Everything was very clean and fresh. The room was spacious, the linen were nice and we had a great view from our room.

The location was very far from the train- and bus station. Quite a walk from the old town even though it was rated as having a good location. From our experience most of the attractions and restaurants of Vilnius were at the other side of the river which meant at least a 15 min walk. In our room there were some annoying sound, like a pipe with running water which made it pretty hard to sleep.

It is new modern and clean, the staff was pleasent, also we were satisfied with breakfast. It is located across the bridge from the city centre and old town, so it is very easy to explore the city with your legs. Also in two minutes walk there are large free parking next after the building in opposite side from the centre. In the bathroom you can find the big bottls of all necessary cosmetics - soup, body lotion, shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, but body lotion was almost finished, so I can use it for hands and body only on the first day ( 1 person from 2 guests) , it wasn’t enought for morning(

There wasn’t slipers, but the floor is covered with carpet, so maybe it isn’t a big problem in the room, but for bathroom I with they were there)

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center for seven nights, and it was a great experience overall. The room was spacious and clean, though the view wasn’t the best. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Rifaf and Dana, who were especially helpful and made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel offers parking and is conveniently located—just a 15-minute walk to attractions, close to the Old Town, and about 20 minutes to Europa Mall. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay in Vilnius!

The gym was quite small, with only two treadmills, one elliptical, a bicycle, a bench, and a set of dumbbells—limited options for a workout. The breakfast buffet, while good, didn’t vary at all during my stay, which became a bit monotonous. Also, my room was near the service room, and I often heard the door slamming, which disturbed the peace.

Great location. Very comfy and clean. Great bar. Staff mostly helpful and friendly especially the man at breakfast (sorry, didn’t get his name but he made me feel really welcome). He helped me with all the gluten free options and got me some bread. Breakfast had a good variety of choices. Good restaurant in the hotel and another great restaurant right next door. Fridge in room also really useful.

Walls a little thin and central heating system bit noisy so if you’re a light sleeper it might bother you, but wasn’t a problem for me. Would have been nice if they provided milk for the tea and coffee in the room as I had to drink it black. But maybe this is a British thing?

Great hotel. I'm staying there not for the first time and, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back again. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The heating in the room is adjustable, so you can set a comfortable temperature for yourself. The bathroom has large enough towels, all the necessary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, soap, etc. There is a kettle and a selection of teas in the room. Breakfast, although it seems to be the same every day, has a large selection and suits everyone's tastes.

The only downside was that the TV in the room (#530) did not work properly, i.e. when turned on, it would turn off or freeze, the image would disappear, and it would reboot. It was especially problematic, if any Lithuanian TV channel was turned on. True, we didn't watch TV very much, so it wasn't a big problem.

I think the some of the front desk staff require more training on processing payments. I booked with my registered card in booking.com but made payment with another card. A girl in the front desk, although she was very nice and trying to help, she seems like did not 'resolve' the payment when I extended my stay, and when I checked out they asked me to pay since they could not take cash from my registered card. I showed them that I paid with another card and gave them details, and they let me go, but still the first person who took the payment should have probably 'resolved' the payment in the system to. I think she was new and did not have enough training/experience on how to work with the payments. Other than that, everything was fine.

- breakfast was fantastic! A big variety of meals for everyone’s preference; - soft bed and pillows, good shower with shampoo, conditioner and gel (not your 3in1 ;) ), also mouth wash provided and sanity kit; - very comfy light robe and sleepers. - staff was mainly friendly and helpful and let me store my luggage after check out (which is pleasantly late, 12:00); - mini store at the reception to buy snacks and drinks along with a bar; - 10 mins away by walking from the old town; - coffee machine & a kettle present in the room.

- no supermarkets nearby; - there was a dirty spot on the carpet; - weird AC system, I could not figure it out; - view is okay; - elevator constantly super busy; - shower amenities could have been revised (like toothpaste & brush would be a nice addition).

The staff were superb, so attentive, friendly, helpful and professional. The location is lovely, right by the river for a short walk to the Old City. The room was comfortable and the bar and lounge area downstairs were very comfortable too. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the on-site restaurant. The lady who looked after the bar was exceptionally friendly and pleasant. The lady who wished us a nice day after breakfast every day was lovely. Housekeeping was excellent, the rooms were maintained to an excellent standard. Even when we checked out at 4am we were sent on our way with prompt service, a friendly smile and a breakfast bag. It's a beautiful hotel, but it really is the staff that made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Hot breakfast food is quite cold by the end of the breakfast period.

Really nice room. Brilliant proximity to the Old Town. Lovely hotel. Nice breakfast.

Drinks were expensive. Things to buy in little marketplace inside hotel were astronomical. So buy your water, snacks etc outside. We used the hotel a number of times to book us a cab. This was great but on the final journey back to airport we charged 4x the price we paid in a private transfer on the way in. And 5x the price a Bolt would have been. This made us so sad as we feel we had been totally ripped off.

Great location and friendly service! Only about a 10 mins walk away from the old town centre. The receptionist went the extra mile for our breakfast and luggage storage. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Good facilities with a clean on-site gym. Breakfast was very nice, fresh with a good selection of food. Overall great price value for the room and friendly service, can only recommend.

The gym does need a bit better ventilation and the lift can't multitask so it is a bit awkward having to go up or down as it could take you more time than expected to get to where you want. (No stairs)
