The staff, location and hygiene.

I didn't like the entrance of the hotel and that the door of my room did not have a lock inside. As a solo traveler, I needed to feel as safe as possible, but the entrance, the lack of a locker inside the room, and the deem lights of the corridor were not adequate for me. However the staff was great,the room was so clean and the location was so good. I would recommend the owners to have lighter corridors and an inside locker in rooms.

Great location on a lovely street, very friendly staff at reception. Not many rooms and so was always quiet at night and didn’t hear people coming and going banging doors like in a bigger hotels. Lovely spacious bedroom and modern bathroom with plenty room and a hairdryer by the mirror. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Vilnius another time. A beautiful city to visit. Breakfast was fine for what we needed, plenty of options to cover all tastes.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The reception team provided an excellent level of service. They were consistently kind and helpful, assisting me with all of my requests without any delay. I really liked the interior design.

The neighbour’s door was closing quite loudly at night — to me, it sounded almost like an explosion. Next time, I would prefer to choose a room with windows facing the backyard to avoid the noise from the street and surrounding area.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is located walking distance to most tourist attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. I arrived late at night and the self check in was smooth. The air con worked well. I had a pleasant experience and highly recommend it. I would stay here again if I’m ever in Vilnius.

Not a big deal but my room was a bit stuffy. Leaving the window open throughout the day helped though.

It is very conveniently located, close to shops and a street with many restaurants and cafés. Staff are super helpful. Though the desk is not staff 24 hours they have very practical solutions (for example I could ring the bell and one of the cleaning ladies would open up the luggage locker when I came back for my stuff after checkout).

I had a room at the front so I needed to put earplugs because there was noise from the main road. You will always get one idiot blasting his music loud in the middle of the night. There’s artwork of cats and dogs looking like celebrities , which I found creepy :-) and which does not fit with the rest of the elegance of the hotel.

Well, this will be a pretty boring review because I have nothing to complain about. At the very beginning, when I was given a room right next to the entrance and reception, I was afraid that it would be too noisy. Nevertheless, it was not noisy at all; it was calm and cozy. Everything in the room is very well-thought-out, as I had everything I needed within reach. The location is perfect, I would even say ideal. And, apart from that, the reception staff are absolutely great: always attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel if you have plans to go to Vilnius.

The room was big enough for the family of four. Everything was clean and cosy. It would be better to have 4 cups (when 4 people are staying), but I am sure we would receive additional once when asked. The staff was very helpful, answered all questions and recommend some places. The location was perfect, in the city center, so you could feel the city. Very big windows with nice view. Plus for parking lot.

The hotel is pretty small and cozy. In an excellent spot, a lot is close by and anything further away is easily accessed with public transport. The staff was very friendly and room was quiet and comfortable despite being ontop of a massive McDonalds. Breakfast could be more varied, but it was absolutley fine.

As my room was next to the breakfast space, I could hear some noise from pretty early on.

Great hotel- clean, modern, and stylish. Good central location, kind staff. Breakfast was good, with all the basics and some tasty fruit in the morning. I’ll definitely return when in Vilnius.

There was a rooftop party in the inner yard. The music was loud until 2–3 am, and even closed windows didn’t help. Hopefully, these parties aren’t frequent - unless you’re joining in, good earplugs are a must! ;)

The location was perfect. It was also a clean, nice, simple room. The staff was okay, but I didn't need much from them, so I can't tell much.

It was very dark getting in, lights were not working looks like. breakfast was also a bit poor, super simple, with almost no options (boiled eggs, some cheese, meat, and cereals). Isolation bit not good between rooms. Wanted to sleep long there, but at 8 AM was woken up by people walking in the corridor for breakfast. You can feel that it is small private hotel.
