The hotel is right in the middle of Vilnius and very stylish. Parking was easy and cost €30 for the whole day (we were even able to leave our car there for a few hours after we checked out which was great). The rooms are clean and really very lovely, the beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a great selection of Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. For those who want to watch a bit of TV, there was a really good selection of TV channels and a proper TV in the room which was nice. Breakfast at €20 per person (including for children!) seemed a bit much, but there is a really great bakery right next door where six people can have breakfast for €20 in total…! A small supermarket underneath the hotel is an added bonus. Vilnius itself is absolutely charming, it is how other European cities might be if they weren’t so overrun with tourists… Visit! You can spend an entire day just walking through the city which feels so clean and safe and has such an astonishing history. It is European and democratic and we felt so welcome. We would love to return.

Very excellent hotel! The rooms are very fresh and light. Everything is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is very tasty (I especially like the smoked salmon and lard!). The location of the hotel is basically one of the best you can have.

The pillows in the room were too soft for me. I would also like to have a water cooler on every floor instead of only on even-numbered floors. I would also like to note that the dinner in the a la cart restaurant could have been much better for this price (I have a lot to compare with in Vilnius, even among hotels). But these are all rather conditional and subjective disadvantages. And if they ask me if I would choose this hotel again, I will say Yes!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre was nothing short of exceptional. The location is absolutely ideal — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to key business and cultural spots. The staff were outstanding: attentive, highly professional, and genuinely welcoming. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was smooth and courteous. The room was clean, modern, and perfectly suited for both rest and work. The gym was another highlight — well-equipped and spacious, ideal for maintaining a fitness routine while traveling. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, business-friendly, and refined. Housekeeping was consistently thorough and punctual — a clear mark of high standards. And the breakfasts and business lunches — truly a separate love story. Thoughtfully prepared, always fresh, and with a great variety to suit every taste. This hotel has everything a business traveler could ask for: comfort, efficiency, and exceptional service. I will certainly be returning and recommending it to colleagues.

Big thanks to the staff for offering an early check-in at 11:00 without us even having to ask. Excellent location. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. The sofa bed for the child was also of good quality. We stayed for two nights. The underground parking is available on two levels and easily accessible by elevator. If you're registered as a Hilton Honors member in the app, you can receive an additional discount for parking. The hotel staff also offered to register me for Hilton Honors, but I had already done it in advance. There is a RIMI grocery store located on the hotel's underground level, accessible by the same elevator from the room floor to level -1. Chilled filtered water is available for free in each room, dispensed from a shared filtered water station on each floor. A special bottle for this is provided in the room. Fantastic breakfast. It takes about 20–25 minutes to walk to the Old Town. During the day, a Bolt taxi costs about €5. Late in the evening, a Bolt ride from the Old Town is around €12. Overall, everything was great – I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again next time! Important to note if you're arriving by car: Waze navigation led us in from Gedimino pr. side – you cannot enter the parking from that side. The underground parking entrance is on Dainavos g. side.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice. The hotel has an excellent location. There is parking available, which is great, although it would have been helpful to receive some information in advance about how the parking system works. An added bonus is the option to charge your car on-site. The staff was professional and friendly, and the hotel itself was very quiet – perfect for a relaxing stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

However, the breakfast buffet was quite disappointing and not very tasty. There was hardly any selection for lactose-free products, except for a single lactose-free milk option.

It' s just a great hotel and a fantastic hotel experience. Everything just feels right, from the kind and professional staff in the reception hall, to the very attentive cleaning personnel. From the spacious room, with comfy beds and useful furniture, clean and sleek bathroom to the neat lobby, roof-top terace and down stairs bar. The hotel is close to just about everything important in Vilnius from a travelers point a view, in walking distance even, and is itself located in a small hub of modern niche businesses (craft beer bar, wine bar, specialty cafes, roof-top bars, fine dinning restaurants). The extra facilities like the small but good gym and the professional washing machines and quick dryers where very much welcomed. Great interior design, great feel, great people. I would like to always stay here whenever I shall revisit Vilnius.

Not a thing.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, note this is not the Grand Hilton but a 4* property. The rooms and facilities are very clean, we like firm mattresses, so we had a very good sleep. The lounge bar offers nice signature cocktails, and the terrace on the 6th floor has a great view. Aircon in the room was quiet, we were not sure if we've set it correctly, because it was a hot day outside and it felt warm, but the reception set it for us immediately. Good breakfast, enough tables/space to sit down, but more pleasant if you can arrive around 8 am. Some local delicacies. There is a seating outside too, which is very relaxing. The street noise does not reach the hotel building, which is a bonus. Try their business lunch (around 1-3 pm), the chef knows what he/she is doing. The service was very friendly everywhere - the reception, the bar, the breakfast room, and the room service. We really enjoyed our short stay.

The location of the hotel is in the inner courtyard, but they have done everything possible to increase the sense of greenery around the restaurant outside. We booked a Queen with a sofabed room facing the backyard, not too exciting but also not too close to another building in the front. There is nothing that the hotel can do about the layout, so no complaints. We had to ask for slippers, which is OK, perhaps the reception can inform about this on arrival (?), but overall, no issues at all.

At first sight the choice for breakfast looks small. But indeed it isn't and the food and drinks are of great quality so we were always happy to return for another round of breakfast. Overall - great breakfast!

I can't fully recommend the trip to people with pets since there's some miscommunication happening. When you call the hotel they seemed very chill about bringing a pet but after booking the hotel through Booking.com we got to know that only pets under 10kg are allowed. Eventually we were allowed to stay with our golden retriever that all the staff loved but their rules does not allow it.

Rooms are spacious, fully equipped and comfortable. Plenty of toiletries and towels of normal size (even large compared to other hotels). The heating system could be adjusted manually, so the temperature was comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of foods, as well as eggs or omelets made on request. There was also a glass bottle in the room, which could be filled with water from special water dispensers in the hotel corridor. This promotes the responsibility not to use plastic bottles for water.

Since we booked 3 rooms (all queen rooms with sofa) and 2 of them had to be for 3 people each, upon arrival only one was prepared for 3 people and the other two were only for two people each. But the problem was solved when we asked them to prepare the bed and give extra towels for another room.

The stay itself was perfect, everything, other than breakfast, exceeded our expectations! Was impressed with how in the room everything was tought of.

The downside was the breakfast experience - we went at 10:00 and basically at that time the food wasn't refilled anymore. We got the last things from the bufet with the idea it would be then refilled, but to our surprise - they weren't. When asked why, the chef said that the reason is - "too many people". This seems like an unprofessional reasoning as the staff should know how many people are staying the night and make the food accordingly. But other than that the food that was left was OK, I suppose, the tastiest things were already eaten.
