I liked a lot of things! Location is obviously really good being so near the train and bus stations, old town and Vilniaus Halė. Can't tell about parking because neither me nor my companions drive a car, hence no need for parking. The staff were friendly and nice, a few times stopped just to chat and ask about event we were attending. Really grateful that reception lent us an umbrella (it was raining a lot during first few days of our stay). One time other guests left a mess we found on our way to the elevator and staff promptly took care of it when we informed about it. Our request was also fulfilled. The room was superb! Really loved that there were a lot of shelves to put our stuff away, the room was pretty spacious, but the thing I loved the most was heated floor in bathroom. For someone who suffers from constantly cold extremities like me, it was heaven (soaps smelled heavenly too). While breakfast wasn't the grandest, it was good! Neither me, nor my companions have any complains about it. Simple and filling, a little bit of everything for each taste. Order-to-eat omelets were really delicious tho!

Nothing major, just nitpicks. -Could hear very well other guests passing our room from halls, but otherwise didn't hear much. -The restaurant where breakfast is served is in basement. Personally have no problem with the location or size of it, just the staircase and having nothing to grab onto in some sections of it (have very poor eyesight and sense of depth even with prescription glasses) -Beds a bit too narrow for adults. We had a room with 2 single beds (by request), just didn't expect them to be so narrow and fear of falling out during sleep.

Great location with comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. The breakfast is fresh and I can recommend the omelettes. Reception staff are helpful day and night. We never tried the restaurant on site but it seemed to be very popular. Perhaps next time! Easy walk to the square, lots of restaurants, good beer places, and the Gate of Dawn.

Disabled access is limited as there are some stairs to navigate and the pavement outside is too narrow for a wheelchair (in one direction). However, the staff did what they could to help.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff are very helpful (both ladies at the reception were amazing, as well as the one at breakfast!) and the breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The mini spa is also good, with one sauna, a jacuzzi, a shower and a changing room, and they provide bathrobes, slippers and towels. Be aware that it costs 20 euros per 2 hours. The rooms have a TV, with the possibility to connect to your Netflix account, and they let guests store their luggage after check-out, in case you need it. There is a South Korean restaurant with an entrance through the hotel, which is a good and affordable option to have lunch or dinner.

Place is very conveniently located. Old tow is right there you can walk everywhere comfortably. Front desk works 24/7.

Hair drier is a joke. You better have your own if you have a longer hair. My room was cleaned even though I did not asked for it. This was unacceptable because I lost peace of paper with information I needed and though I threw it in the rooms trash bin with recites and will check it when I get back. But when I got back the trash bin was emptied. The toilet tank was leaking so it activated at regular time intervals.

First of all - Olivia, the crew member. She is so kind, gentle, smart and helpful. Thanks for all the recommendations and advices. The location is wonderful! I liked to find in the bathroom a sign that said “enjoy the water in the sink, it’s safe to drink”. So lovely. Cleaning service was every day with no asking. You should try the Korean restaurant at the hotel yard. Breakfast was good and diverse. The shampoo-soap has an amazing smell. Quiet environment.

For getting to my room (211) I needed to walk through five corridors. The elevator is taking only to a far zone. Stairs to breakfast zone are narrow and not suitable for everyone (adult, tall, big feet). It will be nice if the waitress (breakfast time) will say “good morning” or “welcome” before “what is your room number?” (but this only an offer).

This is a small hotel in a very good location for visiting the sites. The staff was the best we encountered on our tour of the Baltics. Our family room was clean and spacious. It consisted of 2 spacious seperate rooms which was ideal for our family.

The hotel parking is not close to the hotel, roughly 800M- 1km away. The pull-out sofa that our daughter slept on the first night was very uncomfortable however, the staff brought her a cot, which was much better, without additional cost or hassle. The breakfast was good but it is served in the basement of the adjacent restaurant. The space is crowded and windowless; it detracts from the experience.

Amazing and value for money option in the old town of Vilnius. Fast service, relaxed and enjoyable accomodation, clean, quiet and calmy stay in a nice environment. Closed to all amenities, bars, cafes, shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, bus stops, etc. 5 - 10 minutes walk to the heart of the old town, Milos grafity/paintings/street art, central bus station, train station, Gates of Dawn Chapel, Hales Market, MO museum and much more. One last point and the most important one that was a pleasant surprise for us to start the day. The breakfast was amazing, with several options to choose, from raw fish, vegetables, steamed vegetables, sausages, eggs and much more. But the most important was the amazing service, fast service, kind personnel, to ask further assistance to help you, to make for you additional breakfast options like fried and scrabble eggs! In general i had the most amazing breakfast experience and service i had ever in my life for the last 25 years i am travelling!!!💯💯💯💯💪💪💪💪

The booking said check in was from 15:00, we arrived at 14:55 and were told that we would not be able to check in until 17:00. Then, when we got to our room, it was two single beds, which isn’t ideal as we are a couple. They changed us to a room with a double bed however that one was on the ground floor facing onto the street.

Location - we were able to walk to all of the tourist attractions from our venue, and we’re not the fittest of people! Staff were helpful and spoke English (yes we did have a minimal grasp of Lithuanian but they proactively used our language). We enjoyed a 4-night stay and were able to take in all the major sites (all on the map provided by the hotel), which we did each morning before relaxing in one of the many, many cafes and eateries the Old Town offers

Nothing. We’d read the reviews about road noise and requested a quiet room, which they were very accommodating about. We were given a room as far away from the road as possible but still heard some noise - there are boy racers who will show off wherever you go! And it’s at a busy junction on a bus route so inevitable traffic noise, so worth putting in a request for a specific room if it’s likely to bother you.

One of the most efficiently designed rooms - simple but very functional - you could reach the towel hook from in front of the shower, the bathroom bin was easy to use, there were lots of hooks in the room. There was even a towel warmer in the bathroom. The 24h reception was much appreciated as I arrived after midnight. The staff was great - always in a good mood, helpful and relatable. I will stay again here if I return to Vilnius.
