My business class room was wonderful! It was more like a junior suite, with a separate sitting area (up some steps) and a spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The location in the old town was quiet, but close to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

There was no air-conditioning in my room, which made it very hot (despite the powerful Dyson fan which was provided). Also, there was no wardrobe, so clothes had to be hung on hangers on a wall.

Great location. Big room, comfortable bed, air conditioning, decent wifi, breakfast included and complimentary late check out. The staff were also exceptional. It really felt old fashioned with a personal touch.

I was in the old building at first and it was rough. No AC or fan, could hear talking from the next room very clearly, and the noise from breakfast was impossible to avoid as the room was right next to the courtyard and had to have windows open. But they kindly moved me to the new building and it was a million times better. Only complaint was that just one outlet worked in the room.

Pillows were very thin The outside door is controlled by a code after 11.00pm. On 2 occasions the door wouldn’t open for us - possibly due to the cold we were told. There’s a number to call and that worked okay - but it was a bit worrying being stuck outside late at night when it was very cold (Feb).

This was a great stay for my colleague and I. The room was large and comfortable and the location was excellent.

As other reviews mention, the control panels are very strange and difficult to operate - and, contrary to the property's response to another review, we were given no info about it during check in. Also, the property is advertised on booking.com as having air conditioning, but there was no way to control it from the room. For most of our stay, it was cold outside but stuffy in the room even when we left the windows open overnight. Finally, the cleaning service left something to be desired. They would make up the bed but leave dirty tea mugs, not replace towels, etc. Not a big deal, just a note.

The hotel was beautiful it truly felt like I had been transported back to the medieval period. It had a unique charm and atmosphere that made the stay memorable. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which could be a bit inconvenient for some. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful, especially the young woman (I regret not asking her name). They were so kind and incredibly helpful throughout my stay it really made a difference. Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional, but the garden lawn more than made up for it. It was breathtakingly beautiful and incredibly peaceful the perfect place to unwind in the morning or after a long day.

Nice interior, helpful staff, comfi beds, good TV, the bar, water bottles, plenty of light options, nice yard.

The major problem for me was that in the bottle of "conditioning shampoo", there was liquid soap. My hair became crisp and unmanageable - I could not stick a brush into it. I even asked to change the bottle - thought there was a mistake - but in the newly delivered bottle was the same soap. Haven't had such a problem for over 40 years!... Another issue we're digital touch-based light switches- they would not work on several occasions, had to call for help.

The room was huge. The bathroom was spectacular - with a stand alone bath tub and a separate shower. Breakfast was lovely: they have limited selection but very fresh products. I recommend the fresh apple pie and the forest fruit tea. The hotel is a few minutes distance from the main pedestrian area where all the main restaurants are located. There is even a restaurant just adjacent to the hotel, (walking out, on the left) where i dined the first evening: very lovely food! Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. I would return.

The hotel ' lobby' is a bit off and could give the wrong impression - while instead the rooms and service are very good. There are stairs - so depending where the room is located, it might be unsuitable to people with mobility impairment.

Very clean and comfortable room. My room had a raised seating area and a balcony. Breakfast was served a pleasant conservatory room. The selection was fairly small but good quality. Central location in Vilnius. The staff were all very polite and friendly. The bag of mint tea on check-out was a nice touch. I requested a quiet room and the back of the hotel and got just that. Late check-in was straightforward.

Nothing major. Mattress a little on the firm side and pillows slightly soft for my liking. A few standard things missing at breakfast like butter and tablespoons.

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom in the new part of the hotel. Lovely breakfast each morning with a great variety of fresh food on the buffet.

Large room in a cool older building with lots of character. Fantastic breakfast with coffee made for you. Saw some people complain about the breakfast in the reviews and I cannot imagine why. There were a variety of hot and cold foods avaialable, including smoked salmon. You could sit inside or outside in their lovely garden. Breakfast staff were great. Bed was very comfortable and hotel was walking distance to everything in old town. So much better than a chain hotel.
