Incredible blackout curtains! We almost overslept our excursion time because we thought it was still a night time at 9 am )))

No microwave in the kitchen. We had to use the oven instead which is not the same. No elevator in the 3 story building. So if you have difficulties using the stairs or have lots of luggage, I would recommend to book a 3-people apartment. They all seem to be located on the first floor.

Clean, nice, neat, 24-hour check-in, close to the train station, friendly and helpful staff, there is a dishwasher and dishes, there is a machine with hot water at the reception (they didn't ask for money for hot water). Quiet, good air conditioning.

There is not a single tea bag in the apartment. No water (only in the tap). Water at the reception is 2 Euro - 250 ml. The second bed is incredibly hard (it is a sofa with pillows), one night is okay, but no more.

Good location, friendly staff, room was beautiful and comfortable big plus was the large double bed. We had a good overnight stay with kids.

It is not a thing they have much control over but the parking situation wasn’t most comfortable. It was a challenge to get our car into spot and later back out, as there wasn’t much space in the parking lot that was full of cars and the fence was very close. Good part was having car parked so close to the room.

Both units we had were comfortable and the space well planned, there was space for luggage and closets, both apartment overall were very comfortable.

In one of the units AC did not work properly in one of the units, and the 2 windows had no blinds to keep the light out… the window in the ceiling that at first seemed cute was especially annoying with the sunlight hitting us at like 4:30 or 5 am… if you fix those two things, it will be great.

Great size, lovely outlook, big windows, warm and comfortable room, great location, supermarkets very close by, good buffet breakfast available. Would stay again.

No hair conditioner, body lotion, washing machine soap, dishwasher soap. Hard to travel with these items, so they are always appreciated. A bit dusty around the edges of the room, needs monthly deep cleaning. The apartment washing machine and dryer is shared by a number of rooms, and is located at the end of the hallway, not an issue, just a note.

location is great, breakfast is absolutely fine, apartment option is nice - you have your separate apartment with kitchen, while you have reception and breakfast as in any regular hotel.

room was a bit empty. maybe that's because the apartment is pretty spacious, but it looked empty for me. the issue that we have is that near the entrance people go out and smoke and loudly talk. otherwise the hotel is located in a very quiet place, so all talks are really loud. and the smell is cigarettes is not really pleasant.

The room was really good and I had everything I needed, from plates to glasses and so on! Nothing to complain about. Everything worked out well. Bed was really comfy and the room clean. Close to the city center, central station and public transport in general. The room got cleaned every day and I got new towels, even tho I didnt ask for it. Can really recommend this place :)

The apartment was very comfortable. We especially appreciated the air conditioner and the desk inside a special quiet area. It's nice that although it's an apartment hotel, there is a reception and someone was always available to answer questions. The washing machine worked. The room cleaning and the breakfast were available when needed.

I enjoyed a neat apartment with great amenities like a full kitchen and a spacious dining table, perfect for work. The place was fairly clean and peaceful. The highlight was its prime location in the heart of Vilnius' old town, near the rail station. The entire city is easily accessible, with most of the old town reachable within a 10-minute walk. The apartment we stayed in was a bit cold but the reception offered a space heater, which worked well.

Parking could be better; they provide gated spots for 10 euros daily, but parking in the old town is tough. If you can't find a space near the hotel, try Kruopu St. for more options. Our apartment (number 4) lacked AC, so airing out humidity after showers was difficult. They could significantly improve ventilation by installing a louver in the apartment door.
