The complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, providing a more comfortable and enjoyable accommodation experience. The comfortable bed contributed to a restful night's sleep, leaving me feeling refreshed and energized the next morning. The willingness of the staff to address issues promptly, such as upgrading the room without additional charges, demonstrated good customer service.

Initial inconvenience with an uncleaned room upon arrival was disappointing and set a less-than-ideal tone for the stay. Difficulty finding suitable parking added frustration to the experience, making the initial moments less pleasant. The absence of a remote for the air conditioning unit limited control over the room's temperature, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.

Cheap price and a very good location.

There was no elevator in the hotel, and no trash can in the room.

Very good location, it is quiet but close to center. Free parking right at hotel. No noise from outside or other guests. Bed is comfortable. Very big bathroom with bath in it. WI-FI is fast, connection is great. TV with many different channels in a room. Enough space for your bags and belongings.

The only thing I disliked was that they didn't delete old information about dog fees at hotel. The price is much bigger than was mentioned in that previous information and that's why they should just delete it to prevent misinformation for guests. The price before was 9 eur/night, but right now it is 20 eur/night, which is pretty big, in my opinion, considering that there are not even dog bowl in room for the price.

I stayed at the Apart Hotel for 3 days. The room I had was clean and practical. It wasn't very large, but it had a wardrobe, a small fridge, and a desk. I appreciated having a kettle and a tea set. Outside the room, there was a small kitchenette in the hall with a coffee machine. The staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel’s location was excellent, near the old town but in a very quiet district.

Overall, everything was fine. However, the room, especially the bathroom, could use some renovation or a refresh

We especially liked the reception staff who were very professional and spoke several languages. The late check-in procedure was easy and they let us use the luggage storage on the last day of our stay. The room was clean and well-equipped. The location was within 20 min walk from the old town. There were many bars and shops in the area.

The room was a little too small for 3 people and there was a nasty smell which was probably the most annoying thing about our stay in the hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the city center. It has all the necessary facilities, hot water, a good Wi-Fi connection, and is near restaurants and a supermarket.

Room was very dusty when I entered, and there was some hair on the drain. The room wasn't cleaned when I put sign on the door.

Firstly the staff were very welcoming & friendly and always on hand to help out with anything you needed, The male receptionist was very polite, my room was on the ground floor which for most people can be daunting but for me I was fine with that, the room was clean & comfortable

I don't recall seeing a welcoming book or leaflet for additional services I.e. breakfast service (optional as I did not book a room with breakfast) or recommendations for local restaurants/cafes/pubs, & also some drinking water either a jug of tap water or bottle water would be more helpful

Loved the staff! The administrator light colored hair woman accepting us on the 23rd of May was exceptionally great! She helped us to navigate to the parking because we got lost there. Massive thanks to her for being so kind and helpful!! Room was clean, neat, comfortable. Wifi was great! The shops are very close by! Area is also relatively quiet, especially at night, so the sleep is very peaceful. A big plus - there was a very cozy blanket, and i needed that! :)

Maybe the AC over the head of the bed wasn't the nicest thing. It was quite loud. We also needed it to be on due to the heat, but it was too cold at night, blowing right at the bed, hence why we had to fiddle it to work for us. Also, it's a bit scary when it's hanging right over your head haha!

Very friendly and caring staff. The apartment was great, nothing was missing and it was clean. Some nice cafés and food corners around. You can be in the old town of Vilnius in around 20 minutes by foot. One last thing to mention: The apartment is in a residential Building. Don't get irritated by the stairwell of the building. It's a little bit run down. Other than that everything was great.

Amazing location, very close to the airport and old town. Also near public transportation stops. Grocery store right across the street. Place has fridge, stove, pots, utensiles. They had portable bed for my 2 yo set up as I had requested for free.

No issues. I guess parking is first come first served however, if you ask, they will tell you where to park - we scored spot right by the building (camera monitored) that I could park for free. It was actualy better for me as I needed parking longer then their check out time.
