Very comfortable suite-like room on the top accommodation floor (15). Great views over the very popular western park area. Professional and courteous staff. Good value for accommodation in a desirable part of the city. Price for arranging additional nights stay through the hotel no more expensive than if booked through a typical hotel search app. Very smart hotel. It’s a good stroll from the city centre but I knew this when booking. I’d stay here again.

Top floor restaurant didn’t appear to be open whilst the ground floor bar/restaurant closed at 10 even on a Friday and Saturday night- this is advertised as being open until midnight and due to its location some distance from the main city area, there’s very little alternative options. A couple of niggly things i.e. the room has a minibar but the cooler didn’t work; the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work.

The staff was helpful, although the check-in process took long time, which was strange. And not only for me. It took about 10 minutes. I don't know if there were computer-related problems, but probably that was the reason. Really good breakfast at the restaurant. The hotel/s neighborhood is nice to walk around, especially in good weather . As I lived in 11th floor, I had a really nice view through my window with huge park and nicely illuminated TV tower. The room was really big, comfortable beds and ability to iron my shirt and trousers. As I lived here because of 2-day conference, I really liked the conference hall. It is really big with many projectors that help to see the presentation for every participant.

The hotel needs some renovation. The wallpapers at the corridors were partially peeled off. There was black mold between the tiles at the bathroom(only in those places that were a bit difficult to reach for cleaning staff), the were cracks on the sink in our room, the bathroom ventilation was poor- the mirror was heavily fogged after taking a shower. Small parking lot.

First of all I am extremely grateful for the room upgrade! The room we got was INSANE. I fell in love with how much space we got as well as a little welcome gift! It was very very kind of the hotel! Everything was as amazing as I remember, cozy rooms, carpeted floors and stunning view through every window! Wifi works very well! The door locks worked perfectly now, that's amazing! The AC was so helpful on early morning wakings (I was very cold, but when adjusted the AC and the room warmed up!) There was some music to be heard, but it was the weekend and that is to be expected. I did not feel interrupted at all and slept very well regardless! Decorative pillows are a very nice addition as well! Staff is very helpful (Very grateful for the iron! Thank You again!) Truly my favorite hotel and I will be coming back, as usual!😊

Proximity to Vingis Park for Vingis parkrun.

On arrival I was advised about likely noise from a party on 16th floor, which was clearly audible as soon as you entered the elevator. Having been allocated a room on the 10th floor this surprised me. I asked for a quieter room but got no response. On entering my room the noise was clearly heard. Reception had advised the noise should stop at Midnight, but in the event it continued till gone 3am! No plug in the bath meant I was unable to take a bath before retiring and no milk in the room meant only black coffee.(I don’t drink black coffee)

It was a very good location for the Vingis Park parkrun and for seeing the Old Town sites. Lovely views from the 14th Floor.

The staff were a bit abrupt and perhaps not comfortable speaking English, but we had no chance with the Lithuanian language. The bedroom of our executive suite was a bit small and there was only one tea and coffee and no milk for the 3 days - would have preferred milk to the prosecco. The restaurant was very good, but not exceptional.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, great conference centre and near a beautiful park. Beautiful rooms with great views especially top floors.

Food was good but not much variety. Had contacted the hotel beforehand since I booked 2 different bookings as was attenfing for a conference but had to change rooms though I had informed them a week before and also on my arrival. Would have helped to keep same room all throughout.

Location of the hotel is great, free parking on the territory. Receptionist was excellent - made us feel welcomed. Room was quiet and we had complimentary drinks and little muffin in the room - it was lovely. Breakfast had nice options and the breakfast area was nice and big. Nice view from the room (we were on the 10th floor).

Hotel is little bit outdated and would need some updating. Sad to say, but the bed was really uncomfortable - narrow, unconventionally soft and bouncy - but maybe our preferences are different.

The hotel gave us a bigger room since we came here for a convention and had a huge baggage of costume stuff (we're EXTREMELY happy about that, thank You so very much!). The room was on the highest floor, like the last year, the view of fall colored Vilnius was stunning! Room was very silent, warm and cozy. Everything was clean! Staff was very helpful and polite, as well as understanding😊 Can't wait to stay here again in spring of 2024!

Maybe the wifi was a bit slow, but we were on 15th floor, I only think it's fair and understandable 😊

On 15th floor it's a bit loud at Saturday nights as on 16th floor there is a restaurant with music and there might be some party's going on. In my case it's OK, but if you prefer rather quiet room, ensure you specify at the time of booking that you want a quiet room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel looks nice and stylish. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Maybe at some points needs a bit of light refurbishment, but other than that everything was great. Also breakfast was included which was superb! Everything fresh, tasty and a lot of food variety to choose from. Overall very happy with the experience.
