The hotel is in good location near 2 shopping malls, Cup & Europa. Clean room with comfortable bed. The bathroom is old but well maintained. It’s got a bathtub, a separate shower, heated towel rack and big mirror. The staff at the reception did an amazing job. From the guy when we checked in, to the lady at the end when we checked out. It’s a big plus that they have a swimming pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast buffet is good. They have the basics and a waffle machine.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a small and quiet place, not right in the city center, but just a 20-25 minute walk away. We had booked a standard room, but were pleasantly surprised to be given a river-view room at no extra cost. The staff were very professional and friendly—every question or request was answered promptly. For example, the mattress was a bit too firm for us, and they immediately added a soft topper to make it more comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent, especially the herring and the pastries. A lovely surprise was the small but very cozy spa. We visited it several times and each time had it all to ourselves—it really felt like a VIP experience.

The room furnishings and decor aren’t new, but everything is very clean. We were quite surprised by the very low sink—it required a lot of bending over to use. The water in the pool was very cold, and the spa area itself wasn’t heated.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Vilnius during our family trip. The rooms were neat, clean, and impressively spacious. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious and healthy options that suited everyone's taste. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city. A special mention to the friendly and helpful staff at the reception—they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended for families!

The hotel provides very good accommodation. The room was spacious well furnished. Breakfast was very good and diverse .. From the hotel you can easily visit sights in Vilnius or can be used by city traffic. The station is about 7 minutes away. The bus to the airport also takes away from this station. Near the hotel is also a shopping center, where it is possible to use various refreshments. At noon it is possible to have a good lunch at a great price in the hotel restaurant.

There was a carpet in the room and in the corridors of the hotel, but no one used a carpet vacuum cleaner during my stay, although it was garbage.

The location is super, close to the mall, close to the old town. The room was upgraded to a suite for free (big load on the day of arrival), spacious, clean, TV in each room, two bathrooms. The small pool and sauna were very welcome. The variety of main dishes, fruits, vegetables served for breakfast is average.

The only minus was the breakfast time. We went down at 8:40 on Saturday and the hall was full, people were just standing with plates in their hands with no free table. Due to the large number of people we didn't get dessert for tea - the personel didn't bring desserts for 20 minutes of breakfast. The variety of main dishes, fruits, vegetables is standard. Small parking.

I chose this hotel because I was attending a conference at the nearby Radisson. It is a standard Best Western, the rooms are comfortable and clean, they have a fridge and a kettle (very much appreciated). The rooms are rather dark but no major problem with that. There is a construction work going on in front of the hotel, so the view of the old town is blocked by two cranes and every morning, the work starts around 7.00. Again no major problem for me, I get up early anyway. Wifi works well in the hotel. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, it starts at 7.00 during the week days and at 8.00 on SA/SU (the latter hour was quite late for me). It is the same every day but the choice is rich, so there is no difficulty to choose. It would have been nice to have more Lithuanian food and not the standard croissants/pains au chocolat etc. The hotel is located in a new part of the city. There are two big malls nearby, with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The centre can be reached in 20-25 minutes on foot or in 10 minutes by bus. There is a good connection to the railway/bus station and the airport.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Old Town and the breakfast was very good. Our room was also clean and suitable for the three of us.

The gym could do with improving; some of the equipment seemed not to be working and there were limited weights. Also, the swimming pool was ice cold. One of the staff seemed to suggest that there was a Baltic interplay between the warmth of the sauna and the coldness of the pool, but if this is the case, it should be made clear to guests otherwise they will be surprised by how cold the pool is! The sauna is very nice, though.

Great location. Comfortably spacious rooms (tired interior, but everything is clean and in good working order). Excellent breakfast - great choice of hot and cold dishes, waffles. Very nice girls at reception, helped with the parking space issue, thank you very much!

There is a large active construction site directly opposite the hotel. Worth bearing in mind for those who like to sleep in before lunch and intend to spend the afternoon in the hotel room. It can be quite noisy. It was quiet in the evening, at night and in the morning (until 9 o'clock, probably).

My stay at BW Vilnius Hotel was very pleasant. The staff is always kind, helpful, and ready to meet any request. The breakfast buffet in the morning is sufficiently varied, with a clear preference for a continental-style breakfast, and the hotel’s location makes it easy to reach both the airport (take bus 3G and get off at the Europos Aikštė stop – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from there) and the city’s historic centre.
