Booked because of the pool and it was not included. Wifi slightly weak in 405. Location a bit far from Old Town and tourist activities.

The hotel is good value for money and a short Uber drive from the main train station, airport and city centre. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the breakfast and evening meals available were really good. The staff were also approachable and accommodating. The hotel largely met my expectations and would stay here again.

I was a little disappointed that the spa facilities were not included in the booking price and seemed a little expensive (approx 60 Euros for an hour, if I recall correctly). Also, although requesting a quiet room, it was located on a corridor which also had a large party of men.

Nice and big room, clean also. Privet and secure parking, very good breakfast. Polite and helpfull staff. Very good price comparing to what you get.

Big distance from the city center (25' walking) but ofcourse i knew it! I didnt like that they say that <you dont need to reserve a car parking place> but when i said i like to be sure that i will have a parking place they told me they can not reserve a place. Thats totaly different and when someone is traveling by car the MOST IMPORTANT for him after a long driving day is to be sure he has a parking. ANYWAY, the fact is that when i arrive (about 14:45) there were still many places, so everything was fine. I also didnt like that when the breakfast started there were about 25 people ready (BUS travelers) and they get inside the breakfast room together all!!! I had to take my breakfast early and leave because i didnt have time to waste and i tried to survive into this!!!

The hotel was easy to find, which made my arrival stress-free. At any time of the day, the staff was available and eager to help, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, being so close to Lidl and Maxima for any essentials I needed. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was unexpectedly amazing, with so many options that catered to all tastes. The quality and variety were far beyond my expectations. Its proximity to the airport made my departure day extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I genuinely prefer this hotel to any 5-star luxury hotels I’ve stayed in before.

The location was great, not too far from the airport, about 20min walk to the town. Nice restaurants in the area, big supermarket at a short walking distance. The members of staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. I understand it was one of the biggest rooms, so lots of space. The shower was great. There was a hair dryer. There was a fridge in the room, desk. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of healthy options. I enjoyed my stay very much.

It was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfy and we had fridge with freezer in room what was super nice. Also in bathroom there were a lot of towels with towel dryer and nice shower ❤️

I guess only downside is that pool was paid service and 60 euros as you rent whole pool out. They need to change this because they are losing potential clients hence pool stays unused.

Location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers being few minitues away (by car) from airport and and from bus station. Room was very clean, breakfast good and various.

I would improve the bed: not sure why most of the low and middle range hotels in Vilnius use a bed configuration that I have never found in any other part of the world. Basically bed structure and materass are one single thing: how am I supposed to tuck in such a bed? It's basically impossible because there is no separation between materass and the bed structure under it. So if you move in the bed during night you will end up remaining uncovered, for sure feet will be out of the cover very quickly.

Location with car, shops restaurants and public transport

Pool cost 60 euro when a big pool centre is right across the street. Pool is expected to be used for free for guests at the hotel

Hotel was basic, but perfectly fine for the price paid. The on site restaurant was nice. Evening meal and breakfast were nice. Location was fine for what i needed. Lidl store just across the road, which is handy if you need anything.

The window was really drafty in my room. The room had a fridge which was nice, but it was quite noisy.

Everything was great! Room clean, bathroom clean! Staff great! Theres even a restaurant downstairs with great food and breakfast.

The one complaint I have is that the wifi was just horrible. It never worked and if it worked the connection was so bad that we could never use it properly.
