I can hear a man coughing from the room next to mine….which means he can hear me. Do consider that if you value your provacy I hasn't managed to work out how to properly close the door as there was no lock from inside only the door chain. So you could still slightly open the door from outside if you wanted to! That didn’t feel safe enough for me so I put a chair against the door. Maybe a bit extra but whatever.

Great location. Friendly staff. Compared to other hotels of a similar size and location great value.

The location is fantastic, a short walk from the bus and train station and right next to The Gates of Dawn. Walking through the gates was a perfect start to each day. The hotel is modern, very clean and super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Coffee and water available in the seating area near reception plus hot wine in the afternoon. The room was huge and had everything we needed. When we return to Vilnius we will stay here again.

The hotel is located 4 min walking from the city center in a great calm zone, even though the area is very busy, I could not hear a sound during the night. The room was very spacious and clean, you could have a hot wine or coffee downstairs for free, as well as you had everything what you need in the room: a tea, coffee, safe. Really good conditions for the price of the hotel

Literally nothing. It was a great stay, the staff very friendly. The sound proof is great and you cannot hear any other guests in their rooms.

The location is super convenient and the hotel is very well decorated! The rooms are kept very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly! Breakfast is limited but nice and sufficient. I would definitely stay here again!

They could do with better curtains so to avoid light to wake you up.

We had a perfect stay in Moon Garden hotel! The design of the interior was exceptional, unique and authentic. The room had heating that tou could regulate. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing and everything was delicious! Maybe the selection wasn't huge, but it featured everything you could possibly want to eat!

Location near the entry gate to the Old Town was very good. Breakfast was served in a clean, bright and airy basement room. Decent selection of hot and cold items, though there was a bit of confusion (dining room v reception) about when breakfast serving finished on Sunday morning. Entry to the bedroom was via a 4-digit code, rather than a key or card. Once the number was noted in our phones, this meant we did not have to worry about leaving the key behind and locking ourselves out. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful in arranging taxi transport from and back to the airport. Free coffee was available in comfortable reception area while we waited.
