I had an absolutely wonderful time at Ratonda Centrum Hotels. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and surprisingly warm even in late autumn. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The best part, however, was the purified water tap! Never saw anything like that before in other places. The bathroom was cozy and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the river and the city center. I can't wait to return to this place on my next trip!

Reviewing on behalf of my mom: The privacy is the number 1 thing that I noticed. You feel safeness of the hotel but still have a feeling like your have your own privacy which was great. The staff were very helpful and attentive when needed but they don’t get you too much in your face which is lovely! Location is also worth mentioning - it’s central and has the best the city has to offer pretty close by, but it’s quiet around the hotel.

There’s actually nothing that I noticed. I’ve stayed in many places in Vilnius and not one impressed me enough to come back, but this one did! I would and will come back.

The stay at Ratonda Centrum Hotels turned out to be pleasant and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The location is also very good, as it is close to the main streets with shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff was very friendly and professional. It's a great place for a short stay.

The only downside was that our windows faced the backyard, and there was someone smoking (we could smell it in our room) and talking loudly at night, which was a bit disturbing. However, it wasn't the hotel's fault.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Position of the Hotel is great for going walking to Vilnius center and taking public transport (a lot of options nearby). Nice restaurants and cafes in the area too. The staff was super nice and helpful, offering local advise f what to visit and where to eat.

It's a pity than the sauna was an extra, and also heating is centralized so you cannot choose the temperature in your room (it was a bit cool when I visited it).

We booked the suite, and it was absolutely amazing! The space was so much bigger than we expected, the photos on the website don’t do it justice at all! Huge shoutout to the incredible cleaning staff who kept our room spotless every day. And let’s not forget the breakfast! We included it with our stay and it was delicious and very handy.

Loved the Ratonda Centrum Hotel, it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They held our bags for us all day as we had a very late flight. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful with directions etc About a 20 min walk to the old town.

The original room that I booked was quite small and faced onto a wall outside do we decided to upgrade to a bigger and better room. Would have liked a more spacious area to sit in the public area of hotel.

Professional and welcoming staff, the breakfast selection was excellent - something for every taste. Hotel's location managed to stay pretty much hidden away from the city centre hustle while still being relatively in the heart of Vilnius which is exactly what I wanted for my weekend retreat. I asked for a room with a bathtub and they were able to provide it which was awesome. The room itself was spacious enough with a double bed which was more than enough for my sole occupancy and quite comfortable too.

Not a big thing at all, but the view from my window looked over some residential buildings and backyards. However, the hotel never boasted breathtaking views so it wasn't to be expected in the first place and not something I would sulk about.

all was good

Everything was amazing, from the entrance to the exit. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the service is exceptional, the breakfast is delicious - strongly recommend to take it. I also booked a sauna for myself and my friend, and it was so smooth going that we decided to book another 1.5 hours straight away. The location is also perfect, all the main attractions are placed within walking distance. We also liked that the hotel is not very big, so it sort of recreates a feeling of a family vacation.

The entrance to the hotel building has a small stair and no automatic elevator for wheelchairs, which was not very convenient for one couple staying at the same time. But the hotel staff helped, so hopefully they got the same amazing experience

Cozy room, TV with local and international channels, great breakfast, perfect location (not so far from Old Town, Neris River and Gedimino prospektas), polite and smiling staff, possibility to leave luggage in storage after check-out

The bed was not so soft for me (it’s only my opinion) and sound isolation was not perfect, but not critical (I’ve heard loud sounds once)
