The room was nice with very comfortable beds. The value for money is unbeatable.

We booked a room with a private bathroom. However, when we arrived the bathroom was outside of our room and technically a shared bathroom with the other three flats in the same hallway. The owner stated that since one of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom and the other room is empty, we are the only ones using the shared bathroom. Still, it felt more like using a public bathroom in an empty hostel rather being a truly private bathroom. A bit more transparency upfront would have been appreciated.

The apartment is very conveniently located right at the bus stop and the buses go directly to the train station. it’s also 5 minutes walk from Gedymino avenue. Clean, comfortable, enough towels, slippers. I liked the sound isolation as it’s important for me. There is a good breakfast/brunch place on the corner of the same building , Daily Poison, super convenient and quite tasty.

I would suggest adding cutlery to the apartment: we were missing a knife to cut some food we had with us. Also tea bags - it would make a huge difference if these were some better quality tea/coffee! Though I have to point that we had enough portions for all days of our stay.

We did self check-in with no issues. The room was clean and beds were very comfy. The bathroom area was enough for 2 people. The location is not bad as well, you can be in the main city centre in around 20-25 minutes of walking. Very quiet location, we were not disturbed by the noise at all. There are shops nearby as well where you can grab some groceries and a lovely breakfast cafe/restaurant on the 1st floor of the building. Overall, great value for money and will most likley stay here again if I visit Vilnius in near future.

Nothing to point out in particular. One thing to mention is that the room had a view of the garden inside the house premises. The building is not tall enough to see any city view, but it did not bother us at all. Location could have also been a bit closer to the main city centre, but I do not mind walking 20-25 minutes to get there.

The apartement is in a new-looking modern building. It is easy to enter with the received codes after the self check-in. Rooms are well-equippped and comfortable. Especially the shower gel was that my children liked very much. It is on the side of the city center but it's 10-15 minutes walk depending the target. Their application is useful in the communication, but I got a call when there was a problem. There are restaurants and supermarket as well nearby.

Almost everything was perfect, but unfortunately we did not have hot water during our stay because of maintanance. In addition I could not park in the neighbouring garage despite it was prepaid, because ther was a one day long cleaning during our stay. We managed it and they paid back the amount. The locker was labelled differently than we received.

Location, self check in, clenliness, comfort, balcony, tv, coffee machine, staff.

No cutlery, not even a teaspoon. If you don't want to eat out all the time it's a bit of an issue. No iron.

Exceptional comfort - really nice room, super clean and neat. TV, bathtub, fridge, noise isolation, a lot of space. Staying here for the 2nd time already and adoring it. Plus a super cool breakfast place just downstairs. Self check-in is super convenient.

The communication through the external platform is really inconvenient. I would prefer to stay on Booking chat. Plus I got requested for a deposit and registration twice, even though I have already done it. More hangers and hooks on the walls in the room would also be great :D

The location was very good, close to the city center but also not far from the airport. The room was tidy and cozy, with everything we needed. The keys were easily accessible. We were happy about the chip for the main entrance (not having to enter the door code every time we enter), as the last time we stayed at Real House, we didn't have that in our key box.

The only thing I can mention is that the couch was not too comfortable. Also, as it was super hot outside, we struggled to be in the room as it was really warm inside as well. Maybe a portable AC or a fan would be nice to have during the hot summer days.

Building is located in a very nice location nearby city center. Nice and clean room. Everything was as I expected from the photos. Very big bathroom, and of course room itself. Provided coffee and tea to do it by yourself. Nice view from the windows and a lot of lights inside the room. Modern building. Quite a safe area to walk around at night. Located close to supermarket, restaurant, bar and etc

Rain shower head might need to be changed or cleaned, it's clogged with mineral deposits. Mold also formed on shower curtain already. Other things were cleaned. Check in was a bit tricky, I had to give my card info into that system on the website. To get in the building, it's not difficult but door code was quite long, I had to look at my sms every time I wanted to get back inside.

The location is great, the room was well equipped and enough specious!

The parking lot is very small. It is really like cm question... There were so many signs on walls that not only us felt a bit too huge for that place (normal universal car). And it is not that easy to find exits there (to be precise: entrance afterwards). And I am not a big fun of million codes to get in and out. But I guess this is the new normal. So be sure your mobile phone is always on to find all the codes after going out ;)

Very new, clean, comfortable and silent apartment. Excellent solution for two people with a supermarket and a coffee shop very close. Just 15/20 minute walk away from the city center it is a good solution if you come to Vilnius by car and don't want to struggle with no-park areas downtown. Self check in procedure very easy and fast.

Microwave oven not available. Extended checkout time after 11 am, available only with payment (more or less 5 euros per extra hour). Pillows very soft and not comfortable may cause neck pain
