The hotel is beautifully decorated, very big rooms. We had a deluxe room and it was spacious, with a lot of space to store things and a huge desk if you need to work. A lot of light in the room which was great. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of things to choose from and staff was very helpful and welcoming. Hotel is very central, a 10 minute walk to the old town, many great restaurants around and a few supermarkets if you need to get anything. Museum of occupation is a short 5 minute walk and was very interesting.

Nothing. We had a very good stay.

Our stay at the Neringa Hotel in Vilnius was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt like being transported to another time—a perfect blend of Soviet-era grandeur and modern elegance. The attention to detail was striking, with carefully chosen décor that paid tribute to both the hotel’s history and the enchanting Neringa region. The centerpiece of the lobby, a massive Soviet-era artwork, immediately caught our eyes, its colors blending seamlessly with the warm and inviting atmosphere. We had booked a suite, and from the start, I knew space would never be an issue. The check-in process was smooth, and the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know about our stay. Entering our suite felt like stepping into a carefully curated piece of history—elegantly designed, spacious, and filled with thoughtful details. The wooden floors, the massive, ultra-comfortable bed, and the carefully selected furnishings all contributed to a sense of timeless luxury. It was clear that a great deal of effort had gone into maintaining the essence of the hotel's past while ensuring a modern and comfortable experience. One interesting feature was the open bath in our suite. Although the idea of it might seem strange to some, it worked perfectly for us, adding to the overall sense of openness and relaxation in the space. It felt like a seamless blend of contemporary luxury and old-world charm, making the entire experience even more special. Beyond the stunning design and comfortable accommodations, the overall ambience of the hotel stood out. Whether it was the subtle lighting, the soft background music, or the carefully curated artworks and decorations, everything contributed to a truly unique and immersive experience. The hotel felt intimate and inviting, yet grand in its historical significance.

Maybe an option for a lunch menu Some floor light by the sofa so you can read your book with using the ceiling light

Neringa is a fabulous hotel with unique history. I have been there before the grand renovation, so now I have to admit that they did a great job making this place real gem in heart of Vilnius. Every single detail of the new interior made with passion of high class hospitality. I was very impressed! Our room on the third floor has a high ceiling (5m+), it's very unusual our days in a modern hotels, but it gives you a freedom of breathing. Room was equipped with all possible necessities. And every single item is high quality (minibar/fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, porcelain, lighting units, furniture, wardrobe/storage unit). An extremely comfortable mattress, superb bed linens, pillows of various softness. Beautiful view of Gedimino ave. through the 5m high panoramic window. And quality blackout curtains worked perfectly to keep privacy at night. An additional bonus was a large bathroom equipped with modern Grohe and Hansgrohe units, wide heated mirrors and spacious shower. Water pressure was great and thermostat worked perfectly. Drinking water faucet in the room is a big plus!!! Climate control system in the room superb! With no doubt it was worth to pay few euros more for the Superior Double Room ! And yes, roof top bar with a spectacular 360° view of Vilnius - must be visited! The same as a beautiful restaurant of the hotel with an amazing breakfast and fine dining in the afternoon. Well done, Neringa! We will be back again soon! And congratulations to all of your team winning against Marriott and Hilton and many others hotels in Vilnius! Alex

I felt sorry i didn't stay at Neringa Hotel on my previous trip to Vilnius :) It was my mistake

The best place to stay in Vilnius. We stayed in "Suite" type of room and it was perfect, the design of the room was just incredible to enjoy during our stay. 2 big bathrooms, separated rooms, which is really hard to find in other hotels. And the price? I wasnt expecting such a great service and "luxury" I can say for that affordable prices. Perfect for families! They even god us a cot, which wasnt cheap at all and comfortable for our kid, thank you!!! The whole hotel is so beautiful just to stay for coffee or lunch. The breakfast is fantastic, you can choose from huge variety of ingredients as you prefer. And the gym here was great. Great people, all of them were smiling and I our experience was beyond my expectations. Thank you for awesome stay with my family.

Great location, spacious and clean rooms, and comfortable bed.

Breakfast was just okay, but good value for the relatively low price. We didn’t find the selection particularly great, especially when arriving 30 minutes before closing time. The coffee wasn’t good either, as it came from a basic machine. Room service was also quite basic; used cups and glasses were not cleaned or replaced. The bedroom itself was great, but we had to keep the curtains closed since our window faced the internal courtyard and looked directly into other rooms (no privacy).

Location, location, location! This comfortable and cosy hotel is perfectly located in downtown Vilnius, on Gediminas Avenue - the main street of the city and close to the main tourist sights. A great selection of bars, restaurants and major attractions are no more than 5-10 minutes walk away, making it ideal for both sightseeing and eating out. The bedroom was really big, clean, and had a very comfortable king-size bed, while the bathroom was modern and had perfect shower temperature - which was important after a day of exploring in -5 temperatures! The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help. I loved the "modern meets classic" decor and vibe of this historic hotel, with its elegant lobby and modern touches throughout. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations - highly recommended!

I had no complaints about the hotel, it was perfect. The only minor point for improvement would be the bar's snack menu, which I found to be rather limited, but with so many excellent restaurants just minutes away, this wasn't an issue.

Not the first time at this hotel, like it for its super comfy rooms and clean spaces, rooftop bar and location.

The receptionist was rude when I was checking in. Talked to me as if I was a person he did not like. No eye contact, seemed upset he needed to deal with me. Also got the room on the first floor this time and was surprised about poor soundproofing there, could hear every footstep, shower, noises outside, basically could not have a good nights sleep while I was staying there. I'm a bit disappointed. Rooms at the top floors are much better.

The hotel is very comfortable, very nice design, it has a great location, super centric, easy to get to all the sights. It has a good breakfast with quite a big number of options to choose from. We were travelling with a baby (5 months)- and this hotel was a very good choice. The team at the reception was very helpful. We were provided with a small bag with soap, gel and cream for the baby, it was super nice!

All was good, only minor things. We were checking in at night and the staff on the reception did not seem friendly, but it never repeated later. We did not get 3rd towel for the baby, we had to ask, but the next day they changed the towels and gave us 2 instead of 3 again. Otherwise O can only recommend the hotel

Excellent location and excellent breakfast. New modern design with the respect to the historical hotel and the restaurant.

We ordered 2 rooms facing the inner yard, and asked for the rooms on the same floor, preferably door to door. We got 2 rooms on the different floors, the room size was significantly smaller than booked and the amount of facilities was worse than advertised. After complaining to the reception, the day after arrival, we got one of the rooms as per order next to the second small room, but the room was facing the main noisy street. As a compensation the hotel suggested free late checkout and one day of free parking.

The hotel is centrally located on the main street of Vilnius a short walk away from the Old Town. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. It was very much appreciated that the hotel gave me an upgraded room upon check-in. The breakfast selection was good. Reception staff were very helpful and offered me practical advice about which attractions to visit. They also helped me with booking my tickets. There is a great view of the city from the rooftop bar.

The breakfast area was very busy and I was not told that I had to pay for my breakfast until the last day of my stay. I discussed the idea with the manager Edita who was very understanding and helped solve the issue. I was very grateful to her for her time and advice. Note that there are two entrances to the hotel from the street, one to the hotel and one to the restaurant. Please make sure that restaurant staff should direct you to the lobby through the restaurant and be understanding of this slight confusion.
