The balcony room was on the 4th floor and it was huge. Loved the 2 leather chairs provided. The hotel is located only steps from the university and the gorgeous church that is a must see. Also close to other popular sites. Plenty of restaurants offering Lithuanian cuisine on the same street.

The mini bar is a drawer and it is not refrigerated. This was a big disappointment as our drinks could not get cold. Ice is available at the restaurant downstairs when it is open. The ice containers however were just glasses, no bucket. The front desk clerk indicated that they could have provided a bucket however by the time I found out our trip was almost over. The room had plenty of space for a small fridge. Also, no chairs were provided for the balcony.

The property was in a central location in the Old Town within walking distance to major sights (Vilnius is very walkable). We loved the double sink in our bedroom and complementary cakes on arrival. Our room was huge! The staff were helpful and polite. Loved the lobby decor! We had breakfast - there was a wide choice including hot, continental and juices/coffee etc. The hotel was good value for money - would stay again without hesitation!

The hot breakfast selection could have been hotter - not convinced the cabinets were keeping it as warm as they could have been, but nonetheless was tasty.

We stayed with our dog over Christmas night. The location is perfect, could not be any more 'center'. The room was cozy, the bed was really comfortable, the staff pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was varied and tasty. What really pleasantly surprised us is that because we came with a dog we found a dog bed, a water bowl, some doggie bags and even a dog snack muffin in our room - it's the first time we saw a hotel go that far, so thank you very much for that :)

This may just be us, but we're not used to automatic lights in the bathroom, so during the night when you're visiting the toilet you get a little too much light for a little too long, but this is minor :)

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the city, everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, well equipped and design-forward. Great breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very nice and useful when needed. All in all a great option for Vilnius!

Trivial details in our room: – there was a small window without curtains nor shutters so it was very bright in the room early in the morning – nowhere to put our stuff in the bathroom, a shelf would be nice – we would have loved firmer pillows, as all four (!!) we were given were very soft

The breakfast was delicious each morning. They provided us with a highchair for our little one. We found the business rooms were all different sizes - there was a group of us traveling and all got business rooms - ours was the largest because we had a baby and required a crib which we much appreciated but could tell some of our friends got the short end of the stick on their room size which was half the size of ours and same cost. Location is amazing. We asked for a fridge for our baby's milk and they provided one - albeit was VERY small but it worked great for a quart of milk and food for her. Could not hear any outside noise which was great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Difference is business rooms - my parent's room only had one vanity and ours had two. I did not like that they did not have a changing table in the restroom on the ground floor. When I asked if there was one to change my baby's diaper after we checked out, they looked at me like it was a new question and told me I could not change her anywhere and instead gave me a room key to the room we had just checked out of to change her - it was very odd. Took one point off our stay because of this super weird interaction - if it's a family friendly hotel then maybe provide a changing table/area for families. Also noticed the bar closed well before the closing time stated.

Great location (right in the middle of the old town, with key sights, restaurants and bars within walking distance). Easy to reach by cab from the airport (it is in a zone where cars are allowed to enter). Friendly staff (there is always someone at reception). Clean room and comfortable bed. Individual/mini set of toiletries provided. Nice decor. There is a restaurant/bar attached which is convenient option to have although we did not try it.

Would be nice to have milk to go with the coffee/tea station. There are no apps on the tv, with only 3 English speaking channels. The tv had the option to do mirror screen but it was not working. Light system is a bit strange, especially in the bathroom (there was no switch but the light is motion activated, so it turns itself off while you’re showing so you need to leave the shows and move in front of the sensor).

The location was fantastic. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the room were good. As others have pointed out, the whole place smells fabulous!

I only had two little things I didn’t love, and they really were small things. Firstly I found my room to be really hot. It was cold weather when I was there but each time I returned to my room it was too warm. The air conditioner resets if you’re not in the room (which is great from an environmental perspective!) but it did make for a hot room. Also my room was very small. This was acceptable for a solo traveller but would have been too small for a couple. However these are minor things and I would recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

I loved that it was located right in the heart of the old town. The location made it incredibly convenient to explore various sightseeing spots, allowing me to immerse myself in the rich history and vibrant culture of the area. The single room was not only very comfy but also stylish and compact, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern design. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities added to the overall experience, making it a memorable stay. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and convenience of the old town.

This is a beautiful hotel and our second time here. The rooms are beautifully presented and the art is unique. Every detail is well thought out and it is immaculately clean. The location is perfect and the hotel is quiet, the aircon/heating is easy to use and the shower was delightful. We will definitely come back again and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We did not have breakfast here but found many cosy cafes nearby. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

All the staff members at the reception are friendly with a smile in their face even in the early morning or late night! They offered a lot of good places to visit in Vilnius. Thanks for everything had a great time!

For me personally it was to cold in the room. The airco is central managed and the first night I couldn’t sleep really well. But when I informed the reception again the second day we could solve the problem with the heater in the room. The breakfast options could be more in total and it would be better to see if it is pork, beef or chicken and so on..
