We enjoyed our stay at this small and cozy hotel. Our room was beautifully designed and we felt safe and comfortable under the roof and the views of the church opposite and the swifts shooting across the sky. The AC was effective so we had comfortable temperatures even on a hot day. There is a lovely vegetarian restaurant in the same house and overall the location is great - central but quiet. We opted for breakfast at the five-star „mother“ hotel and were happy with that too. Overall, good value for money - would stay there again.

We liked the concierge-less concept of this hotel but on our penultimate day they changed the number code for the door and forgot to tell us about it. We were provided with an „emergency phone number“ though, which worked very well. Our call was answered immediately and we were given the new code by a friendly employee. Another small niggle: We were out of toilet paper on the third day and it was not replaced. Thankfully there was a guest toilet on the corridor so we helped ourselves to a roll of paper there. Also the shower head kept sliding down. So nothing big that needs a lot of effort to fix. As I said we were happy with our stay at Hotel Aria.

Great location, right next to most attractions and close to most tour meeting points. The room was perfectly clean and was mostly comfortable aside from being on the upper floor (inclined cealing is a tiny bit uncomfortable). Remember to check your email for the self check in instructions which was pretty simple.

I would have like someone being there in the front desk at least a couple hours a day (maybe 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) for asking questions or even as a point of contact in case of any issues. You are provided with a phone number to contact but it’s still not the same.

It’s located right in the Old Town of Vilnius with all kinds of bars and restaurants in the area. Huge shoutout to the nice lady from the Front desk of this hotel who was very kind and friendly and provided me with all the information I needed for checking in. The room itself was clean, cozy, with a big bathtub, hairdryer and lots of toiletries. There was a tv set in the room, a nice desk in case if you want to use your laptop. There was no reception in the ground floor, but I didn’t need it actually. In 10 meters there is a cool restaurant called Cozy which I strongly recommend to visit.

I can’t even call it a disadvantage, but it would be nice if the carpet gets rid of some old stains in some spots (however it was clean, no dust or dirt detected)

Rooms were of good size and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Bathrooms were good and well equipped.

In one of the rooms the air con didn't reach the room because the room was quite large and there was a slanted ceiling that was blocking the air-conditioning. The other room, the aircon was making a very loud noise and it stopped working properly on the last day we were there. Pillows were rather uncomfortable.

Room was missing bed side tables so had to put things like my glasses, phone charging, glass of water on phone. When I arrive another guest had taken my room (hotel is reception less so keys left in doors) so wasn’t ideal but hotel responded quickly to my call and gave me an alternative room. Room would benefit from kettle and tea making facilities.

My stay was absolutely exceptional. I was upgraded to a higher-standard hotel located right in the city center. The room was spacious, quiet, extremely comfortable, and decorated with great attention to detail. The entire hotel impresses with its stylish design and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were professional and helpful. Definitely a place I’d love to return to!

very clean, located in the very center, comfortable beds, big room, very convenient check-in system (you just get an access code and don't depend on the time of arrival, etc.), free parking (which is rare in a central location). Incredible breakfasts. Yes, you have to walk 3 minutes down the street to another hotel, but you get a breakfast of a 5-star hotel standard.

The location was great. Everything was very close. There was good own closed parking, and although there was no staff on-site, they were always in touch and ready to help. We had wonderful staying. There was no refrigerator in our room, but we didn’t need one anyway since there were plenty of good places to eat nearby.

Booking.com asked me to rate and to write a review about Hotel Apia, but I was transferred to the Hotel Narutis in Pilies street. Thus, these ratings are NOT about Apia. I checked previous guests' feedback and it seems that this was the case with many previous guests. Not sure what good ratings of Apia represent then?

I would not take breakfast in Narutis. It was not too good, it was not explained what exactly was served, and the service was questionable. The breakfast took place in a few smallish rooms in the basement, thus the buffet was crowded and the tables were too close to each other.

I liked the location and the hotel architecture, it has this classic vibe and a good view from our room. The cleaning ladies were very nice and they kept our room clean at all times.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. We couldn't remove the smell when using the toilet or the steam after taking showers.
