Very good breakfasts.

1. The entrance (very difficult to find - arc under the construction) to the parking behind the hotel - no marked on the street. Information received in the hotel - insufficient. In fact, we tourned (very tired after a long journey) around on local streets during 30 min. in the traffic without result. We had to ask once again in the reception desk. 2. At first, just after our arrival, the staff needed our credit card for guarantee - concerning probable and possible damages and devastations in the room. It is VERY, VERY IMPOLITE TOWARDS GUESTS - it means a diffidence towards them. Maybe the hotel Congress has a very bad expirience with its guests? We are traveling a lot and met this requirement for the first time. VERY IMPOLITE FROM THE SIDE OF TTHE HOTEL CONGRESS!

The high standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The patterned white marble floors in the lobby matching the marble on the stairs and walls with all the mirrors everywhere created a bright and welcoming ambience. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with advice, especially Joana K and Ligitas, who joined Hotel Congress recently. The responses to my messages and queries, from Viktorija and Joana K, were very prompt and helpful, and this gave me a very positive feeling about the hotel right from the very outset.

A very minor point but the lifts were slow

- zero cost room upgrade offered by the hotel upon arrival - the hotel was flexible enough to shorten my stay by one night after check in, much appreciated - staff is kind and helpful - location is very central, walking distance from all points of visit in the old town - the room was spacious, although the bathroom a bit tight

- the curtains are not wide enough to cover the window entirely, therefore I had too much light in the morning - the heating system was not optimal, I had to leave it on for the entire day, in order to have the room warm in the evening - for a hotel of this size, no plastic waste solutions shall be offered

I lost my iPhone cable and it was a big problem. My boarding pass is also on the iPhone app. When I told the lady at the front desk at breakfast, she took out a cable from the shelf behind her and charged it while I was having breakfast. It was the perfect response. Thanks to her, I didn't have to go buy a cable and could use that time for sightseeing. The lady was not just doing her job, she was also working efficiently, which made me feel good. Her name is Joana. The hotel should treat her with respect.

On the other hand, I had asked the man at the front desk the previous night about charging my iPhone in the same way. But he didn't know where the iPhone cable was located in the shelf behind him. This should be improved.

Breakfast was really excellent with a great selection of hot and cold food to suit every taste. I was given a free upgrade to a larger room and it was extremely spacious and comfortable with a great view. Staff were very accomodating.

TV was basic with no ability to cast (definitely bring your own device). Room was quiet as requested but my only complaint was that the AC was quite noisy when active. This was an intermittent blowing noise that sounded like wind catching the exterior. I had to wear earplugs to sleep well. That's partly me as I'm a very light sleeper.

Location was superb. The whole experience of our trip was incredible, and as 1st time visitors to this beautiful city, we will be back . The hotel was very fancy , the staff were kind even taught me some helpful words to use when out :) but most of all i will remember how they helped with directions and took the time to point out things on the map. The hotel is impeccably clean , bed perfect for a great nights sleep, and breakfast was a great start to each day . Thank you very much for having us and looking after us so well . I wish there was a 6 star option .

I loved the staff, they were very helpful, kind and all departments including cleaners, breakfast staff were professional. Also the receptionist who offerered umbrella she really made me smile for an extra mile when I didn't even need to ask for it. I loved the located room, view and the room design. I also loved breakfast choice it was really all I needed. I was nicely surprised for choice and improvement from a few years ago.

I would love to have double bed not two single beds together as I cannot sleep in a middle or if I have a partner beds would start to move. It should improve if you ask for double bed. But reception already was aware and was really helpful to hear my feedback for future stay if I am not alone.

Central location by the Opera House, the Green Bridge and the Neris river is really very convenient and offering nice views from the window, if you get a room with the view, of course. Breakfast is still rather creative although coffee from the coffee machine could be better, the same applies to their orange juice.

There was an annoying noise coming from the other side of the bridge due to heavy road works. This noise started on Sunday evening and lasted until 2 PM! It was just impossible to sleep even with closed windows. Night receptionists were very sorry for such an inconvenience, however, I am convinced that they should have called the police. This option was out of question and I had to do it myself. Apparently my complaint worked out.

The location was great, right by the river and close to the old town. The breakfast was buffet kind with less selection but more quality. The room was big enough for one person. It was clean and had a working AC which was nice. The staff speaks English and they're friendly.

The room was a bit worn out and the toilet seat was broken. The walls were paper thin so for a light sleeper ear plugs are a must. Also, the blackout curtains were too small and made sleeping in a bit hard. But for the price, I really can't complain.

The hotel is located in walking distance to the city center and the Old Town. Breakfast is amazing good. Staff is kind. Overall very nice stay.

As I was arriving to Vilnius Airport at 1 am, I pre-booked pick up at the hotel in order not to have to struggle with transportation in the middle of the night. It was a nasty surprise that there was no one waiting for me in the Arrivals hall although the day before I cross-checked and received confirmed from the hotel. I learnt at the front desk when checking in that one of staff members just forgot to book the pick up for me... Otherwise my stay was excellent.
