Extremely pleased with this hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights, ending our road trip through the Baltic states, and it was a very comfortable experience. The hotel is very central, all the main attractions are nearby and others are within walking distance. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity and on the main road you can find various shops and a supermarket, Lidl, in case you need to restock on something during your trip. The hotel is now part of the Hilton group, we don’t know how it was before, but it runs very well. It’s modern whilst being classy, and clean. The staff was also very professional. There’s no easily accessible parking lot; you have to leave your keys at the reception and they’ll park it for you, and when you leave, you have to ask for them to bring your car. But the valet service worked well and it’s fast. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed the bathroom with heated floor and both a bathtub and a shower. The balcony was also a plus. Breakfast buffet could be open till later, but the food choices were excellent. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner neither the spa. Maybe next time! Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the toiletries provided were of excellent quality. Very beautiful and christmassy atmosphere. Comfortable and pleasant stay overall! On arrival we being greeted by Monika, she was incredibly professional and polite, very caring and made our stay so much more pleasant. Thank you for the excellent service. We look forward to seeing her again next time.

Our experience with the woman name ALEKSANDRA at reception before checking out was extremely disappointing. She was rude and arrogant, insisting we have to pay for internet service even though we had been using the hotel's complimentary service. Despite our polite explanation, she remained dismissive and unprofessional. Her poor attitude and lack of good communication skills left us shocked and surprised. Very unpleasant, my husband wanted to talk with management, but because on arrival Monika was very kind and made us feel welcome we decided not to proceed with the complaint. Overall frustrated and arrogant behaviour in the hospitality industry is not acceptable.

I really didn't want to stay in this hotel, but most 5 star hotels were fully booked in Vilnius for the dates I needed so decided to bite the bullet and pick Grant Hotel Vilnius. I have to say, that my views on this hotel changed very quickly, I think the pictures on booking.com doesn't do the justice for this hotel, the decor in those pictures inside the rooms looks dated, but it really isn't. The lobby is fantastic, the location is fantastic, the service is fantastic, the staff are fantastic, the restaurant is super fantastic, the rooms are fantastic and the bed is super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and my wife has already asked me to stay here again when we visit Vilnius again, instead of staying in our usual favourite hotel in Vilnius.

The room temperature could not be adjusted and it was very cold during our stay. However, we did not report this to the reception, they could have probably adjusted it for us if we asked. Wifi really isn't great, was a bit annoying as I tried to get some of work done from the hotel.

* The restaurant was extremely expensive for such tasteless food. In comparison with the myriad of other restaurants in Vilnius this came last on our list for taste and value for money. * The soap in the rooms is extremely bad. It does not really clean anything and it’s impossible to get it off your hands as it’s more like cream than soap. A simple cleaning soap would be better than trying to have 10in1 which defeats the purpose of a soap, which is to clean.

There was issue in the hot water but staff was kind enough to upgrade our room to Lux suite for inconvenience One suggestion for blonde hair younger lady at spa would be to mind her own business - she kept pestering us on how we can use the spa; it’s not rocket science on using sauna or jacuzzi, so pls spare us and let customers be in peace. Other staff in the spa are nice

Had 3 wonderful days/nights at this gem of a hotel right in the center of Vilnius. Staff where friendly and helpful, the room had every convinience including a spacious tub, water was hot and with a good pressure. The view to the Cathedralsquare across the street was beautiful, lit with lights and snow covering the chritsmastree, the tower and the Cathedral. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious and so varied - really enjoyed the different styles of the porched eggs, the crepes and the waffels; also the bar had skilled staff who did a great job on the coctails at night. My warmest recommendations on this place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is overall a very good hotel with an excellent location. The swimming pool area is nice. Staff all speak English and are courteous. There were a few things that they could probably improve on: The beds are too soft, there are no AC controls in the room, we were not told at check-in about breakfast times or wifi codes so we had to ask later in the day. There is no concierge so you have to go to reception every time you have a question, and there's no information in the room about hotel policies/pool or spa opening times etc.

Different crowd than during the Kempinski era. Lower level, became a de facto four star hotel but maintained its high prices despite being downgraded from a Kempinski to a hilton. Crowd used to be more upper level, now it's a tourist hilton place .pity Restaurant quality a disaster: breakfast downgraded,

Everything was amazing, the food, the restaurants, the breakfast! The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming, especially Beatriz from the bar the make us fell really welcome, we where a big group and she always was super nice to us. The hotel is beautiful and really close to the old town.
