Nice historic hotel in a very good location, although it is on a very busy road. Be careful crossing the street. The old town is a 10 minute walk and the centre square with the museums, cathedral and palace is a two minute walk. The hotel overlooks the Gediminas Tower which is great. I had a lovely view from my room. The hotel is well appointed and a beautiful building itself. The room was spacious and had a mini bar. The bathroom was tasteful and quite large which is a nice touch. The rooms have been preserved tastefully, to a high quality.

The room was a little cold at times. They do provide a plug in radiator which helps but it was odd that the temperature at times would be on the chilly side. I found the staff to be a little disinterested when checking in and out. If they were welcoming or friendly, it would make a huge difference as to how one perceives the hotel. No info was given as to what facilities the hotel has by reception and there was nothing in the room to inform me although I passed by a restaurant that was very busy. I did not try it. As stated, if they made more of an effort to welcome guests and share their love of the building and its facilities, I would have been more tempted to try.

This is probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The location was perfect for exploring Vilnius old town by foot. The room was huge (!) which was a big plus as we're in town for 5 nights for a conference and needed a place to rest, work, and a place we could spend time in, unlike a vacation when you usually leave your hotel in the morning and come back just to sleep at night. The double sinks in the bathroom were just what we needed to be able to get ready in time without having to wait for the other one to finish. The staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast - one of the best. Plenty of options and everything was tasty and fresh.

The bed could have been better. The mattresses were very soft and the pillows huge and soft resulting in uncomfortable sleep, sinking and twisting like a pretzel 🤣 But they did try to make the pillows harder for us by stuffing them, which for my partner helped a bit but for me made it worse in the last two nights.

The location is amazing! It was great waking up to the view of the park every morning. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and abundant with a good variety to choose from. The design itself of the hotel is both modern and homely, it always felt good to get back to the hotel after a long day of exploration in Vilnius. To top it off, the staff were absolutely lovely. They were welcoming and friendly and helped me with great recommendations. Special thanks to Lidia and Dominika! I had a great hospitality experience and Hotel Vilnia is definitely my spot whenever I visit Vilnius again!

Excellent location, comfortable bed, great water pressure for shower, large room and large bathroom (double vanity, which is unheard of in a [non-five star] hotel!!), nice decor (appears to be updated), lots of variety at breakfast

Check in was 2pm - we arrived around 4pm and the room was not yet ready, and it wasn't ready until almost 5pm. That was a bit frustrating for many reasons, including that we had just come from a very long day+ of traveling, including a trans-Atlantic flight. Also, the tub in the bathroom was rather precarious to get into. My husband and I are tall, and we each had to hold onto the sink to step up and into the tub to access the shower. And the glass part of the shower was not fixed, so, I can only imagine how shorter, less physically stable people would.navigate that. Not a great design and a huge liability, from my perspective...

The location was great, in the old city centre and close to a bus stop. There is also a parking close by and ubers can easily reach it. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and tasty. Staff was friendly ajdnacomodating and the room was big and clean.

It says the rooms are sound proof, but through the door we would hear as other people were in the hallway leaving their rooms in the morning, especially because you need to close the door quite hard for it to lock so it is noisy. So we would always be woken up around 6:45 and 7 am from people around us leaving their rooms.

Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly reception staff. Our room (205) was spacious and tastefully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We had a lovely view of the park and the 3 Crosses Monument on the hill. The breakfast was exceptional with every taste catered for, and if you need an afternoon coffee and cake, the cafe over the road by the entrance to the park was good too!

Have knocked 1 point off the score as there was a fair bit of noise from the upstairs room as if they were moving furniture. I think the wooden floors don't help with sound-proofing!

Well, if I am really going to be picky....a couple more instant coffee packets in the room would have been nice. I'm sure we could have asked for them at Reception or at breakfast. The staff was so accommodating, I'm sure they would have provided. I just didn't think to ask.

It’s in a great location. Across the road is a beautiful park which was really helpful to have with 4 kids. The rooms were lovely, there was hand wash, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and body cream in the bathrooms. There was even slippers in the room. Tea/coffee in room. Would have been nice to have more tea bags, sugar and coffee , only 2 of each (English breakfast & mint. Bed a little soft but comfortable enough. Breakfast was good, variety of bread, salads, cold cuts, bacon, eggs, pancakes, yogurt. Would have liked fruits to have with yogurt and honey would have been good for yogurt/pancakes. Breakfast at weekend til 11am which was amazing and 10am weekday. I found the breakfast overall good. Staff was friendly. We were 4 groups booked in and asked the hotels for all rooms on same floor as we had kids, it was a day before request which they fulfilled and we appreciated that very much.

The hotel is very modern and feels very safe. Great heating system for during winter. Includes free WiFi, which actually works well at a hotel, and tv is smart, so can connect your Netflix or any streaming services. The room size is amazing with great beds, extremely clean with double sinks, which is a nice touch. This location is extremely close to the city centre, maps makes it seem further than it actually is. Less than a 5 minute walk into city centre where could see city Christmas tree and markets. Would stay here again. Hotel staff also seemed friendly.

Lovely, well-appointed hotel in a good location. Excellent value for money. The entire hotel appeared spotless. The elevator was a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Bathroom amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even with a few things that were not as we liiked (shower control / room temperature) we would definitely stay here again.

The shower sprayed water everywhere -- the glass panel was not sealed. Also, the room was overly warm, and although staff tried to help with the heating / cooling system, it was perpetually at 25°C. Had to keep the window open as much as possible -- but the traffic noise was bad where our room was located.
