It was perfect for my needs. I came to visit the university in a staff exchange and I needed a good place to stay, comfortable, quiet and clean. The room was big enough, clean, the bathroom was also clean and had every facility. I particularly found the mattress very comfortable for my back and I appreciated the existance of the extension cord for my laptop. Breakfast was very good with many options and the restaurant is modern. I also appreciated the extra security offered by the scanning of the room card in the elevator. The location is not great but it's ok. It's about 20 minutes walk from some important attractions like the Cathedral Square, Palace of the Dukes, Gedimino boulevard (a very beautiful street with shops and amazing buildings), the old university and others. I did not use public transport, so I cannot give an opinion in relation to the hotel location.

There aren't many aspects I didn't like. I would have liked the windows to open so that I can enjoy the fresh winter air. Also, the wi-fi connection is not secured with a password and as soon as I connected my antivirus program was activated and it kept warning me about malicious connections, so I disconnected it and simply used my phone as hotspot. The room was a bit cold for my needs (it was also very cold outside) and as much as I tried to change the thermostat, it kept returning to its default setting. I didn't ask the staff, so I don't know, maybe they would have helped. Other than that... no other issues.

It was in a good location and was easy to get to via the bus. The rooms were quiet and had a fan system to keep cool in warm weather. The staff were helpful and we were checked in quickly. I enjoyed the breakfast and there was a lot of choice.

The bed was a little firm but I was given an extra duvet to sleep on top of. Breakfast was great but some berries for the plain yoghurt would have been a nice touch. I was disappointed not to have a small kettle to make tea in my room.

As a visibility Muslim woman, I always have a slight dread of how I'd be treated when travelling to European countries in the current climate. However, I never felt any kind of animosity at all with Ibis. I felt safe and enjoyed my stay a lot. Very clean room and hotel in general. Very friendly, helpful staff too. Variety of choices for breakfast too. They provide alternative vegan food for those who do not eat dairy. Just note that the hotel that doesn't have all the amenities in the room. They provided the very basic amenities such as towel, toilet roll (obviously) and that's it. No kettle, coffee, tea, toothbrush etc or an extra dustbin in the room just one in the bathroom. Overall, it is a nice, chilled and friendly hotel and in a very good location.

The hotel is really nice, all colorful and a great design. It has a quite good location, really close to the city center. The room nice as well, comfortable bed, small bathroom but with a great shower. The staff friendly and helpful.

• The room was booked for 2 people, for 2 nights and we only got 2 towels. • There was no trash bin in the room except for the small one in the bathroom. • It's not possible to charge drinks at the bar on your room. • Breakfast is too expensive for what you get as variety and quality.

Clean and modern room, helpful and friendly staff, no complains. The hotel is modern with everything you need. Breakfast was ok. Also they had special night menu which we found very convenient. Room was almost totally quite.

I couldn't hear anything from the street, but I was hearing people opening/closing doors from the next room down the hall in the morning. Also, no kettle and no mini-bar in our room. Usually I've had kettle in similar hotels, but not here, which was a bit disappointing. The location was ok, but usually we had to walk around 10-15 min to the public transport stop because it was faster than wait for the bus at the nearest stop.

I've been staying at Ibis regularly everytime I fly to Vilnius for work and it kinda feels like home :) the staff is always very kind and we understand each other well with English. They let you leave your baggage after checking out, the rooms are - in my experience - always spotless clean, no funny smell, and there's enough place for everything, although not huge. No fridge, but you can eat at the hotel restaurant (I am picky - vegan - so I only tried pasta once, and it was not bad). Once I was even allowed to take some takeover food to my room. If I really have to make just one wish :) if they permanently added hummus, peanut butter, any salty vegan spread to the breakfast buffet, it would be above perfection. But I really cannot complain, they even had different types of plant-based milk this time. I will be back for sure!

It was a nice hotel and very friendly crew. Room was clean and more than ok. Definitely was a good choice and I really appreciated that they gave me a room earlier than the check in time. Everyone was super welcome and friendly.

Rooms have no fridge and when I asked to give my medicine to the reception in order to keep them in the fridge, they told me that it's against their policy. So actually there is no way to keep medicine in a fridge. I think this is something very important and they need to reconcider their policy. I gave them 8 stars because indeed hotel was clean and everyone very friendly.

Our room were SILENT! The windows and doors were fully soundproof, i liked it very much. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was tasty but everyday was the same. From here we could reach every tourist attraction by foot what we wanted to see, so the placement of the hotel is excellent.

The stuff was OK and helpful, but they were not the kind type. I know its true for the whole country, and its a cultural thing in Litvany, but as receptionists of an international hotel, they should be a bit more welcoming, and a smile here and there wouldn't hurt much. At least I wouldn't feel like they secretly wish me to go to hell :D And we missed a small fridge from our room. But apart from these the hotel was fine.

We had a great stay at the Ibis Vilnius Centre Hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Energy and Technology Museum, various shopping areas and the The Old Town of Vilnius. Hotel is quite new having a modern and functional design. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and sound-proofed windows, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options.

Design is really cool, great and abbundant breakfast, silent and clean rooms, nice team.

We liked everything, just some comments: in the bathroom beside big towels some face towels would be handy along with tissues At the breakfast more then one jam and more types of fruits would be nice (and/or shuffling them). Again the accomodation was top notch!
