The location was ideal, The hotel is centrally located both for leisure and business activities. The room and the hotel generally was exceptionally immaculate. The staff and administration went beyond the call to assist me. There was an exceptionally useful manual/guide written by the administration supplied with the room which included useful information about Vilnius. The refrigerator, induction plate, kettle and coffee machine were in pristine condition. As soon as I returned home I felt compelled to try to bring my own apartment up to the same standard as the hotel

This is the best hotel in the world because they helped me in a difficult moment and stood by me. Perfect location, easy to find with a lot of cafes etc nearby. Clean and spacious studio, additional radiator to heat up the room if necessary, fridge, free tea and coffee, you can cook your own meals if you want to and extra blankets are just great if you return from a cold/rainy day of sightseeing. Cute little window with a view of the cathedral. Good instructions for the code locks.

Wifi was a bit sketchy. I had a split-level studio with steep stairs leading to the beds, not a problem for me but it definetely would be for somebody with mobility issues. Also, I don´t think this was visible in the photographs, so please, make it obvious. Soundproofing could be better.

The hotel position is perfect. Close to the city center and historical one. The cervice is great, perfect communication and support form hotel team. Easy check in and check out, possibility for late check in. Clean rooms, coffee and tea included.

Nice, cozy and very clean room in the center. All you can reach by foot. Amazing

The location was perfect to visit the old town and within a 20 minute of most places of interest. It had a well equipped kitchenette, easy to make a basic meal using the hob. Lovely sized room and good bathroom. Although we did not see any staff you felt that there was somebody to help if needed. Easy to enter apartment and building using codes, the info is sent well in advance of arrival with 24hr contact available for help if necessary. Great to have a lounge with complimentary tea/coffee, WC and TV plus luggage storage if you have a late departure. We made use of this are waiting to leave for our afternoon flight. Very cosy.

Only one thing for us, which is personal opinion/choice, was the room was quite warm. We did change the temp in our room but it then made the radiator create some weird noises so could not change the temperature much. This is so minor and did not affect our stay at all so if you like really warm and cosy it is perfect.

The location was perfect, very central. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very warm, important when it was -11 outside! Also, having access to a free washing machine and dryer was great. I was working from the room for a few days and the internet was perfect. I would stay again!

No AC at all!! Fridge in room was BARELY colder than room temperature!! Why even put a fridge in a room if it isn’t cold??? Don’t advertise AC if there is no AC!!!

It is a really great option. The location is great, the price is as well. Rooms are looking very cozy, there is tea and coffee in the room. The staff is also very nice. In general, everything was great. There were some loud neighbours, but the hotel provided earplugs, so they definitely thought things through.
