Quiet and comfortable room, nice and professional personnel great location.

Pillows were quite worn out, new ones would be good.

The location was perfect, breakfast has a lot of variety and the beds/pillows/blankets are really comfortable - I felt like home. And it is really quite inside, right next to the hotel is a bar / club with loud music, but nothing could be heard inside.

Unfortunately they can't ensure all guests with a parking spot. + it costs 25EUR per day, but we managed to find parking spots near by in Red zone and for 2 days paid 30EUR. Some interactions with the staff wasn't very friendly / professional. For example, when asking about the parking prices and availability, the receptionist said: "This is a city center, what did you expect?!", similar attitude we encountered during breakfast.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and attractive. The coffee was gorgeous. The hotel reception staff were friendly, very helpful and kind. The bed was super comfy and cosy. The hotel had a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff who made up the rooms were exceptional. Check in/check out was great. The gentleman at reception organised a taxi for us at 04.30 and as we checked out, offered to escort us to the pick-up point. The hotel is stylish and relaxing. We would return in a heartbeat.

The “hot food” at the breakfast buffet was barely warm. The temperature controlled platters need to be reviewed.

Incredibly smart hotel, which we felt almost a little out of place at. Everything was immaculate and the staff were very friendly (despite one of them producing a photocopied map of the area to draw a route on, to the parking, which was literally next door but due to automatic traffic bollards being raised at 19:00 every night, I had to go all the way around. The route they marked took me down a one way street, the wrong way. Very stressful) but the entire city is a nightmare to drive during the night in. The city was beautiful, though and the people very friendly. Lithuania is a country I would definitely return to and would love to spend a few days in Vilius and Kaunas. I would definitely use this hotel again... I would just arrive in the daytime !

The food was expensive, despite being delicious. I'm fairly sure that with more preparation we could have found food that was far more reasonably priced.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a few hundred meters from the central square. A friendly receptionist. Comfortable bed mattresses. Quite a wide selection at breakfast.

A very long queue at reception, with only one staff member serving. Very cheap, low-quality polyurethane pillows and blankets. No complimentary water , no bathrobes in the room, which is odd for a 4-star hotel. The hot breakfast food, such as eggs and pancakes, were reheated and dried out.

Congress Avenue Hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Vilnius. Its central location makes it ideal for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The breakfast is impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day right. Highly recommended for business or leisure travelers looking for quality and convenience!

Well located, clean, comfortable hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. The central location made it so easy to visit the Old Town and find numerous great restaurants to eat at. The breakfast buffet was generous and we were not rushed.

We did not find out until our second day that the room temperature was controlled centrally at the front desk, as the temperature at night was near zero this is important information. Problem was quickly solved.

Fantastic Hotel near the old town of Vilnius . We booked a room with balcony & this was huge! I loved seeing people walking by at evening. ( I was lucky the weather was 24° ). Most of the staff was also friendly (people at the reception saying goodmorning or night when we walked by) The cleaning staff also goodmorning & helpfull ( got 1 day a difficulty to use the elevator & the girl from cleaning used her card & gave us that elevator) . The breakfast was also more than ok

The girls in the breakfast area where not the most friendly one . but they did there job when we asked something

Location and balcony

I was disappointed that they tried to put me in the room that was not that I bought.That is so stressful because I always plan to rent room with best views .( in this case I paid for room with Gedimino castle view) and they give me me room with balcony to yard) It was so annoying , I showed the pictures from booking .com what room I’m expecting .Then they told me that this room occupied .And because I was so mad they give me room with balcony in Gedimino street on first floor , but not on second floor .I couldn’t see Gedimino castle .I paid and expected that room that I paid for .I booked like 5 months ago .
