Overall, our stay was great, it was surely a great quality for the price we paid: location of the hotel is perfect ( in 20 min one can reach any detsination in a city center, train and bus station, etc, while surroundings have shops and nice restaurants, the street itself is calm and quiet), staff is very helpful and kind, room was spacious and comfortable with all needed facilities. We had to do a couple of work-related video calls and internet speed was excellent.

The only minor shortcoming is room cleaning service. The room was clean when we arrived except of some stains on the top cover of the bed (it was late so we didn't go to complain, we just put it on a floor as a sign to replace it another day, which was not done). There were hair on the floor and in the shower the other days, a cup and a spoon which were dirty and not replaced, etc. So, it seems that the room keeper only changed towels and made a bed (again covering with same dirty cover from the floor), but did not do any extra cleaning.

Very good location, old town and all sightseeing in walking distance. 24/7 supermarket is next door too. Very clean and nice affordable rooms. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Staff very friendly. I stay in Vilnius few times a year and I will come back with my friends. This time I found renovaited lobby bar, ordered drinks and snacks.

My favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast, loved it! Such great choice and well presented, looked forward to it every morning. They also have a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel which we went to one evening for dinner which was very good food. The rooms are nice, high ceilings, smart apps on the TV, toiletries in the bathroom, kettle, safe, fridge. Bathroom is a bit small and the carpets could do with a clean. The rooms are well sound insulated, couldnt hear any noise between rooms or out in the corridor and I am a light sleeper! Staff very friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage after check out as our flight home wasn't until the evening. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

We visited for 4 nights during a mini heatwave (April 2025) and my room was on the top floor (4th). The air-conditioning in my room did not work and it was stifling. In the end after 2 nights of very uncomfortable sleep I asked if I could move rooms to a lower floor which the reception staff did without question and dealt with it really well.

Nice location – 1,8km to old city centre. Possible to park the car outside hotel (you need to pay). Hotel room had nice design, it had little fridge, teapot, tv. Breakfast was realy good – hot dishes, meat and salmon, cheese, cakes, fresh fruit. Especially we liked pancakes with curd. And girl in breakfast was very nice, smiling - it improved the mood.

In order to sleep in the room with double bed, our reservation was downgraded, but it was ok since double bed was our priority. But two blankets were inconvenient. Also sound proofing is not good – we heard everything that our neighbors did, talk or watch on tv.

Room without double bed.

I thik that It was the most beautiful hotel in the vilnius. Inside and also outside❤️ i like all the staff. i have one little problem with tower change, they forget but when i say this to the woman of the reception, shen resolved my problem in this minute. i like it so much. clen room, hot water, cattle for making coffe an tea. if i will decide to go in vilnius other time i will choose city hotel algirdas again. near from old and new town. and taxi is very cheap if you dont like walk in cold weather.

The staff was very helpful, the check-in was from 14 onwards and I arrived at the hotel to drop my bag off around 10. Lucky me my room was already ready and I get to freshen up before i leave. The room was quite warm. The location is great, I basically walked everywhere. Overall considering the price I think It was a good stay.

Pillows were too high for my problematic neck. It wasn’t very clean. There was a half eaten sandwich in the minibar from the previous guest and there was stains on the toilet seat that I had to clean before using it. I think cleaners should do a better thorough check.

Classic hotel experience: +nice, professional staff on site 24/7; +extremely large room!!! +many lighting options; +spacious bathroom with a bathtub and an amazing products; +easy climate control; +clean and comfy beds; +steong wifi; +most convenient location. To those who complain that the TV isn’t working: just plug it in.

Would persoanlly prefere thinner or softer pillows, as the ones that i had in my room were too big for my neck.
