location and breakfast is amazing

It is not the first time I have stayed in this hotel, but this time the room was not the best, I had also ordered one large bed, but I received two small ones joined together, pitiful! the air conditioner was very noisy, it was impossible to sleep, the sink was clogged and the water did not run, it was very unpleasant to brush my teeth, during breakfast one coffee machine was broken, it was a line of people where we all had to wait at least 10 minutes to get coffee, it was very inconvenient I'm not sure yet, but next time I think I'll have to choose another hotel

Great location and a very nice spa, quiet and spacious room.

Spa closes for several hours in the day, which is silly. The gym has out of date equipment that really needs replacing, breakfast is nice but repetitive , and the fruit is poor quality. Air conditioning not good and don't expect much in the way of tea and coffee in the room as it rarely gets replaced. I was disappointed for the cost of the stay.

All really good if you like old fashioned style hotels (in a good way!). I liked that interior. Staff is friendly. Calm, cozy place to stay. Amazing location.

The cleaning service in a room is 4/5. Could do better guys, but maybe it depends on a cleaner. Another lady left the room very tidy. The variety of breakfast is fine, the onky thing that was surprising — cheap quality juice. No need for the fresh ones, but there are better options in the market 😉

Good central location, near to tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants and also good for public transport. Good size room and clean. Charming in a slightly old fashioned way.

A couple of the reception staff were a bit surly.

Exceptional location in the Center of Vilnius, close to everything. Nice and cozy room. They keep the heating on all the time, so it feels really nice. The breakfast was rich. The staff were helpful. View to the Gidemino Tower from my room (amazing during three light festival).

I didn’t like the fact that at a huge breakfast hall the staff wasn’t enough. They couldn’t manage the situation. One morning I had to sit at a table full of caps & plates with leftovers from the previous people. Nobody came to clean for 45’ that I stayed there. They need definitely more people, the staff was in panic mode. I have also photos but I am not gonna publish them. I’ve already shown them & mentioned the inconvenience to the reception. Maybe they have already solved it. Variety of salty food not enough sweet options… missing the Nutella or sth similar.

I have made the reservation only because I saw that the room has a balcony. It was my wedding weekend. But I was given a suite room without a balcony. That disappointed us

Fantastic location in the very centre of old town, surrounded by restaurants, museums, and galleries.

So many steep steps leading to the room from the lift and noone to help with luggage. No option of large double beds as described on Booking - twins are used as doubles and in our original room with two separate mattress toppers leaving a gap between two beds that wasnt ideal for me and two small children sharing a bed. Luckily the receptionist was great, offered to check other available room and the mattress was double there so we moves (even more steps...).

Location is good. We needed a place not too far away from Kalnu Parkas because we were in Vilnius for Jessica Shy concert. Short walk was what I was looking for and it was 20min tops.

The building consists of numerous buildings that are knocked together into a one big long place. Lifts were at the reception bit but there was loads of walking after you got out and was quite a maze too. You could not just take any stairs as you would end up somewhere and doors were locked. Windows were into the street and had to keep curtains closed most time. Curtains were not black out so woke up early too

Excellent location. Really central and only a short walk to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good too. There’s a 10% discount for the Spa next door too. We got a couples massage there. It was lovely.

The hotel bar is very expensive. Two 500mls of the cheapest beer on the menu was €14! Considering it’s very basic and dated in the bar area, there are much better pubs with great atmospheres and settings within 1-2 minutes walk, go there instead.
