Great location, wonderful delicious breakfast.

It’s a great hotel, but The rooms in a new wing lack sound proofing. You can clearly hear what’s going on next door and with people moving in and out during the night it gets very noisy.

The breakfast was good and it's a nice dining room. The hotel was clean & tidy and the room had everything we needed, although it would have been nicer if it was a bit bigger. The bed was really comfortable & we both slept very well. There's was a good sized free safe in the room, along with a mini bar/fridge. The drinks were very pricey though, so we didn't bother having anything from it. The bathroom was very nice & looked pretty new. It had a very good hairdryer. It was very quiet in & around the hotel. The hotel was a bit of a walk from Vilnius Old Town, but it was a nice walk all the same. There are plenty of options for food & drinks and lots of places to visit. The old prison is very close by & was a great place to tour round & also have a bite to eat and have a drink it two. Public transport is very cheap, as are the Bolt taxi's, so it's easy to get around if you don't want to walk so much. Vilnius itself is very calm & quiet, especially with it being a capital city. Food & drinks are extremely affordable too.

Outside the hotel, there is a cobblestone area, with a few spaces for parking. Part of it is very uneven & my wife turned her ankle on it one evening. Luckily it was too bad & didn't spoil our trip.

The room was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, and a kettle were provided in the room. The bed was large and comfortable. There was air conditioning and it worked well. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hotel location is very central, but on a quiet side street, meaning it is very easy to walk to major attractions, but there is no disruption when trying to sleep. I had absolutely zero problems or complaints. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and will stay here again the next time I visit Vilnius.

The room was nice for a 5 day stay, lots of windows, thus bright but still quiet because it was in the backyard. The bathroom was very spacious. Hotel provided a babybed and was decorated really lovely, thank you for that. The bed was very comfy lots of pillows. The breakfast was simple, but enough. The breakfast staff at the weekend suddenly disappeared for 20 minutes for whatever reason and the buffet was pretty empty then. And it took a while to fill up again. The coffee was great. Orange juice from tetrak pak. When we arrived we had 2 backpacks, a suitcase and a baby stroller and there were stairs right in front of the check in counter, it was also raining. No help from the lady at the counter, she just sat there waiting for us. She was nice at the check in though but a little offer for help would've been nice though. The hotel is near the jail and the museum of occupation, about 15 minutes from the old town. I thought it would be too far, but theres a lot to see along the way, part of the road near the old town is completely made a pedestrian and walking home in the middle of the streets during sunset looking back at the white cathedral was something unique. Thank you for the experience!

Nothing really

Nice clean room, cleaned regularly, friendly and helpful reception staff. 20 min walk to the main square, 10 mins to KGB/Occupation museum. Very cheap Bolt taxi from/to the Airport. Hotel is close to cafes and some restaurants. Breakfast was good for a hotel of that size/occupancy, but a bit limited especially fresh fruit and bread selection., but fantastic home made granola! Overall a really good stay in an interesting city, and at a very good price, we would definitely stay again on a future visit. Also, you can drink the tap water in the rooms as it is filtered - very unusual!

As mentioned, more fruit and bread selection at breakfast but not a big issue.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Ratonda Centrum Hotels. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and surprisingly warm even in late autumn. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The best part, however, was the purified water tap! Never saw anything like that before in other places. The bathroom was cozy and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the river and the city center. I can't wait to return to this place on my next trip!

It's a very nice hotel located super close to the city center. 1. The hotel itself is not new, but it's so clean and nice that we were completely fine with it! 2. The staff is great, wonderful lady at the reception, thank you :) 3. Location is good, it's located right near the main street and it's about 5-10 minutes to get to the city center. You have a supermarket very close and different restaurants. 4. Room is spacious with everything you may need including kettle and refrigerator. Great option!

The hotel is located in a nice area of Vilnius, from which you can reach the historic center of the city in 15 minutes on foot. Besides, there are many restaurants nearby and the bus stop for the airport is very close. As for the room, it was large, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and varied, with fresh quality food. Finally, the hotel staff has always been kind and available to our requests. Highly recommended.

Reviewing on behalf of my mom: The privacy is the number 1 thing that I noticed. You feel safeness of the hotel but still have a feeling like your have your own privacy which was great. The staff were very helpful and attentive when needed but they don’t get you too much in your face which is lovely! Location is also worth mentioning - it’s central and has the best the city has to offer pretty close by, but it’s quiet around the hotel.

There’s actually nothing that I noticed. I’ve stayed in many places in Vilnius and not one impressed me enough to come back, but this one did! I would and will come back.

The stay at Ratonda Centrum Hotels turned out to be pleasant and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The location is also very good, as it is close to the main streets with shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff was very friendly and professional. It's a great place for a short stay.

The only downside was that our windows faced the backyard, and there was someone smoking (we could smell it in our room) and talking loudly at night, which was a bit disturbing. However, it wasn't the hotel's fault.
