Extremely helpful reception staff. I will say Mr Laurynas helped me at the right time to get a taxi, when other taxis were not available. Otherwise I would have missed my flight back. The compaction showed by the staff made my stay a delightful one. Mr. Laurynas made me decide to stay only at Comfort Hotel LT - Roch 'n' Roll in my future visits to Vilnius.

Great stay. The room was warm, clean and spacious, and the bed comfy. Bathroom was spacious as wel, with plenty or room to sit on the toilet and a decent shower (with thermostatic valve), so not endless mixing of hot and cold water. Floorheating in the bathroom was nice as well. Staff was polite and helpful. When we asked to check out a little bit later this was no problem. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and did not come by car, so can't comment on those facilities.

Some details that are in no means dealbreakers: A fridge in the room would have been nice. The TV that started playing automatically every time we inserted the keycard in it's slot was a bit annoying. Also would be nice in this day and age to be able to cast to the tv :-)

Clean and modern hotel with a cool music theme running throughout. Band murals and designs on the walls, song references in corridors, door handles, even accordion keys on the elevator doors. Really lovely staff, super helpful and accommodating with advice on where to go for food, drinks, sightseeing… Good choice of food for breakfast and nicely laid out. Couldn’t fault their customer service, would certainly stay again.

There wasn’t a lot we didn’t like to be honest. One thing we did notice was that the rooms were warm at night. Like, REALLY warm, even with the AC turned to the lowest setting.

A hotel in a great location. Just a 10-minute bus ride from the airport, a 10-minute walk to the Old Town, and only 5 minutes to the train and bus stations (perfect for those wanting to visit Latvia, Estonia, or Belarus). There is a large store right across the street, and an on-site laundry facility. Highly recommended!

That’s probably the only downside—the laundry. Hotel guests don’t seem to care about others. It took me over half a day just to do one load of laundry. This could definitely be improved. For example: if you don’t pick up your clothes on time, you crawl to Aušros Vartai on your knees!

Staff was very friendly and spoke excellent english. Hotel itself is very modern, clean and comfortable. Location is close to Vilnius Train Station (roughly 8min walk) and the Old Town (10min walk). Big plus is the Iki supermarket literally accross the street.

I had a room in the 6th (top) floor, facing the courtyard (which was very nice because I had asked for a quiet room). The biggest minus though was that I could hear the neighbors walk around in their rooms, and it was really a stomping noise. So the rooms‘ isolations don‘t seem to be the best. Additionally, i could hear everything the neighbors were saying through the ventilation pipe at the ceiling. I felt a little bit like in the movie „It.“ Otherwise the hotel itself is great though! Maybe it was only this specific room.

That was a nice stay! The room (#514) was clean and spacious. There was a kettle, a free set of tea/coffee, towels, shampoo/gel and soap in the shower. As I am very sensitive to sounds and light, it was extremely nice to have blackout curtains and noise cancellation. I slept like a baby 😴 The location is perfect – 7-10 minutes on foot from the bus and railway stations and 10-15 minutes from the Old Town but still not too crowded or noisy. There is also a large store just across the street. The breakfast was great – veggies, oatmeal, eggs, sausages, bread, cheese, fruits, etc. I felt a bit lost because there were so many options to choose from and everything looked yummy 😅 And the staff! Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you for making my vacation stay great ❤️

This is my favorite place to stay whenever I’m in Vilnius! The hotel always feels welcoming, largely thanks to the friendly and professional staff—they’re attentive and make sure everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, which makes it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciate how convenient the location is—it’s just a short walk from the bus station, making it super easy to get around the city. Overall, I always have a great experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vilnius!

On my last visit, I noticed that the breakfast selection was a bit more limited than usual. It’s possible that I came down at a time when some items had already run out and the buffet had not yet been restocked.

Great hotel with an interesting and quite unique concept (loved the 'barception' idea), filled with fun music memorabilia on the walls. The location is also spot-on – a short walk from the Old Town and just opposite a supermarket. What surprised me most – and genuinely impressed me – was how incredibly soundproof the rooms are. I’ve stayed in plenty of city hotels, but this was on another level. Even being in a lively area and in a hotel with a musical theme, once inside the room, I couldn’t hear a thing. You don't expect this kind of peace and quiet in the heart of a city.

It was nice and laid back....but efficient. Had a decent vibe about it. Breakfast on Sunday was pretty mental....but weekdays were much less stressful. Room was very good. No issues.

I was on my own at breakfast. I was half way through my meal when I wanted a top of orange juice. Took my phone...am I going to leave it there with a busy place....left my knife and folk not together but in still eating mode. No more than a few minutes away. My meal was swept up and was gone. I did complain...but it was pointless....stupidity ruled the day. Train your staff.
