Location was superb, right in the old town/uzupis. Breakfast was good, greens and fruits available, too. Nice size room, blackout curtain in the window, good airconditioning. Good wifi. Frontyard sitting area.

Additional charge to pool, pillows too big, shower with poor water pressure. Staff at the front desk did not greet us nor welcome us when we checked in. Overall, the service should be more attentive, proactive and considerate, felt like we needed to ask about basic things whereas they could have informed us about these things without us asking first.

Localisation is super, everything is close but it’s very quiet inside; internal yard with breakfast/dinner tables is very atmospheric place, very relaxing to be in. We were in superior, so bathroom and sleeping room were spacious. Nice view to the street, 2 windows. Parking was just inside the yard, very convenient. Breakfast was good, several hot dishes and selection of cold ones, fruits and sweets included; coffee was quite good for the hotels’ ones.

All the interior needs renovation, it is “frozen” early 2000th :) If you want to keep windows open (as we like) there is quite a lot of noise from the street, yard view would be much better. Conditioning is very noisy, old style, we were switching it on when we were not in the room only.

The location is perfect, it is very close to old town and right next to the hotel there is a beautiful cathedral. There is also a bus station right in front of the hotel. The breakfast food was delicious and the facilities were very clean. The staff was exceptional, I have experienced some problems unrelated with the hotel stay in which the police was involved. The hotel staff came to check up on me and garunteed me safety and comfort, which as a solo travaler were much needed and appreciated. I recommend this hotel!

The main and biggest bonus is the great location. The hotel is very clean, cleaned regularly. The rooms are a bit tired visually and in design. It should be noted that there is no elevator. It didn't bother me at all, but if you have heavy luggage, getting to the third floor is a bit strenuous. Overall, a really great 3* hotel (I would have higher expectations from a 4* hotel).

It should be noted that parking in the yard costs 20 eur/day, which significantly increases the total price (this information is on the website, and I was warned about the costs at the reception, since everything is perfect in this regard). In the nearby 4* hotels, parking is free, or 20 eur per period (this is important if I stay for 5-6 days). The above is not a super minus - just additional information to consider.

This is a great value hotel and an absolutely prime location. Less than 10 minutes to every major site you’d probably want to see. We had a very large room in the attic. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great shower pressure and heated floors. Room was very clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. We took the option of parking for $20 a night. Well worth it. Enjoyable breakfast in a gorgeous bare brick room. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio area. There were a lot of comfortable chairs and tables. The sunset was amazing as it illuminated the church across the street. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is exceptional and having the peaceful inner courtyard to relax in is a bonus; the chaos of the city melts away as you lounge outside here. View from the room skylights was lovely (inner courtyard and church). Location is a highlight as you can walk to the castle and Neris River promenade through a river side garden park and a bus stop is just across from the hotel so it’s easy to get to the airport. Highly recommended. Second time here and I’d gladly come back again.

The location is great, the breakfast was delicious, as was the spa - a small and nice place for a few friends. The main bed linen was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, everything was very tasty! And the hotel is in a very good location. I enjoyed watching the birds drinking water from the small fountain outside. The city park is nearby and the old town is nearby. Thank you!

The room was a bit dark due to the style of the building and the high window. The extra blanket on the bed wasn’t clean and the small extra pillows didn't seem to be washed after each customer.

I liked my stay at Mabre Residence a lot. The location is perfect - in the heart of the old town in front of Užupis. Surrounded by ancient churches. There is a sweet closed courtyard with a restaurant and many places to sit. The staff was very nice and friendly. 24/7 open desk was very helpful. The room was pretty clean and including everything I needed like fridge, safe and kettle. There was beautiful view of old town from my window. My stay was in Easter and they brought sweet little rabbits to the courtyard. It was such a nice surprise.

I was so surprised at how little I paid! The room is so spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a direct view of the scenic St. Ona Church. The location is also great, as the old town is just around the corner, and the Uzhupis district is just across the road, which makes everything so easy to get around.

The only complaint I have is the poor breakfast. However, there were not many guests, which explains the fewer products to choose from. Even though, the hotel has 4 stars, the reception looks like a hostel. There is definitely no bar, just a few fridges with drinks. After all, you should not get upset with the first impression, the hotel is generally a good choice considering the value for money.

Staff are friendly and helpful, they offered good advice with visiting local attractions, restaurants and bars. The staff also spoke very good English which was a great help to me. Facilities within the hotel were great, they have a great steakhouse restaurant located within the grounds (directly opposite reception), they have a nice sauna and swimming pool room which can be used all day for the price of 15 euros. The rooms were always clean and new towels were provided daily, along with tea/coffee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Vilnius.
