The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff are very helpful (both ladies at the reception were amazing, as well as the one at breakfast!) and the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The mini spa is also good, with one sauna, a jacuzzi, a shower and a changing room, and they provide bathrobes, slippers and towels. Be aware that it costs 20 euros per 2 hours. The rooms have a TV, with the possibility to connect to your Netflix account, and they let guests store their luggage after check-out, in case you need it. There is a South Korean restaurant with an entrance through the hotel, which is a good and affordable option to have lunch or dinner.

First of all - Olivia, the crew member. She is so kind, gentle, smart and helpful. Thanks for all the recommendations and advices. The location is wonderful! I liked to find in the bathroom a sign that said “enjoy the water in the sink, it’s safe to drink”. So lovely. Cleaning service was every day with no asking. You should try the Korean restaurant at the hotel yard. Breakfast was good and diverse. The shampoo-soap has an amazing smell. Quiet environment.

For getting to my room (211) I needed to walk through five corridors. The elevator is taking only to a far zone. Stairs to breakfast zone are narrow and not suitable for everyone (adult, tall, big feet). It will be nice if the waitress (breakfast time) will say “good morning” or “welcome” before “what is your room number?” (but this only an offer).

Amazing and value for money option in the old town of Vilnius. Fast service, relaxed and enjoyable accomodation, clean, quiet and calmy stay in a nice environment. Closed to all amenities, bars, cafes, shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, bus stops, etc. 5 - 10 minutes walk to the heart of the old town, Milos grafity/paintings/street art, central bus station, train station, Gates of Dawn Chapel, Hales Market, MO museum and much more. One last point and the most important one that was a pleasant surprise for us to start the day. The breakfast was amazing, with several options to choose, from raw fish, vegetables, steamed vegetables, sausages, eggs and much more. But the most important was the amazing service, fast service, kind personnel, to ask further assistance to help you, to make for you additional breakfast options like fried and scrabble eggs! In general i had the most amazing breakfast experience and service i had ever in my life for the last 25 years i am travelling!!!💯💯💯💯💪💪💪💪

This is a small hotel in a very good location for visiting the sites. The staff was the best we encountered on our tour of the Baltics. Our family room was clean and spacious. It consisted of 2 spacious seperate rooms which was ideal for our family.

The hotel parking is not close to the hotel, roughly 800M- 1km away. The pull-out sofa that our daughter slept on the first night was very uncomfortable however, the staff brought her a cot, which was much better, without additional cost or hassle. The breakfast was good but it is served in the basement of the adjacent restaurant. The space is crowded and windowless; it detracts from the experience.

Location - we were able to walk to all of the tourist attractions from our venue, and we’re not the fittest of people! Staff were helpful and spoke English (yes we did have a minimal grasp of Lithuanian but they proactively used our language). We enjoyed a 4-night stay and were able to take in all the major sites (all on the map provided by the hotel), which we did each morning before relaxing in one of the many, many cafes and eateries the Old Town offers

Nothing. We’d read the reviews about road noise and requested a quiet room, which they were very accommodating about. We were given a room as far away from the road as possible but still heard some noise - there are boy racers who will show off wherever you go! And it’s at a busy junction on a bus route so inevitable traffic noise, so worth putting in a request for a specific room if it’s likely to bother you.

We spent 3 nights here. The room wasn't huge, but more than adequate for our stay. Modern & bright. The hotel was very close to the old Town, which we enjoyed exploring. The air conditioner was not that cool, and the room was a bit warm, but the weather wasn't that hot yet. I could imagine, it would be more uncomfortable in high summer. The bathroom was good, and bed comfy. There is a lift ( we were on the 3rd floor) We had a quiet room. Breakfast in the morning was good, with something to be found for every taste. The hotel is in excellent proximity to the Old Town and we would recommend it.

Breakfast was very good and room was nice, not very big but OK. Location good, just a short walk and you will get to Old town. Lots of restaurats and caféet nearby. It costs only 0,80 euro to travel with train from airport to town, very cheap and easy. We like Vilnuis a lot, many nice old buildings, good food, good museums (KGB museum very interesting), it felt very safe all the time. We didn´t try the spa at the hotel, it costed 20 euro extra/person.

Located 10 minutes from the train station, in a great location in the historic center, easy to find. A sauna is available for an additional fee. But you need to register a time for visiting the sauna. Not expensive. There is a small fridge, a device for boiling water, tea, sugar in the room. There is a dresser, hair dryer and TV. We don't use Wifi, so can't rate it.

Breakfast was not available at the hotel. The receptionist did not know where to have breakfast at 7.00 in the morning. We found excellent coffee with croissants in a cafe "Boulangerie Vilnius" 100 m away. And a richer offer in the Market 300 m away

My room was really big and nice with also a very comfortable bathroom. Excellent bed, good choice of TV channels, tea, coffee and refrigerator also was there. Breakfast was not as rich as it could be, but I had everything I needed. And salted salmon every morning was a nice tasty surprise. Location is brilliant - 5 minutes to Coach station or Town hall square.

My room was on the 1st floor and big windows out of a busy street. I felt a bit confused that other people will see me from the outside, so I decided to hold curtains closed. In the corridor was a specific smell from the SPA. A bed light made a tiny noise.

Very centric, and comfortable overall. Nice decorations.

Our electricity sockets did not work for more than a day and the staff that helped us was not even understanding what we said, two of them were really kind and understanding and there was a third, older than the others, which made it really frustrating to deal with this and unclear on how they were going to resolve. Thankfully by the time we returned the next day it was fixed. Breakfast options did not have almost anything gluten free besides eggs.
