I had an incredibly delightful stay at the hotel, beginning with the heartwarming welcome from the exceptional team. The enchanting aroma that filled the air was just the start of a memorable experience. Our room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was a true feast for the senses, offering a splendid array of fresh fruits, vibrant vegetables, an assortment of artisan breads, and mouthwatering cookies that were simply irresistible. Above all, the staff was remarkably attentive and genuinely the most helpful I have encountered in any hotel around the world. In closing, I wholeheartedly thank everyone at this hotel for creating such a magical vacation experience. It was truly unforgettable!

The water pressure in the shower is too low, and you must find a solution to increase it.

Everything was excellent - the Tavern's traditional food, the breakfast, cleanliness, room decor, service, pool and sauna, location. All was handled with the utmost care, and the hotel was beautiful and very tastefully and elegantly decorated. Location was perfect, right in the heart of some of the nicest streets of the Old Town. Perhaps one of my favorite stays in Europe, and an excellent introduction to Lithuania.

Lacked a few things that I would expect from a full five star hotel - bottle of water only provided on arrival day, turn down service only provided on one evening, despite notice in room saying it was daily. Bathroom a bit dated.

everything’s amazing and the staff the very best:: each person was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond for my comfort. Andrius was able to take time to help me with my airline problems, directions, and lots of sightseeing advice... super helpful and kind. The breakfast was really good, too, but the best thing is the perfect location. All the property, from my spacious room to the games room and terrace and more. An entire spa area reserved for me alone! This is great value for pure luxury in a relaxed and beautiful hotel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully refurbished, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that looks like a sauna (with the wooden). The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, all of them from the porter to the reception to the breakfast. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff helping at the breakfast were very lovely and attentive. I really loved the brand selected for the bathroom amenities. In terms of pricing, I found the hotel very affordable for the level of service and facilities they offer. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and if I am lucky enough to go back to Vilnius, I will not look elsewhere.

Everything was great. However, some rooms require taking some additional stairs on top of the lift. Therefore, if you have some mobility restrictions, may be let the hotel know when booking so they don’t give you a room where you need to take stairs.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a plentiful selection of fresh, delicious options. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the enchanting streets of Vilnius, or simply relaxing with a book and savoring Lithuanian cuisine at the cozy Stikliai Tavern or their Michelin-starred restaurant. We travel often, but this hidden gem stands out as one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

The most classy and refined hotel in Lithuania. Staff is beyond gracious and attentive to the smallest details. Breakfast is fine dining level with a lot of Lithuanian specialities at their best (seasonal, fresh, in a beautiful dining area or terrace in Summer). Very quiet while in the middle of old town, very elegant and authentic. Always pleasure to stay and extremely good value for money as it provides world class service and very spacious rooms with great French accents. Lobby staff is exceptional.
