Overall, our stay was great, it was surely a great quality for the price we paid: location of the hotel is perfect ( in 20 min one can reach any detsination in a city center, train and bus station, etc, while surroundings have shops and nice restaurants, the street itself is calm and quiet), staff is very helpful and kind, room was spacious and comfortable with all needed facilities. We had to do a couple of work-related video calls and internet speed was excellent.

The only minor shortcoming is room cleaning service. The room was clean when we arrived except of some stains on the top cover of the bed (it was late so we didn't go to complain, we just put it on a floor as a sign to replace it another day, which was not done). There were hair on the floor and in the shower the other days, a cup and a spoon which were dirty and not replaced, etc. So, it seems that the room keeper only changed towels and made a bed (again covering with same dirty cover from the floor), but did not do any extra cleaning.

The room was cozy and warm, which made the stay comfortable. It was equipped with useful amenities such as a safe and a hairdryer. The bed was very comfortable, and I was able to get a good night's sleep, which I really appreciated.

However, there were a few things that could be improved. For a two-day stay, only two small packets of sugar and instant coffee were provided, which wasn’t enough. Housekeeping was also disappointing — the bed wasn’t made, and the shower gel was in a large bottle but nearly empty, barely enough for one use. Despite the room being tidied, nothing was restocked. Additionally, the staff at check-out were not friendly or welcoming, which left a poor final impression.

Very good location, old town and all sightseeing in walking distance. 24/7 supermarket is next door too. Very clean and nice affordable rooms. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Staff very friendly. I stay in Vilnius few times a year and I will come back with my friends. This time I found renovaited lobby bar, ordered drinks and snacks.

Everithing was great.

My favourite thing about the hotel was the breakfast, loved it! Such great choice and well presented, looked forward to it every morning. They also have a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel which we went to one evening for dinner which was very good food. The rooms are nice, high ceilings, smart apps on the TV, toiletries in the bathroom, kettle, safe, fridge. Bathroom is a bit small and the carpets could do with a clean. The rooms are well sound insulated, couldnt hear any noise between rooms or out in the corridor and I am a light sleeper! Staff very friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage after check out as our flight home wasn't until the evening. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

We visited for 4 nights during a mini heatwave (April 2025) and my room was on the top floor (4th). The air-conditioning in my room did not work and it was stifling. In the end after 2 nights of very uncomfortable sleep I asked if I could move rooms to a lower floor which the reception staff did without question and dealt with it really well.

Nice location – 1,8km to old city centre. Possible to park the car outside hotel (you need to pay). Hotel room had nice design, it had little fridge, teapot, tv. Breakfast was realy good – hot dishes, meat and salmon, cheese, cakes, fresh fruit. Especially we liked pancakes with curd. And girl in breakfast was very nice, smiling - it improved the mood.

In order to sleep in the room with double bed, our reservation was downgraded, but it was ok since double bed was our priority. But two blankets were inconvenient. Also sound proofing is not good – we heard everything that our neighbors did, talk or watch on tv.

Breakfast varieties were excellent, English and continental. The room was big with comfy bed. Good variety of tv news channels and sport channels, I cold see snooker world championship. Wi-Fi was adequate, around 20 Mbps. All of the staff I encountered were young, helpful and smiling. Big supermarket just around the corner and good restaurants just few minutes walk away. Walking to old town Vilnius took about 20 minutes.

The shower was old fashion tub shower, not walk in and the TV was relatively old and small.

The hotel is an excellent option in Vilnius. It is within walking distance of the bus & train stations and also to the old city center. The hotel is clean, breakfast offers many choices, there is also an excellent onsite restaurant for dinner. There is a large grocery store nearby.

Initially we were in a room on the top floor that became really warm with the morning sun. They moved us to the 2nd floor where the A/C worked better. We were grateful for the move as one of us was ill.

The hotel was nice and comfortable overall. In the evening, we went downstairs to eat, and the borscht was absolutely 10/10—highly recommended! However, regarding the stay itself, the only downside was the bedding quality and pillows. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night's sleep, and the blanket wasn’t great either. It was also a bit chilly in the room. I would strongly suggest investing in new, high-quality pillows and blankets to ensure a more restful sleep for guests.

My family have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect and quiet at night. Breakfast was good. The price fully matched the quality, making it excellent value for money. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.
