I had two bookings separated by a 5 day bicycle ride around the country. The first booking was excellent, and I appreciated a room with a bath, and looking out over the square to the front of the building. Unfortunately on the second stay, only a disabled room was available, so no soak in a bath after 5 days cycling was possible. The location is excellent, at the edge of the old town, and many restaurants and bars, plus also near many of the historic sites to visit. It felt a totally safe area to walk at all hours. If I return to Vilnius, I will seek to book the Novotel again.

I stay at the Novotel 3-4 times per year. The property is centrally located, extremely comfortable, and well-furnished. The rooms are spectacularly clean and comfortable, with great working space (large tables, plugs, etc.). Breakfast is excellent. Beds are extremely comfortable; bathrooms very clean, ergonomic, lots of space. Although there are many choices in Vilnius, this has become my go-to place to be for a stay as a solo business traveller.

A couple of minor points. The first is that staff is primarily young and rotates very frequently: I have the impression that they are mostly trainees. So, the basic things are done right, but if you have requests which fall outside the normal range of FAQs you may be disappointed. The place this shows most of all is in the food & beverage service: the menu has become quite expensive and the menu choices are a little bit non-standard, while the service does not match the price/quality expectations set by the menu. These are very small points and in no way distract from the fundamental excellence of the hotel. I will be glad to stay here again.

We have stayed at many hotels but always return to the Novetal .

Perhaps the food and beverage staff could SMILE AND GREET GUESTS. However, this may be a cultural issue.we are frequent guests, and there is a noticeable change in service delivery.

🍽️ While the overall breakfast selection was excellent, the vegetarian options were a bit limited . Adding more plant-based choices would definitely enhance the experience for vegetarian guests 😊

Hotel is perfectly located on the car - free street and very near to the main sights . There are good restaurants and eateries nearby, brand name shops are on this street . Breakfast was ample and good , attentive personnel keep on filling the trays whenever required . The executive room we booked and got had perfect view of the street and the main sights , excellent ! Gym was good too with multi - training machines and weights . Bathroom had tub and shower both and really enjoyed the warm shower.Smiling reception staff was pleasant and efficient to talk to and ready to help with small queries. Would recommend this place to everyone visiting the city .

Nothing such we can think of to complain about . If there is anything ask the receptionist and it will be solved in no time .

Perfect location to enjoy the Old Town. Walking distance to all major attractions. If you don’t want to walk, very useful Bolt rideshare. Staff was very helpful in recommending food and entertainment locations.

Very limited accessibility to drop off luggage and check in upon arrival. No hotel parking as listed in the description. However, plenty of public parking lots (paid), while some are also free on weekends or evening. The hotel staff provided a map to all of the parking options within close proximity of the hotel.

This is my first time in Tallinn, Estonia. Wow, this city is extremely beautiful. Moreover, the key point is that this hotel has especially excellent service. The hotel's facilities are good, and the service is also particularly great. Especially, I left my jacket in the room. I had already arrived at the airport. Then, our hotel staff, I called a ride-hailing car, and the staff even delivered my jacket to the ride-hailing car. I finally got my jacket. I'm very, very happy. This trip is really pleasant. Thanks to our hotel. Thank you all.

Location is perfect!

This hotel is good for European travelers ,not for USA travelers. Missing USB ports for charging my phone and iPad. Ask customer service for help. They sell you adapter. Nothing personal it is business. Then misunderstanding happened. They ask you room number in order to sell this power adapter. When I ask receipt for transaction. They are give me receipt with different room on different name . When I ask why it different? They are explaining like it is virtual room. Then why you ask for room number ?Strange transaction for understanding. Why USB ports it is problem ? By the way customer service by front desk is neutral. My previous stay at Radisson hotel at airport Vilnius completely different experience. They were happy to see me. It is rare for today’s days .

The room was spacious, and the stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to access other parts of the city. There is a designated parking area for Bolt and other e-scooters, allowing you to easily rent one, explore the city, and return it near the hotel. Additionally, the hotel features a small bar with a variety of drink options, perfect for a relaxing evening hangout.
