I stayed at this hotel with a small child. Everything was perfect: food, friendly staff, location of the hotel, cleanliness of the room. My special thanks to Front Office Supervisor Mr.Bublevičius for his attentiveness to my requests. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This was an amazing experience. The hotel room was well designed and the sauna in the bathroom was awesome. The best thing was the view looking across the city. The spa and gym area was great too. Had a very comfortable stay.

The room had dusty surfaces which was a shame but this did not affect our stay on this occasion. The queue for the elevators was ridiculous and as we were on the 21st floor we had no option but to wait. There was no proper instructions how to use the facilities and the television is meant to have an interactive guide to give you this information but it was not functioning and just had frozen screens where the information should be. As there were two of us, it was a shame only one toothbrush was provided. The shower gels and shampoos etc were good quality though.

Everything was perfect. The room was big, central location, spa area well equipped. I loved lemon water and chocolates in the lobby for the guests. I was travelling for a long time and I was very tired, and this small gesture was just what I needed to pick me up. Staff in reception was professional, and girls answered all my enquiries. I got the car to go to the airport booked for me, I could leave my luggage after the check-out and could spend a few more hours in Vilnius before my flight in the evening.

One of the staff at the bar asked me if I could speak English. I could, but I didn't like it, as I am Lithuanian and we were in Lithuania, so staff should be able to communicate in Lithuanian language.

The front desk staff are extremely helpful and friendly- they are a credit to the brand. We received a free upgrade, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast choice and availability was excellent. The hotel has a lovely location overlooking the river- about 2km from the Old Town. The spa area was spotlessly clean and well appointed. I would happily stay here again and thought the hotel was good value.

The mixed sex sauna was out of action, so we didn't use the spa facilities as much as we would have liked. I did find the room a bit too hot even with the air con on high and consequently didn't have a good sleep during my time here.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel with my mom and aunt, and we had such a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The location was also perfect—not too far from local attractions, but still quiet and restful. This stay gave us the perfect balance of comfort, connection, and calm. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family or looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

There was no hairdryer!

The hotel has amazing views of Vilnius old town. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive. All in all very good value for money (at least the weekendI stayed)

There was mold in the shower (a lot of it). I arrived two hours early and even though my room was ready (the hotel wasn’t very busy), I was asked to pay €35 for an early check-in. Usually you pay the fee if you want a guaranteed early check in, but if the room is ready upon your early arrival no hotel has ever charged me for checking in early. I passed and ended up checking in at 15:00, but this did make my rating go down from 9 to 8. In the description it says that the price for parking is €22, while when asked the hotel administration advised me that it’s either €12 / 24h or €17 / 24h (outdoor vs indoor). I chose to be dropped off and take the train next day since €22 sounded like a lot, had I known it was €12, I would have driven there and back.

Absolute fantastic. Walking distant from city center Vilnius. Easy to reach via High way. Hotel rooms , with coffee, tea, sugas, milk erc in room. Coffee maker, tea kettle. Beds, pollow good and clean. Good view. Everything perfect. Hotel got a very clean, spotless saunas, jacuzzi. Bathroom is very good from Shampoo, conditoner, cream etc erc. Towels big and clean. This is a very good place. Staff is good, but not perfect

The parking. I thought some kind of horror movie. I paid € 17 for parking at hotel. But seems i enter the wrong parking.. Europarking and not hotel parking. That means i have to paid € 39.99 for parking a day. ( everybody know these parking is extremely expensive in Eastern Europe). I asked lady at desk entrance for hotel parking, but somehow misunderstood her.. 2 entrance, hotel is left, i took right. But i talk to other people outside as well and they also did not understand the parking of hotel. So I am not the only stupid one. Hotel said they shall refund the € 17 for parking. Hotel , staff, desk could only told enter the white door of garage for parking But oke. I shall go back again.. but parking.. big question

Great hotel. There are two different towers and I was lucky enough to stay in the newer portion of the hotel. It was very modern, and extremely comfortable. I only rode the elevator in the older section, so I can't comment on the rooms there, but I suspect based upon everything else I saw, that they are very nice. It's a large conference center/hotel, so it has a lot amenities and space. It's in the "new" city center, so it's surrounded by modern buildings and restaurants, so depending on where you are working it could be very handy. We walked to the "old" city center in about 15-20 minutes. I will definitely consider staying here for future trips.
