We have stayed at many hotels but always return to the Novetal .

Perhaps the food and beverage staff could SMILE AND GREET GUESTS. However, this may be a cultural issue.we are frequent guests, and there is a noticeable change in service delivery.

I stay at the Novotel 3-4 times per year. The property is centrally located, extremely comfortable, and well-furnished. The rooms are spectacularly clean and comfortable, with great working space (large tables, plugs, etc.). Breakfast is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable; bathrooms very clean, ergonomic, lots of space. Although there are many choices in Vilnius, this has become my go-to place to be for a stay as a solo business traveller.

A couple of minor points. The first is that staff is primarily young and rotates very frequently: I have the impression that they are mostly trainees. So, the basic things are done right, but if you have requests which fall outside the normal range of FAQs you may be disappointed. The place this shows most of all is in the food & beverage service: the menu has become quite expensive and the menu choices are a little bit non-standard, while the service does not match the price/quality expectations set by the menu. These are very small points and in no way distract from the fundamental excellence of the hotel. I will be glad to stay here again.

Hotel is perfectly located on the car - free street and very near to the main sights . There are good restaurants and eateries nearby, brand name shops are on this street . Breakfast was ample and good , attentive personnel keep on filling the trays whenever required . The executive room we booked and got had perfect view of the street and the main sights , excellent ! Gym was good too with multi - training machines and weights . Bathroom had tub and shower both and really enjoyed the warm shower.Smiling reception staff was pleasant and efficient to talk to and ready to help with small queries. Would recommend this place to everyone visiting the city .

Nothing such we can think of to complain about . If there is anything ask the receptionist and it will be solved in no time .

Location is perfect!

This hotel is good for European travelers ,not for USA travelers. Missing USB ports for charging my phone and iPad. Ask customer service for help. They sell you adapter. Nothing personal it is business. Then misunderstanding happened. They ask you room number in order to sell this power adapter. When I ask receipt for transaction. They are give me receipt with different room on different name . When I ask why it different? They are explaining like it is virtual room. Then why you ask for room number ?Strange transaction for understanding. Why USB ports it is problem ? By the way customer service by front desk is neutral. My previous stay at Radisson hotel at airport Vilnius completely different experience. They were happy to see me. It is rare for today’s days .

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of tasty options to start the day. The location is also fantastic, situated right in the heart of Vilnius, making it easy to explore the city's attractions.

The room left much to be desired. The windows faced an inner courtyard, creating a "well" effect where windows from all sides looked directly into my room. This lack of privacy was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, be aware that the toilet is separated by a glass partition, which might not be to everyone's taste. There was also a connecting door to the adjacent room, which felt a bit unsettling. Overall, while the hotel has some great features like the breakfast and location, the room setup and privacy issues might be a concern for some guests.

large room not over heated so sleeping was easy, excellent bathroom, quiet at night and comfortable. The location is excellent with restaurants and shopping close by. Reception staff always ready to help with a smile. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Maybe an awning or large umbrella for the outdoor space when raining. A bit more training for the bar staff as service was a little slow and a smile or two would help. Not enough made of the fitness centre - . Some indoor planting and large scale artwork would help at the lift lobby areas as they are slightly bland. while I loved the suspended art in the central courtyard it too lacks scale and greenery .

The location was just great. Almost smack in the middle of town and just a few steps away from the old city. Main street in front of hotel gets closed over weekends and after hours so it is nice an calm. Will stay here again. If you are on the top floors towards the street you can get super nice views. Rooms are large.

I wish the revolving door was active. Felt a bit strange having to enter the lobby with the side doors that were small. Wish the restaurant in the lobby was bigger. It was quit small.

good location, clean, simple. we need to go in the morning to direction Ukmerges and from old town you loose lot of time in the morning. price is ok also. lobby is good for some working except the music.

In the lobby, there is a playlist of awful jazz (just as a tip - you can play free of charge also quality jazz), that was so loud that doing some work with a colleague is almost impossible. However, there are good tables where you can sit with your laptop. Even at 00.00, when there were 0 to none except us, the nightclub disco was on. Please instruct your personnel.

Breakfast is the best i have seen in the hotels for several years. Variety of choices, highest quality products. The staff is amazing both Lithuanians and Ukrainians. Well done! The restaurant is also good. Good quality for a good price. The staff was very good: polite, gave good recommendations and explanation.

When I was making a booking there was no info that the lowest priced rooms were located in an unrenovated floor of the hotel There was just a note saying: the room is in the upper floors. So, it took some time to make the A/C effective. We always choose this hotel for it's good location and well functioning A/C.

A generally clean hotel, despite a few things. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice value for money. Good location, but this could be a problem for the light sleepers due to the busy bar street just around the corner. It was not an issue for me at all though. Different type of pillows were in the wardrobe for those who prefer a softer pillow. Soft bathrobes. Nice breakfast.

Glasses at the breakfast buffet very worn off, shower tiles had some dirt what looked like mold. I didn’t like the doors to the bathroom due to the feeling of lack of privacy.
